Great views from most units. Management and HOA sucks! Ask them about the $5k they spent on each umbrella and the pool deck $1k cushions that blew out on to beach. Most units have 8ft ceilings, only penthouse units have higher. The unit floor; from the highest point to the lowest level is about 3 inches.

Extremely rude typical miami staff.. very rude lady they have working the front desk. I would never leave a bad review just due to one poor experience but I can tell there is a bad culture of employees and service here. I would never come here again.
