I went into the store Tuesday morning to send out a package for my job and I have to say Michael did such an amazing job. Quick and efficient he scanned my package and double checked the box was secure. I was in a bit of a rush but seeing he was giving me phonominal service I relaxed and started to chat with him as he finished my package. I will continue to come to this store.

Great customer service. In and out in less than 30 minutes. Staff were helpful and able to answer all of my questions.

I agree this the other review! This store is pathetic. I was asked to pay a $2 dollar drop off fee, “in cash”. This was never the case before so I immediately knew my package wasn’t safe with these thieves working there.This was my experience this time. Other times the place is closed in the middle of the day. Others it’s open with no one in there.... Third world for real! They should just close!

I shipped there once when I was in miami for only 2 days and they held my package for over a week.

Hard to find, located inside the hotel however service was quick.

Lost my package or it was stolen, either way not happy about it.

Dont expect them to be on time if you have an important meeting or anything
