Wonderful experience from start to finish! This is our first time here & we have been blessed by the excellent hospitality, amazing food, & recently renovated rooms with awesome air conditioning. Everything is so clean, detailed, & first class. The staff are joyful & attentive. We really enjoyed having the pool & beach within a few yards of each other. This is the best kept secret in Miami. We look forward staying here next summer.

The hotel was wonderful. The lobby and facilities were nice and new looking. The rooms looked freshly remodeled. The staff was wonderful. The pool area was clean and the staff was extremely accommodating. The hotel was steps from the beach. I received two complimentary alcohol drinks daily which was very nice. The food in the restaurant was very good! I will definitely return!

Wish I could give 1000 stars. Stayed here from June 9 -12. This hotel is so beautiful, from the lobby to the rooms are so clean, the food is delicious, the chef is amazing, best key lime pie ever, the location with access to the paved boardwalk and beach is unbelievable, the entire staff is courteous, professional, knowledgeable, they went above and beyond to make my first visit to Miami Beach a memorable one. Definitely will stay at this lovely boutique hotel again to celebrate my birthday next. Keep up the good work guys. Much ❤️ From Naomi in New Jersey

Where do I begin? Everything was just SUPERB! From the lobby (looked and smelled wonderful), the ENTIRE staff were very polite and friendly (Luis and Linda), the food was freaking great, the hallways and room were so clean and AC was pumping really really good lol... Poolside bar is a plus, pool and surrounding area was very clean and up to par. The beach is across the way within walking distance. You even get beach chairs and umbrella as a bonus. To get in and out of the building near the pool area we had to scan our room key, which is great for security reasons. My group and I really enjoyed ourselves. It was worth every dollar!!! I stayed for 5 days and had the most premium service from every employees in Radisson hotel, How accommodating they were when I first stepped on this hotel. From housekeeping to kitchen employees and the upper management level, they provided professionalism and friendliness to every guest because Ive been noticing and appreciating every detail on what they do, how they give every guest that comes in feel welcome. The cleanliness was Outstanding, service was marvelous, staff was affectionate and receptive. KUDOS! to Roma Javing for remarkable work ethic and expertise on her job and Zayrah Coo from front desk with proficiency and understanding what is need to be done during the stay. Thank you Radisson for radical experience Ive had on this 5 day vacation!

There are more glitzy options, there are more options closer to South Beach but the Radisson Hotel Miami Beach offers great value for the price. Roomy lobby, refurbished rooms, attentive service, nice pool and a great beach. A perfect family friendly Miami Beach choice!

Aside from a really nice lobby we were disappointed with the rest of the property. The restaurant was only open in the morning. The lobby bar was open at 7 PM and not worth it. The pool bar is not really a bar. You have to run the hot water for a long time and even then the water was just warm. There was no vibe at all at this hotel compared to the others we stopped in along the avenue. Felt like a ghost town.

Two people made this stay way better than it should have. Hotel was ok compared to neighboring ones, but the staff was incredible. I did not catch the names of the ladies who checked us in, but they were very kind. Officer Swaby, who works security, deserves a raise. Enzo who works drinks deserves a raise. Those two were excellent. Very kind and made the experience ten times better. And I’ll stand by that any day of the week.

Im giving this hotel a 5 star rating for the staff who helped me through my entire stay.. I believe her name is Juliette? I hope im right! Any who, Juliette really went above and beyond my expectations when it came to customer service. I was a tad bit annoying with my questions but she somehow managed to answer all of them in the most helpful way and never once gave me attitude or gave up on me. Juliette was very informal about areas to eat and where to go during my stay. Juliette was very attentive to any and all details about the hotel and its amenities, including my room and whenever I ordered food to the lobby. Although she may use the mask while working, I can just tell she’s always smiling and just always in a good mood by the tone of her voice. Juliette has showed me that customer service hasn’t really died out these days.. she blew my mind away. Very impressed with her skills. Anyways, the hotel wasn’t all that bad but not all that good. I hope they open up more amenities soon.. that’ll really give this place more life!

Despite the on line review saying the hotel restaurant was open for breakfast lunch and dinner it was ONLY open breakfast. Trying to find food was a nightmare. The service at breakfast sucked! With only 2 tables in the restaurant they got everything wrong. Just to get a bottle of water you had to go off site. The lobby shop was closed. The bar inside didn’t open till after 5. Couldn’t find a Bloody Mary in the morning. Would not come back!

