Not too shabby; great workers trying to keep shelves stocked. The best team so far

We found a lot of Halloween merchandise. I went to the mans restroom, and it was in poor condition to any human being.

If there long line at cashier... workers should go open cashierWasting my time....Few items that I need, were out of stock... please keep it up-to-date

Dollar Tree has always had good prices and good selection. However this store is disgusting. It looks like the day after Christmas, and no one seemed to care. There were 6 kids running around SCREAMING, and throwing things at each other......Very very disappointed

There was one person doing the register with a lot of customers waiting. She did an amazing job! The other cashier came out to help her and his mask 😷 was jot even on correctly!!

I frequent this Dollar Tree just to see what they have. They are usually well stocked and its fun to pick up decor, crafts, or candy. It is a dollar store, nothing fancy, so only 4 stars.

Love it!, everything is a dollar, how can you go wrong when everything a dollar.

A disorganized mess. Lots of completely empty shelves and sections. Havent been here for several months, but it was like this then too. I have never made a worthwhile trip here. This city has 3 dollar trees and they are all a disgrace. Dirty with rusted stained shelves, and the filthy floors.

This is the BEST Dollar tree, always stocked and staff so friendly. Believe me, Im a fanatic of the chain but Methuen kicks everyone else to shame.

My favorite dollar store to go to. Heather the manager is extremely friendly along with all of the staff. I prefer this dollar tree out of the others around because it’s big and has a lot to choose from.

Manager is very unprofessional (Heather) expects everything and everyone to run how she wants them to run. She takes as much vacations as she wants. Doesn’t know how to approach Certain nationalities customers with good customer service. Always has a attitude. Store always a mess doesn’t know how to run a business. Restrooms smell and look horrible. Etc... this store needs a health inspector and more 🤦🏻‍♀️

It was OK. Craft section didnt have many things and with only 2 lanes open for check out, people were very huddled together.

The employees where nice. But the place was a bit messy. I used to work at one so I do know 1st hand, how fast it happens and why. But its an awesome store!!!!

Need more merchandise

This store was a disaster. Aisles a mess and nothing where it belonged. The line was ridiculously long but other workers were aimlessly roaming the store. I definitely do NOT recommend shopping at this location.

Excellent service

Probably the messiest dollar store I’ve ever been in. Looks like a tornado went through the isles, and there is mold growing on some of the products. That’s pretty nasty. Every time I come here I have to wait like 5 minutes before anyone ever realizes there are customers at the register.. reallly? There is actual mold on some of the pudding on the shelves.. I took a picture, it’s gross.

Spend over 100 dollars at the Dollar store. Manager says I have to carry everything out. He says its company policy that the carts cannot leave the store. I cant take their carts to my car, parked across the lot mind you. He says Pull into the Fire Lane and Ill help you load. So you want me to break the law and block the fire department in order to comply with your company policy?!Forget this low end store, Ill shop somewhere else.

Good store for picking up little inexpensive items, could use some more organization and periodic cleaning throughout the day to make store more presentable though.

This dollar store has the most variety Ive ever seen in the dollar store although usually shots staffs its worth the wait in line if youre buying many items.

Dirty, messy, and not organized shelves. Workers are lazy and wont clean up or make it neat there. Worst Dollar Tree Ive been to.The workers just stand around doing nothing.

This particular location (route 28 in Methuen) is the most disorganized, messiest store. Does not matter if youre the first customer of the day, or last one at night. The isles are always a disaster with merchandise on the floor. I understand that customers can be very rude, disrespectful and let their kids run wild. However, I dont feel thats an excuse to let a store get as bad as this one seems to always be.

Dollar Tree is one of my favorite stores, but before it was a pleasure to be in the store, but about a year ago the store has changed a lot because now it is very disorganized, dirty and one does not find things because of the disorder.
