Although current market conditions and the age of my house resulted in me sticking with my current insurer, I was really impressed with Adams knowledge and professionalism on the call. He was great to speak with, very clearly knew his stuff inside and out, and even though he realized that I wasnt going to be getting a policy through him today he still took the time to politely talk through everything with me in detail.