I had a beautiful view. You could see that the hotel is a bit old, yet my room was comfortable and quite large. The breakfast was not sufficient and poor. No parking possibility in the hotel. Parking across the street from the hotel for a fee.

I stoped with my husband for a small lunch. The food was so bad we could not eat it. How hard can it be to make a descent hamburger. It was terrible it y tasted old. My husband’s chicken fingers didn’t even taste like chicken.It’s sad to see how a place with a nice pool area by the beach can serve such bad food.

The website should clarify that there is NO option to park your car at the hotel. The ONLY option available is to leave the car at the fountainblue hotel walking like a mile from the Radisson hotel and paying $50 per day! 😡 they gave us a suite which looked like everything under a standard, so because it has a coach they call it “suite”. ( this is not the general idea of a suit and they charge you a bunch of points on that concept) The room’s view is to a cemented area which was the back of a working area. On the left corner of the balcony was a closed sight view of the pool. Because of the pandemic the hotel only offers breakfast until 11 am and then lunch until 4:00 pm. NO DINNER, not even room service! All the restaurants close-by which do delivery only takes cash! 😡 the Miami Beach area was stressed for the Spring Break events that were on the news and until April 12 there is curfew from 8 pm, so nobody can go south after that time of the day! Not an ideal vacation I would say, we are staying here ONLY because we dream to put our toes on the sand!

We enjoyed our stay at four palms. Beach is just behind the hotel, we can walk there anytime. Breakfast was really good. And its 2 to 3 miles from oceans drive. Overall it was good. Would recommend to choose this

There is only one reason to stay at this hotel which has switched to Four Palms and not under the Four Points anymore. The ocean view. The rest is just your “ motel 6” indoor facilities. The showers are old and the bathrooms are dated. If you park a car its 35$ for which you cannot go in-and-out during the day. The Valet is 38$ for which you better remember to call down to valet, because it will taking 15 min to get the car. The balcony is shared with the floor, so that kind of takes away the privacy. Like I said. The only thing is a beach view. The hotel needs a renovation🌴

So far so good. The check in was great. The day shift ladies were a delight. The rooms were very clean. Gotta get to the beach in a little while.The checkout didn’t go so well for me. I attempted to pay with a gift card only to find out gift cards aren’t accepted by this Four Points. I contacted gift card services and they stated that Four Points does take them. Busy this time I had already checked out. This was very disheartening because you figure if you purchase a gift card through Marriott.com you would figure that a Marriott would take them. I spoke with 3 different at this location including the MOD and know seem to be able to effectively explain why they don’t take gift cards. So I’m hoping that my several hundred dollars will be refunded shortly. I don’t plan to stay at this location again.

The room with the ocean view was good.Pool was good.The beach you have to rent the chair bed for $10 because the hotel does not have the chairs.Breakfast was excellent.Stuff was friendly. Elevator working good. House keeping was friendly. No food shop or gas stations near by.

In addition to my original review I also want to add that the staff “took notes” when I reported my $1000 computer stolen but really didn’t do anything else. They didn’t check cameras or try to rectify or loss what so ever. I was on the top floor and never left the room unlocked so clearly it was a staff member with a key card and most likely house keeping. It wouldn’t have been that hard for them to go back and check who had been in our room. Nothing was done and I haven’t heard from the hotel since we left yesterday. I wouldn’t recommend staying at Four palms hotel because I would never feel safe leaving my belongings in the room again after this incident. I was planning on leaving a great review after my stay at this hotel because I was so pleased, but now I will not be returning or recommending Four Palms hotel.

The ocean view is nice but this was formally Four Points and it is now Four Palms. The hotel first floor looks exceptional however the rooms and hallways need a major renovation. Our room even had a hole in the wall and the beds were lumpy. When I asked for a refund they couldnt assist because we booked through a travel agent. Hmmmm. Each time while I was at the front desk there was another guest at the front desk with a billing issue also. Make your reservation with caution. We ended up here because the hotel we wanted to get in was full and we thought this was a Four Points when we made our reservation.

Hotel is located right on the sand with easy access to the beach. Nice pool area with hot tub and pool side bar with frozen drinks. I had a Jr suite with a balcony it was nice for the price and a nice view. I recommend this hotel if you can get it at a great price. Overall I had a great time. Thanks for reading and good luck. Oh and plenty of eating options and there is a trolley that takes you to South Beach if you want to explore the party scene.

