Hi All . Ernesto was fantastic. I trusted him to take my mac book pro and fix the monitor. He came out to my house immediately and he performed the replacement as soon as the parts arrived. Been trying to wrap my head around how to start all I can tell you is that Ernesto he is a complete Class Act super professional Incredibly attentive best of all he was able to fix my issues with my computer. If you’re reading this is very important if you’re having that kind of issues I had with my computer that day ...could not login or go in to the Internet was having all kinds of problems confused and frustrated I look into finding an IT guy that can help me with my issues well I lucked out because this doesn’t happen usually but the minute I spoke to him I feel so comfortable and felt that he had my best interest in hand . We were able to speak for a few minutes on the phone and was able to tell me what was wrong so I excepted for him to come over and help me out with my Laptops.
