I will re-add my review again since it was removed by the business. But I do not recommend this location at all. I called in ahead of time to inquire abut their appointments, the agent who answered did not even speak English, and in broken language said to just come in as there were no appointments needed and no line at that moment. I literally turn the corner and there was a huge line outside the place, so I entered the agency and the front desk agent was beyond rude and told me to step out if I did not have an appointment. I told her about her colleague telling me there were none needed and she literally screamed at me to get out. Terrible customer service, and treatment of clients.

Two months ago the red head told me that I needed a bill of sale when the DMV customer service told me I dont. She was rude and told me that the DMV was wrong and then talked to me as if I was a fool. No respect. I returned yesterday to register another car with a bill of sale and she again took an attitude and treated me the same but in reverse this time telling me that I didnt need the bill of sale and when I asked why it was now different, she did the same. She seems to be there to entertain the other staff with her rudeness.
Don’t bother even make an appointment there’s no point you could just walk in. You’re going to be in line anyways waiting for them so there’s no point to make an appointment. I just feel like they don’t really want to work that day every time I go. Every time you call D always make you call later and don’t really care. Definitely need to hire people who actually want to work . The lady all the way to the right. if you don’t want to work don’t work . Something so simple from a smile on your face.
I had to visit this agency yesterday to surrender two tags. I see that a lot of people made appointments, but I didnt. I arrived about ten minutes before they opened at 9:00, so I had to wait outside in the COVID-19 line behind seven others. When the staff started calling customers to enter, the line went very fast since each customer only needed about two minutes to take care of their business. The staff is very efficient, accurate, and friendly---just as they have always been when I visited in the past.
From the beginning when walking in the women at this office were rude and unprofessional. I scheduled an appointment for 9:45 I walked in at 9:40 telling the rude woman I had a.9:40 appointment she shot back we dont have any 9:40 appointments my bad its 9:45 she then found it and dismissed me to wait for one more customer. I was then taken by another women at the counter. I was attempting to Register my car in Florida and purchase a tag. I had the original title along with the Tax form from the dealer in Illinois ( the form provided sale price along with all taxes paid on the vehicle clearly outlined.. The woman told me I needed a bill of sale yet my form completed by the dealer who signed and sent me the title was NOT ACCEPTABLE. The rude woman at the front and center jumped into the discussion and it was a complete mess. I know people have difficult jobs but these people are not customer service friendly. Its difficult enough to gear people with a mask on yet behind plexiglass it is impossible to hear.I hope the owner of this business reads these and understands his staff is rude and unprofessional and a poor reflection on the business. Clearly they didnt want to take a minute to review the paperwork sent by the dealer clearly outlining the taxes I paid.I do not recommend this business and hope others read this before they decide where to get auto tags.