The hotel is an older property and need of updating but the location is good. Our only issue had to do with the valet. Upon receiving my car back it was apparent that someone had been using it. The car had a strange odor along with trash in the car that didnt belong to us and 1/4 tank of fuel missing. We tried to notify the manager but was told he wasnt available and to fill out a comment card for a call back. The call never came. We finally reached the manager Mr. Amidon to at least let him know there is a situation going on with the valet service. He informed us that it isnt his problem and if we wanted to complain, thats what the world wide web is for. I and you should know better than to call me, complain to Marriott. I dont typically leave negative reviews but here it is. The hotel has an obnoxious manager with a terrible attitude. And dont use the valet unless you want some smelly pig taking your car for a joy ride.

I held my wedding reception here. Rooms were decent. Could use some slight updating but clean. The lobby very nice. I didnt think the breakfast buffet was worth $23. I was disappointed they advertised a hot tub but it was filled in when we arrived. Luciano the event manager was absolutely phenomenal. Luciano will be the only reason I return to this hotel in the future. The location is great as well with it being right on the beach. Back to Luciano, he made my wedding reception absolutely memorable and went out of his way to make it perfect and extra special for me. If you ever look into having a wedding here definitely request that HE handle your event.

Well, its a hotel. Is it luxurious? Not really. Is it horrid? Not really. It is nice, but it is kept from being really nice by a lack of attention to detail. For instance, the bathroom is nicely updated and feels upscale. The closet rod, though, is rusty and the closet looks like it hasnt been touched since 1963. The staff seems fine, but theres a dirty dish from someones room service that has been out by the elevator since 8am and it is currently 8:44pm. It could be awesome here, but it really is just okay.

We were at the swimming pool for a couple hours and I left my backpack on a chair that couldnt have been more than 10 feet away from me at all times. This backpack was full of valuables, including my phone, ID, gym membership card, $250, spare clothes, among a couple other things. When we were about to leave the pool, it wasnt there anymore and we immediately went to the front desk. Not only did they do nothing for us, they refused to compensate at all for our stay and refused to show us any security camera footage. If they had done so, we would have been able to find the thief. Such a shame our vacation was ruined and they acted totally indifferent towards us.

Nice hotel, rooms could use some updating, no fridge in rooms, rooms are a bit small, but we were lucky enough to be on the 5th floor and had a huge balcony with a view of the pool and beach. Pool area is great, easy access to the beach, and right on the boardwalk. Very friendly staff. Restaurant with very limited variety, but what is available is very good, and for a larger selection you have a wide choice of restaurants close by. The gym has the latest and brand new equipment and very well maintained..... i would go back!

2 hours to check out and had to do it twice. Asked for pillows and blankets and never got it. The pool was extremely cloudy and dirty so we used next doors pool. The rugs were broken in the hallway. We were overcharged for breakfast and charged for a lunch meal we never had. Provided the valet my bags tickets for pick up and they assumed I was checking in. Extreme lack of coordination between the staff of the different departments. Great location but extremely poorly run hotel. My worst experience at a hotel.

The hotel lobby is nice but that elegance is gone once you step out of the elevators to the guest rooms. The carpet in the hallways is filthy... stained and very old.The guest rooms are nice but could use some cleaner carpet. I was flea bitten but first night... not sure which area of carpet was responsible.The restaurant staff is great. The breakfast buffet was nothing spectacular but served its purpose. The menu items on the buffet did not change which was disappointing for those who were staying a long time.

This place was perfect given the price, location and you are in Miami. The rooms are small but you dont need much when the trade off is a great pool, 100 steps off the boardwalk and beach. Perfect for a couple. Not suitable if you are planning on squeezing in a family of four into the rooms. Kenton our fabulous server at breakfast was just that, fabulous. He has mastered the trade. The breakfast at the hotel was perfect and affordable.

Nice hotel. Beautiful pool with saltwater, good temperature. Nice gym around the pool. The beach is close to the hotel, after trespassing the city walk. But the service in the room was not satisfactory. Every day I had to ask for towels, the bathroom was not cleaned and the last night I had no toilet paper!

