On our way from the airport to our destination in this area, we discovered that the charger for an old MacBook Air was inadvertently left behind elsewhere. And there was no way we could survive without it.Called this place from the taxi to find out whether they carried it. The owner tried to find out exactly which model the MacBook Air was, but unfortunately it was in the trunk and we didn’t know exactly which model it was.So, just drove here. He did have the right charger in stock and the problem was taken care of in about 3 minutes.He charged us about what Apple would’ve charged us, but his hardware is not OEM. That’s ok…it works.

So I just walked into the store and tried my luck with fixing my screen. I was told that I might have water damage or there might be an LED problem with my screen from a prior spot that I went to and at the moment I didn’t have the money to fix it. Once I walked into this location I told the man that I needed my screen fixed because my keyboard weren’t working. He told me that there was nothing wrong with my screen it was just at the screen protector had already done it’s job and purpose and I needed a new one. He took off the screen protector my keyboard wasn’t working perfectly fine and at that moment I knew that this man was an honest man. He could’ve took advantage of me like the spot I went to prior but he didn’t. I know going to him for service you’ll get an honest man and spend your money’s worth.

I highly recommend Smartfixtronics. I work remotely and need a reliable computer. Unfortunately, I damaged the screen to my Surface Pro and needed repairs fast. A google search found Smartfixtonics, which I chose because their reviews seemed exceptional. I now understand why. They were responsive, attentive, competent, and professional. My repair was complicated and required expertise. The staff was amazing and made the appropriate adjustments within 24 hours. I have had my computer back for a week and it works better than it did before the damage. They even provided extra screen protection without additional costs. I hope that I will not need tech repair anytime soon but if I do, Smartfixtronics has gained this loyal customer.

I contacted two other shops before. One didnt get back to me at all, the other one initially replied to my request for a quote and then ghosted me when I ask when I could stop by. So I called the Best Buy Geek Squad and was told theyd have to send my laptop in which would take 2-3 weeks (the hinge on the lid was broken). I finally found Smartfixtronics. Yoicer replied to my email right away and asked me to come in anytime to get a quote. I drove by, left him my laptop, and within 2 hours he had it fixed. The price was reasonable as well. I took my iPhone 8+ and my Samsung S10 in. I wanted to fix the front, back and glass for the camera on my s10. The iPhone I really just wanted him to inspect to see why the WiFi on my iPhone didnt work. I came back to a new Samsung and iPhone. He completely fixed everything except the camera for the S10 which was still in transit at the moment but assured me to come back when he gets the part and itll only take 20 mins. Overall good price and original parts. Just some miscommunication.

I had very high hopes going into this place for it’s reviewed highly amongst a lot of people in my community. I paid almost 200 to fix both me and my wife’s iPhone screens. Time and speed of the operation was quick and professional. But don’t let that 5 star rating fool you . Both me and my wife had completely reshattered not even 24hrs after service (with cases) my phone took a simple drop from me toilet playing a game so what a 1 door drop shatters a brand new screen ? My wife same thing dropped from the couch on wood floor and shattered after one drop. Now how is this there fault ?? The glass is cheap. They replace your glass with the cheapest quality material approved my apple and make your phone look brand new up until you drop it one time. I’m ok. If I’m gonna spend 100 per phone I want better temped glass then that.
