I’ve been coming to Bachi Jewel for about three years for repairs, cleaning and purchasing of my jewelry. They always have good customer service and often times they have done repairs in less than a day for me when I was in a rush. I really appreciate them and even though I’m moving back to Chicago I would come back here!

Very kind and knowledgeable staff. I brought in seven pieces… Antique Necklaces, a ring a bracelet etc. pieces that I have been fixing Again and again throughout the years. He gave a very proper assessment and assurance that everything was gonna work out. I felt very safe and taken care of. Very reasonable prices considering Miami and other jewelry stores I’ve attempted to have them fixed at in the area. **Don’t be deceived by the Washington Avenue area thinking that all the shops are scams or not trustworthy. This is a definite recommendation. I will most definitely use their services again in the future if I need to. Very professional clean- cut results.

I called them to ask if they can repair it. They told me theyd have to see it in person which I understood. They were more than pleasant. The price was great. I got a complementary clean for my ring. The ring was ready the following day. I explained to the woman that I had a hard time because I had got lost and parked far away. The place is easily accessible but I just got lost. She told me to call when I was close and shed bring it out to me. She checked my receipt and and a quick exchange of my ring. This saved me on the walking and parking. The jeweler is excellent and can accommodate designs to your specifications. Can fix most watches and change your batteries on any watches with quality Swiss made batteries .Also they have a nice selection of jewelry for sale.All the staff is very courteous and friendly.

First off, the selection of custom jewelry here is amazing. My best friend and I were immediately greeted with a welcoming hello and given full attention throughout our shopping experience. I was not even the one looking to buy any jewelry that day, my best friend was, yet I found myself making a purchase. The quality of the pieces are exceptional and I love the two pieces I purchased. Bachi Jewels went above and beyond and resized a bracelet for me and even shipped it to my home because I had an early flight out and was unable to return to the store for the pickup. They communicated to me every step of the process and the final product received was exactly as I had purchased and tried on in the store. I look forward to returning.

This is my favorite jewelry repair spot. They have fast and friendly service and do an excellent job keeping my favorite pieces looking like new. They also have a large collection of beautiful and unique jewelry, making it a great spot to browse for a new piece or buy a one-of-a-kind gift.

I noticed how nice the store was when I first visited Bachi Jewels for a simple watch battery replacement. I have been wanting to have a jeweler customize a very special piece for my daughter, so I came back and discussed. During the process of getting my peace done they communicated regularly to let me know what was going on with it. I have to say that I was very anxious to see the finished piece and was completely blown away by the craftsmanship. Not only was the peace beautifully done but their customer service and communication throughout the process was exceptional. They also help me pick out a necklace for my custom piece. I felt that their prices were extremely reasonable especially given the exceptional quality and service that I received. I would recommend them to anybody whether you’re looking for something new or you would like something special done. I will take all of my future jewelry to them for any needs.

BACHI JEWELERS Is great! Customer service A+ I went in to have my glasses repaired but they were unable to repair them but instead of saying “no sorry we can’t repair them good bye “ they recommended somewhere else and I got it fixed. I recently went it in again to replace a screw in my glasses although the $$$ was a little high it was worth it!Support your local businesses!

Whether you are buying something new, or having a timeless piece repaired (I have done both), Bachi Jewels offers a white glove service that is second to none. Luis has fixed several pieces for my wife and I -- the turnaround was always quicker than we expected, the price was always fair (dare I say less than we expected...I hope he doesnt read this! ha!), and the repairs were completely undetectable, good as new! I went in while working to inquire about a battery replacement for my watch. The guy that worked there named Luis was very helpful. He told me I can either wait or return for it later. Due to the fact that I was working I had to leave and return later. I received a call letting me know it was ready within 15 mins. Very quick and efficient. I would def return back with any watch repair issues in the future.

I contacted the store to do a watch cleaning for me. He met me on the street so I did not have to get out of my car and did a beautiful job in less than an hour. A true professional and incredible service. Highly recommend them!

My boyfriend bought some white gold earrings and necklaces a while ago there and he loved it. This week I broke my favorite bracelet and I remember that they also fix jewelry so I went there. The staff is very very friendly and my jewelry was ready real fast. I ended up buying some new gold earrings also, the price is fair.

I went in to have a bracelet repaired (the chain broke) and it was ready the SAME day and they did an amazing job. They also had very reasonable prices. There aren’t that many jewelry repair places in Miami Beach, this place should be your go to.

I have taken multiple pieces here and have yet to be disappointed. I found a beautiful silver necklace piece in a flea market in Paris a couple years ago that was welded back together beautifully here. This store has some of the most beautiful and unique pieces! We bought a rosary necklace last time we were in Miami, and my husband wore it everyday for over a year— never even took it off to swim or shower. It recently broke and I emailed the store to see if it could be replaced or repaired. I was willing to buy it again because of the quality. The owner was amazing....I mailed it and it was repaired and shipped back in two day at absolutely almost no cost!!! They could have made money off me and sold me a new $100 rosary but didn’t... they simply repaired it. Absolutely the best service, really great people and store.