Best thing about this hotel is the bell desk team. Everything else is mediocre to poor. The valet and front desk are disconcerned with you, and the room for being a suite with a view ...there is zero view. The balcony door is held closed with a pin, severely warped and bowing outward at the bottom. Does not form a seal at all. Hot water is a mystery, good luck finding the correct position on the ever spinning faucets. Providing a Credit card authorization, was over the head of the front desk. Guillermo at the bell desk was superb however, unfortunately everything else about this hotel was lacking.

The front desk was nice. Good room for the price. Breakfast was good. The night staff at the restaurant are horrible. The first night we were completely ignored and ended up taking the food to our room. The second night they had a large party and told us the restaurant was closed, then said that they weren’t really closed but only had 1 waitress, then the manager said she had three waitresses but that our food would take 2 hours and that we should go elsewhere. I spoke to the GM who gave us a breakfast credit but we had to take our toddler out in the rain in her pajamas to find somewhere else to eat.

Stayed at this hotel awhile back. My stay was 4 days. Parking was a 1 star. House keeping 6 star. Location a 9 star. Non smoking a 1star. Smelt smoke in the hall. Pool was 8 star. Over priced small dated room 1 star. Bar was 5 star. Beach access was 8 star. Weather was 9 star. Over all I give hotel a good recommendation for Location and beach :) Weather was great.

THEY HAVE BED BUGS!!! We stayed there for two nights and came back with bed bug blisters all over us. And when we called to complain about it they laughed it off. Stay there at your own risk!As for your reply, at this stage we dont want your empathy, we would like a refund! Our two day vacation was ruined due to the bed bugs. Your lack of acknowledging the issue was just the cream on top of the cake!

If I could give them less than one star I would. Horrible service starting with valet completely ignoring us and then saying they can’t park a truck, which isn’t mentioned on website (regular ram not modified). The garage across the street was full so the wonderful advice given was “try to find street parking” The rooms we were initially given smelled so strongly of their cleaning agent it was brutal and made your eyes burn. Front desk NOT helpful, told us that hotel was booked (despite still being able to book a room on website) and we are just being sensitive- hubby spent 20 years in Army and even he said it stunk. I would gladly have taken a room that allowed the window to open but They are sealed shut. After 2 hour phone call with corporate, got a new room. Not an upgrade, same level room which I have no clue why couldn’t have been offered originally. Went to dinner and got back to find vomit in corner of elevator which was still there the next morning. Hotel hallway carpet is dirty and torn- whole experience was a debacle and I wouldn’t stay there again even for free.

I stayed here for work and was so excited about the location. I didn’t care if I got ocean or street view but they literally put me i their worse room possible. I am not sure if it was because I was there for business or what but I stayed 3 nights and was treated terribly. I posted a photo of the view out of my room in the photos. My view was 90% air conditioner and 10% RIGHT into other rooms. I couldn’t open my shades ever because someone 15ft away could see what I was writing they were so close. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Mattresses were awful!!. My husband and I both woke up with backaches. There are no mirrors or paintings in the room- very bare. You need to pay for a refrigerator if you have a king suite. No WiFI in rooms- it didn’t work. Also there was loud music blaring at 1 AM at the hotel next door. And no bedroom/bathroom fan to help offset noise. Staff was also not helpful. Stay somewhere else.

Unfortunately the pool is freezing and only gets sun until around 2pmThe halls and rooms are dated and dirty they placed an over 900 dollar hold on my dedit card for a 140 dollar room they did comp. My room for the night but 900 dollars still shoes pending 3 hours after checking out. The food in the restaurant is horrible

The size of the room that I stayed in was the size of a Disney cruise ship cabin. It was tight especially for three people with only double beds. Then the hot tub looked like it hadnt been cleaned for a couple days. Then there were no available power outlets, so bring your own power strip if you have multiple people with multiple electronic devices.Everything else is pretty good. Only 10 minutes away from the party on Collins street and there are a lot of fun things to do around there.

This hotel needs a serious update because the room had a moldy smell, looks tattered and the air quality in the room was horrible. I had difficulty breathing while in the room and began to exhibit allergy symptoms only when I was in the room.We paid for breakfast in advance and the food was awful. It was buffet style and tasted like jail food. I ordered an omelet and it was runny and undercooked and the waffles were hard as a rock. The beach is public the hotel does not provide beach chairs and umbrellas you have to pay additional for that. We were supposed to stay 3 days and check out after 1st night and found another hotel to go to.

