This is probably a case of amazing technology that the employees dont know how to use. The website is great. You can book, pay, cancel and reschedule online. However, the cleaning specialist never showed up. Even days later, no one called or emailed (or answered my email). I suspect whomever is supposed to arrange services for customers who book online is still learning the software.

I used Irina for both my move out and move cleans. She is beyond fantastic! I have lived in Miami Beach for 6 years and have had a difficult time finding someone trust worthy, reliable and efficient. Irina is all of those + kind, sweet, fast and great company. I highly recommend her.The company has been really easy to work with too! Very reliable and they answer the phone! I also can tech them by text. I can’t tell you how happy I am to have found this company + Irina! I highly highly recommend them.

The worst. did not show up. did not call. do not use them. . I booked onine a week in advance, waited 2 hours no one shows up, no one calls. I had to call. They where to arrive between 10-12, clearned my schudeule, did not work. I have a messy house, lost money, not professional.

Terrible company. We agreed on a price for 2 maids 3 hours. They sent me a confirmation saying 1 maid 4 hours. I called them back to call them out on it, they told me their system doesnt allow them to send any other way (what kind of system is that..? ) I asked them for an email confirming our agreement, which they sent. They came 1 hour late and sent only one maid. It would have been bad enough at that point but it kept getting worse. The maid called them to tell them that I was upset that they sent only one person even though we agreed on two, they told her to say that because of the apartment condition (mind you the apartment was empty and was in the normal move out condition that we agreed on) it would be TRIPLE what we agreed...for only one maid!! It would be comical if it stopped there...It didnt. I obviously told them to cancel the service since they didnt provide what we agreed on in writing. They guy screamed that hes canceling everything and just hung up on me. The next day...Sure enough they fraudulently charged my credit card. Sorry for the long review but I dont want anyone to think this is a company you can trust. Please stay away! Good luck.

Ana and her team do an absolute exquisite job for us. Theyre efficient, detail oriented, and extremely trustworthy. Weve moved multiple times over the last few years but continue to use her service because shes the best.

We did have a few miscommunications with pet allergies and the cleaning crew but Andrew worked with me to rectify the situation. The move out clean that was done was great and everything in the apartment was spotless as if we had just moved in. I would definitely recommend this company as they are extremely responsive and will pretty much answer your call any time of day.

Got Post-Construction Cleaning done today and amazed with a service. I’m a contractor and finally finished renovation yesterday and after the owner requested to fully clean the apartment I had to find someone very quick and luckily I’ve found Rainbow Cleaning Service, I’ve scheduled appointment very fast, thanks rep Ariella and the actual cleaning was done very professionally, they brought all supplies and did very thorough job. After using this company for a few months in New York, Im very happy they opened branch in Miami. I hired them To do Deep Clean in my new Miami apartment and as always, their cleaning ladies are very friendly and trustworthy. What I like about Rainbows cleaners, they keep attention to small details and have special supplies for everything even marble table looks like new.

I’m using Rainbow Cleaning Service twice a week for my furniture store. As they have online system it’s very easy to make any booking changes and request additional services. All of the maids doing great job and some time making even more than we request. I already ordered their service to clean my house and will be using them for a regular basis.

Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience with Rainbow Cleaning. They did a horrible job in post construction cleaning and the owner is a pure Anti-Semite. I called up the owner to come see the job that was done. He agreed a very bad job was done and aplogized, bringing workers to redo the job (very professional of him). However, after doing that, he requested that we pay him again for the job. We had a flat rate estimate which we paid, but he wanted us to pay extra for the company’s mistakes. We refused to pay extra for their horrible job and the owner insulted us of “nasty Jews”. This was unacceptable and a disgusting act of Anti-Semitism. The worst part was that the owner never apologized and kept denying his comment in front of an officer. I urge you not to hire this company which is run by an Anti-Semitic individual.

NO SHOW! Incredibly awful! I ordered a move out deep clean and pre paid for 2 maids to show on Sunday night between 6 and 8 pm after my move out. My service was confirmed by email and text. On the night the maids were scheduled - after two exhausting days of moving - they no showed and did not call. Furthermore, there was no one at the phone number when I tried to find out what was happening and no one answered chat or email. They get your credit card information and then dont even give a number to help in these instances and no one even bothered to call. I cannot think of enough negative things to say about how upsetting it was to be stuck in an empty apartment with no cleaning supplies, because we already moved - for 3 hours waiting for someone to come. Unbelievable.
