SCAM ARTISTS, BACK AWAY!They didnt even show up and blocked my number after I did a zelle payment to them to prepay the cleaning. Worst company and their number on their website is unresponsive. Dont deal with these people, theyre scam artists.

So i call this company like 3 moths ago Ive used this service for the past 3 months and have been very very Much happier and better than my last cleaning service in terms of the quality of cleaning, and pets but also the communication from the company itself! There are text reminders a couple days before your cleaning and they quickly follow--up whenever Ive reached out to them.Would definitely recommend if youre looking for a reliable cleaning service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The Cleaning person (Beatriz) lost/possibly threw away a jewelry box where I kept my engagement and wedding bands that has sat on my nightstand for years and lived through 3 different cleaning people-none of whom have touched the box. She claims to have put it in the nightstand but it is not there (and in any event, why is she going int my drawers). She stashed other things in random places. I’ve contacted the company and their only response was that she said she put it in the nightstand. I’ve asked them to have her return to find it and received no response. They are now not picking up the phone or texting me back. I’ll be pursuing legal action.

This review is for beatriz and selena are the housekeepers that are assigned to my home... beatriz has been cleaning my home for well I dont even know how many years lets just say 2+ and selena has now been with us for over two years... They do a wonderful job ensuring that they clean from top to bottom very clean job and making sure everything has its place I cannot say enough good things about these two ladies... Its more than just coming home to a clean house after youve worked all week, its about knowing that you are coming home to a house that has been cared for. I have complete trust in both beatriz and selena and am deeply grateful for all they do. They will give Mia a treat toooooooooooooo shes our precious fur baby. thank you guys !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is the worst cleaning service I have ever used in Miami. The cleaning lady showed up almost an hour late. She didnt bring her own cleaning equipment and had to use my vacuum, then broke it after using it for two hours. I called the company to complain and there was no offer of reimbursement or compensation to replace the vacuum or send out another cleaning lady. I sent the maid away before the job was done for fear that she would break something else. Also, the cleaning supplies she did bring were cheap and left streaks and towel fuzz all over my furniture and pictures. I will never use this cleaning service again, nor recommend anyone else use this poor service. One star is far too many on this rating.