I thought when I set up an appointment, someone would have the decency to spend a little time and look at all the papers I prepared in advance. My mistake... the lady that attended me was rude and did not want to give me 1 minute of her time. She kept saying, we do this all the time. Good for her, bad for your business. If she is to represent your company, I will certainly not recommend to anybody.
I read some reviews and I was cautious about the quality of services at Beach Auto Tag. But a friend of mine recommended it and I was plesantly surprised that they helped find the best quote possible and wet beyond the extra mile. Thanks
Usually going to renew and get a vehicle registered is a pain. I like this tag agency. All the girls that work there are polite and knowledgeable. I was there today and had some questions after registering 4 boats. They printed out a sample and gave me the information. Fast and efficient service. Capt. Anthony
Arrived right before 5, no line walked right in and was out in less than 10 minutes to transfer title and get a registration. Very surprised by how fast everything was.
They were open for an hour and all I needed was a registration and they told me to make an appointment so I went into Miami I was able to get my car registered with no problem.They were very nice about telling me they didn’t have time for me though which at least that was cool.
This morning I tried several times calling once they opened at 9am. I’m sure it must have been more of a priority to have their morning breakfast and coffee to stuff their faces before helping anyone. Each time I called for 30 minutes after 9am every time I pressed the prompt to be transferred to a live person I can literally hear the phone being picked up and hung up. After numerous calls I told them finally I got through after the numerous time hearing the picked up and hang up, the person didn’t have the courtesy to even apologize telling me no one was there. I find it shocking they basically lied. The purpose of my call was to speak with someone due to the sudden passing of my father from covid and wanted to make sure I have the proper documentation to have ready once at arrival. They transfer me again to someone else with no answer and again had to call back. They kept telling me to just come in with Id and death certificate, I tell her mam would I also need, the registration, tag or any other for of paper work I can print out prior. Clearly they didn’t want to help and just said to come in for any additional form. I find it so unprofessional they didn’t even want to give me the proper reference when it clear looking on line there are additional forms and information necessary. Instead of being helpful and informative obviously informing the public of appropriate information is on the bottom of priority. They prefer to inconvenience people at there most difficult time of need so they can sit around and do nothing. It is terrible how people that work at the motor vehicle use there position to gain power over people and inconvenience any one, they prefer to make no effort whatso ever to work a littler bit more to help. It is known this location already has terrible customer service and today was another perfect example of how thoughtless the employees are instead of making the slightest extra effort to help the public be better informed so everyone can have a smooth process during their visit. I hope this location finds a way to restructure and train their employees to be more productive, informative, and less lazy.
!!! Wow, this has really been the worst tag agency I’ve ever been to. There are signs that say to wait until called, but if there was a line outside and no indication of wait order. I stuck my head inside just to ask a question, if there was a ticketing system, and everybody inside that was working there yelled at me super rudely and told me to get out and wait. i was only asking if there was a number system to wait... the lady with the red hair was so rude, literally yelling at me. i don’t know how she’s working in a business like this if she hates people... never coming back and i suggest you don’t give them your business.
It was a positive experience dealing with Beach Auto Tag & Insurance. I went in to get the title for my car and it couldnt have been easier. Staff were friendly and helpful. Everyone followed safety protocols for COVID-19 with limited numbers of people inside (3) and everyone wearing masks. I would definitely use this agency again.
Natasha is amazing. When ever I go there she is very attentive and makes sure everything gets done fast and efficiently. We need more people like her in Miami. Service with a bright smile.

Horrible! I made an appointment with Thomas Winkler and the ladies at the front pretended he didn’t exist. I came for handicap parking permits. I told them I was immunocompromised and could not wait in the very long line they had up front- that is why I made an appointment. After lying and saying he didn’t work there, they said he’s not here and then proceeded to just completely ignore me. I’m disabled and here for a handicap permit. This is very unsafe for me. The people who work here are rude. They like to yell at people through the intercom they have hooked up outdoors.

Stay away and here is why: they tried to charge me double, booked an appointment, arrived on time, 30 minutes later was given a run-around - left and got it done in 20 minutes at another auto tag agency...
Making people wait outside is pretty rude. Also the attendants attitude are the least friendly. Parking is awful too.

I went to Miami Beach Auto Tag this morning and wanted to leave a unbiased review. When I first walked in, I was greeted with a smile and pleasant hello. There were two people ahead of me. I took a number and sat down. My wait time was less than five minutes. My cashiers name was Myra Sanchez. She was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I highly recommend Miami Beach Auto Tag Agency..

AVOID THIS PLACE! Not worth your time and parking. This was the worst customer experience Ive ever had. So my car title was from a State where they can add a Transfer On Death (TOD) beneficiary on the title, which is NOT the same thing as ownership, once the blonde lady at the counter looked at her name she insisted my sister had to be present and sign the title and as I tried explaining to her, she said Im not arguing about this, ok? This is the law so come back with her, pretty much cutting me off. I gave up on explaining and said Im going somewhere else, her and her co-worker on the other booth started chanting Yaay and clapping (basically making fun of me). I just arrived in Florida and maybe Im too used to the Missouri Nice, or maybe its just because Im latino and she may be a Trump supporter or something?I dont know. But I went afterwards to the DMV place on 313 NE 167 St and they were really nice, and told me all I needed to do was write an affidavit saying TOD meant Transfer on Death and my sister wasnt the owner and done deal. Why was it that hard for the blonde lady to just be nice, even if she doesnt know about her own work? This happened around 3:20pm today and I believe I went to booth 4, I should have asked for her name but its not like I really wanted to waste any more time during this pandemic.Bottomline, dont waste your time here, the other place isnt that far away, Im never stepping on this place again

