Was charged a different amount then what was listed on their visible price list. When I asked about the price the lady kept ignoring me and starting talking a different language. I know, I should have left from the beginning because every time I asked a question the lady would ignore me. She couldnt give me a straight answer. They are very unprofessional.

First time going and I can say the lady who done my nails did an amazing job I love how she takes her time was not in a rush

I first went to Ms. Lili back in December as a walk in for To get ready for my Christmas party. She still took me in last minute and she did great! I received so many compliments. I never had my nails done in a salon before and it was a great experience. I just went today and got my nails done I showed her a picture and she tried her best and it came out even cuter and I love it. I would definitely recommend coming to her! Thanks again Ms. Lili!

My daughter just had her nails done here for homecoming. She had an idea in mind and they nailed it (no pun intended). Price wasnt bad and shes already said thats where she wants to go for her next set. Shes telling all of her friends thats where they need to go.

This place changed owners this year and they improved the salon and the way they treat clients on a personal level, the ladies that work there are super sweet and accommodating but my issue with all the changes is one and its an essential thing, the nail services and are NOT good. I got the worse full set ever about 2 months ago. The nail technician I use to see before the new owners (Kim) was AMAZING doing acrylics and she doesnt work here anymore.I really hope they can have the services meet the quality of the salon appearance.

I love their services. Great people, great personalities! They always offer sodas or water when I go. Lili always is helpful in every way. My nails are always beautiful also. I’m never disappointed leaving out lili’s.

I love this place the owner lili is amazing! She’s very professional, helpful and makes you feel welcome. My nails are always nice and she has a big variety of colors. Also I love getting a pedicure I leave feeling like I have new feet!

New owners started off great, now their getting sloppy. Every time I go get gel nails, my nails always snag and the Polish comes off within a week. Plus after being there a while, they started talking about you in their language. Not professional at all. I liked the old owners better.

The new owners have made several improvements over the last few months. The new chairs are great! The ladies take time with each customer and no one seems to be rushed.I have happy feet.

Went here yesterday. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I got there at 11:45 and didn’t leave until 2:30 with me and my sister being the only customers. The owner just sat around and made the other lady do everything. That woman was extremely rough on the pedi and eyebrow wax. She pulled so much of my cuticles out that when she polished my toes it burned. I then went to the back got my wax where she was moving so slow. She put the wax on (close to my eyelid at that) took the wax strip and constantly pressed it down as if it wouldn’t couldn’t up and she wanted to secure it. I have been getting my eyebrows waxed for 15 years and I have never experienced burns on my eyes until now. My overall experience there was horrible and I won’t be returning.

New owners!!! Great service. Took care of my ingrown toenail & it didn’t hurt much. Got an excellent pedicure and my feet felt like new. They also offer customers a beverage while you’re being taken care of.The new owners did a complete overhaul of the interior and cleaned house literally. It’s nice and clean and everything is sterilized for your protection.

The owner was the sweetest most patient woman I have ever encountered despite having the most unruly, disrespectful client I have ever seen, and more importantly does the most magical nails. I will definitely be coming back thank you again!
