I had to change dentists after my insurance changed. Perfect Dental was very accommodating to my schedule. They were able to book a last minute appointment to have a procedure done. The office was very clean and the staff were all super friendly. The doctor was very professional and gentle with the tools. Highly recommend this office.

First time there, was suprised to get right in. Had xrays and a consultation with the dentist. They were also ready to do a cleaning. Unfortunately I couldnt stay, but did set up an appointment. So far so good. Im giving a 3 because Ive not had work done yet.

Dr.Kang...is the best dentist Ive ever had.I strongly recommend this Dentist.Esp...if your a nervous nilly...Hes the dentist for you. All assisting staff are very kind speaking and make the visit that much nicer and easier. I really appreciated how simple it was to get a filling today. Ill be a patient there for a long time.

I was referred to this place threw masshealth. Was having an issue finding a surgeon two take out my two wisdom teeth. I guess a lot of places turn masshealth patients away if your over 21 years old. Which I happen to be. Anyways after calling this place they got me in same day to take a look! I was so pleased because I had a cavity in one of my wisdom teeth. They where so kind and caring! Scheduled me in for the surgeon to take them out a few weeks from now. Also prescribed medication for pain in the mean time.It really a one stop shop for most teeth needs adult or children. The dentist was very knowledgeable and pleasant answered all my questions. Plan on making this my primary dentist!

I love this dental office. Staff is welcoming the dentist I see is amazing - gentle and so sweet. I have had dental fears since a young age because of an injury and awful experience. This place has almost rid me of that fear!

Perfect Dental, please rectify your appointment organizers/applications. I received a text alert for my appointment which was made 6 months ago. This was for my family and myself. I confirmed the appointment through the link provided in the text. But when I visited the clinic with family(my wife and 2 kids) on the day of appointment, the receptionist was requesting to reschedule the appointments saying there were no general dentist on duty(they were scheduled to work on alternate weekends) and had to reschedule our appointments. This should have been done better, we should have been informed earlier.

Not professional, you are lied to when you book an appointment. They stated to me 1 price over the phone and in person its another price. You are forced to pay for a deep cleaning if needed, which i am sure they tell you that you need it so that you end up paying over 500 for a cleaning. If you deny it you do not get a cleaning at all. Atleast train your staff and take responsibility so that all patients have all info prior to waisting their time in making an appointment and actually going in. I do not recommend to anyone!

I have been taking my kids here since they were 1, for their first check up. The staff is amazing, place is always clean and my kids always walk out with a smile.Great dental office for little ones. It includes a small play area (which is now closed during CoVid) and they provide kids with a small toy from a machine when they are done.Wouldn’t pick any other place!

Very clean and professional staff. Once arriving I filled out some paperwork and my name was called less than 10 minutes later. The dentist is so friendly and went to BU for dental school. She told me my teeth were some of the best she’s seen in a long time. I’m definitely coming back here for a cleaning again. Arrived 15 mins early appointment wasn’t until 3 got called a whole 45 mins later and there was no one in the waiting area but myself, the front desk lady seemed very annoyed and slightly rude when I would ask a question, never again !

Perfect dental was recommended to me by one of their patients . I did not want to go back to any dentist because I’ve had such horrible experiences at other places . But my mouth is a mess and I needed to fix all my cavities. I have had a cleaning and x-rays and two cavities filled so far and the dentist and hygienist were Both really good to me. The front staff was very nice the, manager of the office made sure to check with me after my appointment to make sure that I had a good visit. This is the best dental office I have ever been to. It came highly recommended to me and they have exceeded my expectations by far. Scheduled through LHI, they moved my appointment from 2pm to 4pm then when I arrived at 4pm I waited until 5pm to be seen. Spent 5 total minutes having my services done and 25 minutes waiting in the chair. Would not recommend

I have serious anxiety when it comes to dental visits and treatment. And when I mean anxiety I mean full blown panic attacks. My husband started going to Dr. Pena and was super happy with the quality of care she provided. He kept insisting that she was the dentist for me and made me an appointment. I thought for sure that it would be like any other dentist visit I had. But Dr. Ingrid and her assistant Amanda were a god sent. I had a cleaning and had two fillings done without any pain or discomfort, or best of all without a panic attack. I can’t say thank you enough. I have been trying to find a dentist who I could feel comfortable with for years and I’mSo glad I found Dr. Pena. She’s the best, super nice, friendly, understanding, and doesn’t rush you. We will continue to come to this practice as a family. Thanks again!