I cant say that the employees seem at all happy to be there, but they work quickly and efficiently. My wait was short, the employee that helped me was informative and worked very fast to get me out of there in a matter of minutes.

Super friendly, super quick and one lady went out her Way to give me a out of state form so I can fill out ahead of time before my number was called . The women who work there could not be more rude and unprofessional. The lady who was working on my papers kept taking personal phone calls. This place does not care about covid, masks, or social distancing. There’s too many people in there at once and the attendant came out from the back without a mask. No consideration for customers. Disgusting.

Location is convenient, no parking though. Employees are friendly but some like to waste time. There is a paper number system for the wait, but most employees are busy chatting and being friendly with current customers, which is surely pleasant if its your turn, and a bit frustrating to witness when youre waiting.

Good deals on insurance and great service from Natasha but theres someone named Hilda or something similar( she sits to right hand side of the entrance )and she was no help. Its best to avoid her and go straight to Natasha or other employees but her, you can see Natasha is working for the customers interest first and foremost.
This staff is the WORST staff I have ever had to deal with. RULED is to nice of a word to describe there altitude. I am a military veteran they tried to make it impossible for me a black man to get my military plates. I had to go home print out Florida requirements and bring it back to show them that i had all what was required. Then, after four time there, they had no other choice but to give me what i desired. All four of them behind the counter were upset. If you are not CUBON, WHITE you need to be walking in their eyes.

The position is good, but I can’t say the same thing about the service, at least with the person who helped me. I am not an expert about getting a tag or switching owner, but the lady have been pretty arrogant, and with an attitude of complaining going over the rude. I never like when you need yo get your time to go and fix papers, even worst when you have a disappointing service on the other side.
Great service! Intelligent considerate and well informed staff! And fast! Especially considering the complicated nature of the information demanded of them, and I mean demanded, by a somewhat imperious general public, I have always left feeling well served and well respected.
They do not do driver’s licenses here and were prompt in canceling my appointment. I wish I had noticed sooner.
The lady at the front refused to take my title because I had messed up on a letter and had to get a bill of sale. Then I came back and she said the same thing about the bill of sale and there was nothing wrong with it. I went to another tag place and they were confused on why the first place didn’t accept the title and bill of sale. Worst experience here.

He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and willing to do what was needed to help me solve my problem. I still have to do one more thing to compete my transaction but Tom assured me he will make sure it gets done. He gets five stars.

I just moved to miami beach area and had to renew my auto tag. Looking on the Internet I found Beach Auto Tag that didnt have good reviews but was the closest one, and I gave it a try. The results, what people were saying on those reviews completely false. I got in and out in 30 min and there were at least 10 people before me. My tag had a hold bc I owe a toll from a year ago that i didnt know about. Ivone, the lady that took care of me told me to call, which I did. She also told me that I didnt need to do the line again to pay for my new tag registration after. Very attentive and professional service. Sorry, but sometimes are the customers who doesnt deserve a nice treatment.

Fast service for how these places usually work. One of their reps was clearly on drugs or another such substance. She spoke very loudly, dropped F bombs every other word, and apologized for the allergies causing her sniffing. Sad. A customer had to ask her to watch her language. That sad, I would return given their speed. I would simply be sure to not bring my son with me.

Do yourself a favor and stay away from this tag agency! They have the absolute worst people they work there, they don’t speak English and they have no idea what they are doing.
