South Beach location is great! Convenient, friendly staff, and very professional. I can go in anytime with appointment or without I know I will be taken care of. The quality of a wax is just excellent. I recommend to ladies to switch to a European Wax your wax experience will be much more pleasant and less painful!

South Beach location was clean and quiet on a Wednesday evening. Sabrina did a great job on my underarms and was really nice and attentive. Check out was quick but front desk didn’t check that I had wax passes from another location until I was asked to pay $23 for underarm. Was also told “it probably expired” even though I definitely knew that was not the case.

Started waxing about four months ago and this is the only location that Ive ever been too! The staff is great and they really care, and the wax they use is so awesome for my sensitive skin! They also have really great products that Ive added to my routine as well. 100% great!

Britany is the shining star of European wax center. I have been a member since January and have enjoyed the company ever since. However, once I transferred to the south beach location and met Britany I feel like my positive experiences have tripled. One piece of advice though, make the salon colder. Compared to the other centers, this one is the hottest I’ve been to.

The best place you can take your waxing fears to. In order to make it right, you need a skilled esthetician and European wax center has got more than one! I was lucky enough to find Monique. She is quick, experienced and very professional. No other place was able to provide this level of service.

You should definitely try this place. Ask for Carolina. She is sweet, gentle and she knows how to do it so you get he best results with no pain. All the staff are great. Just remember to call if you running bit late for you appointment.

Got a Brazilian there while I was on vacation. I had an unlimited was pass, which they advertice can be used in any location. But yet was charged full price for the service. After speaking with customer representative, I was assured that I would receive a call from that location to resolve the issue. The location never called after 2 weeks of waiting. After calling customer service again, I had to wait another 2 days for the manager to call me back. So annoying.The service itself was good.

Just had a great Brazilian wax with keanie. She was so detailed with her service and made sure no hair was going with me on my trip. It was my first time at this location and I was treated with respect and such great service. There was a little mixup with my account, but Lilly did such a great job of explaining what was happening and took care of me from beginning to end. Great customer service and great waxer. Might just be my favorite new location :-)

Just had the worst experience with them. The front desk girl “lily” was VERY rude. I have been a member since 2005 and couldn’t not believe how rude and disrespectful she was. I am reaching out to headquarters and hoping they will be more helpful. Otherwise I will be disputing the entire was pass charge with my credit card company and not continuing with them.i asked to please speak with a manager and she told me “the manager is getting a biopsy, and wouldn’t appreciate being bothered by this”. As you can tell I was extremely upset with how I was dealt with. She couldn’t find my pre-paid packages and when I showed her the app that proved my packages. She said “she didn’t care what the app showed”. Unfortunately i had just enough for tip assuming everything was prepaid and had to use the “tip” for the wax. Which she didn’t care about either. I feel bad for the wax specialists who deserve better than this.

Just moved to SoBe and luckily walking distance from this location. Best part of the visit is not only the careful and quality service but catching up with my favorite waxer Britney. I had just started being consistent with waxing and was still nervous about the pain. Britney is the only reason Ive been back every month. Honestly feel lucky she was randomly selected for me the first time. Now shes permanently stuck with me!

I believe her name was Keanie she was so professional quick & the Brazilian was painless. I will come again this center is the best yet.

Being new to South Beach, was looking for a new brow stylist. Experienced this place for the first time and obviously the technician lacked experience. The wax went onto my eye lashes and they had no means to remove it, she was trying to roll it out with an eye liner utensil, when the pain became so intense, I questioned what was going on and she advised the wax accidentally fell down and went onto the lashes, then went home to remove it myself and was without eye lashes for 3 months on the left eye. She acted as if this was not the first time this happend and as I left and proceeded to pay, the manager who was aware of the situation asked me how much I wanted tip!!!

I was waxed by Keanie. She is super nice and a fast waxer. I felt really comfortable with her.

Terrible customer service. Months ago I had an awful experience getting a Brazilian - the woman who was waxing me pulled out part of my skin with the wax, leaving a very deep cut which turned now into a permanent scar. I tried reaching out to them directly multiple times before coming here, but they never replied to any of my messages over the past 6 months. The woman never alerted me of what had happened so that I could take care of it, and now every time I wax the region the scar opens up again. Before this incident I had been waxing for over 5 years and had never had any issues with my skin.It is an awful way to treat customers and a shame that you weren’t able to treat this issue with respect and at least reply to your customers’ complaints.

This place was hugely over priced. A single tummy strip which took all of 5 seconds cost $17. And all other areas are just as overpriced. Had my chin done and got home and most of the hair was still there. No care given, very average provider of this service Im afraid.

I’ve been trying to schedule an appointment with European wax center for quite a long time after I encounter them on instagram; but everytime I would use the online services, it wouldn’t allow me to make the appointment and when I called to set up no one would answer the phone. At that time I was trying to schedule to the closest one to me in aventura. But about 2 weeks ago I was referred by Britney to try the one in Miami Beach as she worked there. I was able to not only get an appointment but she worked with my busy schedule. Today, I went today for my first Brazilian with her since it was my first time I got it 50% off. She was very laid back, made me feel comfortable. I didn’t any feel pain as most would when waxing. She interacted with me throughout the service and allowed me to give feedbacks. She was utterly professional in all her mannerisms. Thank you so much Britney. I will definitely be back! You got a good one on your hand European Wax center

Carolina is very fast and knowledgable . Another waxed Rocio was very pushy to sell me products even I said I will think about it. And also receptionist was pushing me a free candle with purchase of 49. And even I have package special receptionist still was trying to sell me. Probably new management. I like the service but new selling program is very pushy