I just wanted to say that the two front desk girls I remember one of their names and her name was Heart the other girl Im sorry but I do not remember but they did an amazing job always smiled and said hello throughout our stay also acknowledged that we were on our honeymoon sent up a bottle of champagne. The only reason Im giving it five stars is because of the front desk service But all other departments of the hotel could use some improvement in service.

My first visit to Miami Beach and I chose this Hotel on price point and good reviews. Its has not disappointed. The location cant be beat as its right on the beach which is only a few short steps away. The staff have all been very freindly and helpful. The room is generous in size and nice and clean. The only improvement I could suggest would be to the breakfast buffet, at the price I would have expected a higher level of quality. Overall I would highly recommend this location and definitely consider staying again if I come back to the area again.

We have stayed there several times in the last couple of years. Great prices. Good for families. Our rate includes breakfast, which is a good add-on.Pros: Good location, access to beach with great service (for a fee). Great rooms.Contras: some public areas needs renovations (replace carpets).

Some parts great some are so so. Bar tender friendly and food from bar menu good. Morning breakfast serve bad and we had to go get our own coffee and water as they never brought any to us. Pool clean and easy access to beach. Valet service was appreiated. Also days went by no coffee or cups for making it available in the morning.

A 5 star hotel that did not live up to that rate.First off a gorgeous location with beach-front access, great pool area and other amenities, but when asked by a hotel guest ask to change one if two chairs in their room (because it did not seem very stable) and were told they had no other chair to swap it out.Seems management or at least lower management at the front desk needs to up their customer service skills. Especially in having 2 to 3 perssonel answering another guests questions each time a need to be at the front desk, with other guest waiting in line.And finally if breakfast was included in the fare each day, why was a daily line up at the front desk needed so the charge would be removed. This was even more frustrating when this particular charge again appeared on check out and the front desk was surprised that it was being questioned.

Really information and very clean rooms. Wont be disappointed in any manner. Close to all transport links and theres a subway at 5min walk in a hotel on the opposite side of the road. Swimming pool is of good size and well kept to take care of any needs.

Trying to find positive things to say about this hotel. Generously giving two stars. Nice lobby, perhaps? Nice for families, perhaps? Having stayed at several hotels for business and pleasure in Miami, this by far is the worst. Chose this for convenience to my remote work location, but should have stuck to what I’m used to and gotten my money’s worth by going to South Beach. I’ve had way better stays at boutique hotels that cost less per night. Views are terrible, rooms are tiny and outdated. I asked for a room change and in any other hotel, being a Marriott Rewards member, hotel staff are willing to accommodate. Instead got refused, without even trying to accommodate. Never coming back here.

The stay at this hotel was very disappointing. This includes the staff at the hotel and the room itself. When we arrived to our room the smell of marijuana was overwhelming, the toilet was clogged and it was very warm. I called the front desk who assured they would send maintenance who never arrived and we had to attempt to unclog the toilet ourself. The thermostat read 72 degrees. I lowered the target temperature and by Sunday night it never reached below 71. The third night our room was still reading 72 degrees and i called the front desk again who eventually sent maintenance up. We were told that the air conditioning system is old and there is nothing they can do. They did switch rooms, however the room was on the same floor with the same thermostat issues. Our last night there still resulted in sleeping in 71 degree temperatures which is extremely uncomfortable. In addition, within minutes of our room change there was very loud banging at the door next to us. When we looked out to the hallway and there were police and hotel security. We were not sure what was going on and were not told at any point if there was a security issue on the floor. This was very unsettling. At check out I attempted to Express my concerns and the 2 woman at the front desk responded with an ok and never lifted their heads up to look at us. They didnt show any concern to how we felt about our stay and presented the body language as if they didnt care. This was the same type of presentation the front desk staff showed the whole stay there. They presented as if we were bothering them. The only staff in the hotel that were cordial were the restaurant staff and the bartender outside between the two hotels. I would not recommend this hotel. I give it one star.

Awfully slow check inShabby room with rust, black mold and sharp metal in bathroom.No ice machine on our floor.Breakfast could not be taken to go /up to room.Staff were rude. Very poor service.Upgrade [Platinum SPG] meant nothing, room was terrible. Complete waste of hard earned points. Fridge sat on floor as it was wrong size!Hopefully Marriott will improve this sites standards after take over.This is a Cat 2 hotel at best, not a 4.

Stayed here a few weeks both recently and in 2012. Nice restaurant, bar, beach access and pool. The lobby is beautiful and the rooms are clean.
