I was moving out of State! Haul set up a time and day for me to get a hitch/trailer attached to my vehicle and when I got there the day of my appointment that They scheduled. No one was able to help me connect the hitch so I was forced to take a truck and has to find someone else to drive the truck and my vehicle, as I’m seven months pregnant and also have a 7 year old. I had to pay for tolls and gas. With the trailer I wouldn’t have needed to find other drivers or spend extra money on gas, or tolls. It was the worst experience ever and then uhaul wanted to charge me for not giving the truck back full on gas after spending over $200 already on just gas alone. Very unprofessional and unorganized and no communication from their team.

Id never thought Id be reviewing a moving truck rental co. but the experience was great, so had to tell someone. I had rented a big trailer to move some new furniture. The women helped connect it and test all lights etc. She was super friendly and the drop off was just as easy.

Good location for pickup. Truck was in good order. People skills could use some improvement.