The service that I get here is more then prefect. The front employees make you feel like your part of their family. They try to remember all of the conversations you’ve had with them. Its been a couple of months since I have started working as a Front Desk at perfect dental and it is by far the best job I have had! The work environment is extremely professional and friendly. Our manager is great at teaching us how to multitask between our daily tasks while keeping focus on the patients that come to the office. Our main priority is making sure that customers have a great experience from the moment they check in until the moment they check out!

I was disappointed with the lack of professionalism and disorganization, I arrived for my 10:30 appointment on time and waited for approximately 15 minutes because the receptionist was processing a patient who needed an interpreter. At 10:45 I was apprised that the dentist might be able to see me but that I would need to wait because my appointment wa at 10:00, I showed the receptionist the text message reminder that I received the previous day which read 10:30, she was dismissive. I’m looking for a new dentist.

I have to say that everyone was on point and knew what they were doing. The dentist was professional. At first I was like do I really want to go there because of the experience I had at one in the Boston area, but hands down goes to them.

I got an appointment at this place through LHI (Army Reserves) and has never heard of it before. I have a lot of anxiety and gets very nervous before any visit to the dentist.Right away when I first arrived there was an issue with my appointment due to the snail mail taking so long to get to me, which left me without the documentation required for the visit. At any other dentist this would have meant rescheduling for a different day. But see receptionist, forgive me if Im wrong about the name but I believe it was Jessica, she was determined to get the paperwork sent from LHI so I wouldnt have to sit in the waiting room for a moment longer then I had to. This included three or four phone calls to LHI customer service department asking them repeatedly to get the documents over. I was very impressed with her determination.I didnt catch the doctors name or the nurse but they were both very kind and relaxed which absolutely help me feel at ease during my appointment. There was zero pain and zero discomfort while in the chair.They even have a playground in the waiting room that kids can play on, like the kind you see at those indoor fun parks! I almost wanted to go on myself!I have been looking for a good family dentist for a long time, like some of the other reviews on here, Im definitely coming back here.Thank you for the great service Perfect Dental!

All I have to say is WOW!!! Perfect Dental is so great. The ladies in the front desk Jessica and Luisa are so helpful so sweet and always smiling. Stephanie does a great job holding down the fort. She addressed every concern I had and explained throughly for me to understand what procedures I would need next. Last but not least Dr. Ahluwalia, she is absolutely amazing at what she does she made me feel real comfortable. On Friday I was left with an an even bridge to the point to where I went back this was at 6:41 I called the young lady I didn’t even know that she was assuming I was going to fight her when I never told her that all I asked for was this please let the doctor know that I’m going to be on my way back there because I have sensitivity on one of the two that she she just had finished shaving down and I haven’t been feeling well when I get there was about a little bit like 648 to Stephanie to tell me well I’m sorry there’s no one here to help you so you’re gonna have to just wait until Monday then I come find out from one of the employees there that they were open on Saturday and there would’ve been an exception of I have sensitivity of something that they were supposed to repair here they go send me to another doctor because she was afraid because the other doctor that she has sent me to said I had an infection and he wasn’t gonna finish her work that that was her responsibility Dr. Wiley all of a sudden I go to another doctor that she refers me to with no problem no arguing no nothing I have a police officer calling me on something that happened on Friday when they were the one with the jackets on and talking with an attitude towards me now today I get up and they’re texting me axing me if my mom is going to go back to give them a call how are we working this is not professional not only that I took your side and I apologize because I was a little upset myself you know it’s not fair that I had to wait almost 4 weeks for you guys to take to do one side of my mouth that was unfair and I’ve been holding off and holding off and not saying anything and is everything is all about the money with you guys you guys don’t didn’t care for my well-being that I’m losing weight that I’m not eating because I have sensitivity because my tooth was stay down I feel so overwhelmed over this but I believe in God and you know something I never in life have ever treated you or threaten you guys with anything I’ve came in that even with the gift and gave you guys a gift because I was thankful at the time thinking you guys cared about me but once I realize my insurance wasn’t paying for something that you guys messed up and was supposed to fix now do you guys want to miss treat me and and like push me away 😞🤦🏽‍♀️My sisters been working in Dentel for over 17 years and when I sent her my lab work I have an infection all in my mouth I went into the hospital that Monday after she seen me with a fever of 105 they send me back home they said I had a infection guess what they were working on my mouth with an infection that spread and they had to admit me on Tuesday in the hospital and treat me with antibiotics wow

In all my years of dealing with any medical office, I have never encountered a more dysfunctional unprofessional lazy and rude staff. They did a procedure on a family member of mine who had an infection and they somehow missed that. When we called to get her medical records they lied about sending it, then they had the nerve to call the cops on her days later after I confronted them and was upset. Amongst everything else she suffers from other health issue that they obviously ignored. The front desk staff Stephanie was very heartless.
