Talked to customer support multiple times to verify the internet package I needed was available at my address. After the installation appointment was moved, the only available speed was half of what I was guaranteed was available. Customer support was very pushy about trying to get me to stay with the service, despite the fact their service absolutely wouldnt meet my needs.

Unprofessional technicians have not fix internet. I just got their service about a month ago and the internet keeps going in and out. It is an outside problem. The technicians have come out to fix about five times. What is the problem ? No response. I am very disappointed customer.

If I could give zero stars I would. Called to change service to a new address. They claimed it was all set up and just had to be installed. The day of installation, we are called and told that they have to run a line, which will take two weeks. Two days later a man shows up and does some of the work then leaves. A few days after that, another man shows up, says he had no idea somebody had been here, and completes the work. Showed me exactly where everything was and said to call and set up installation. I did exactly that. They confirmed that the line had been run and set me up for an earlier install. The day of install, I get a text saying that installation has been pushed back another week. Upon calling, they said that the same line work had to be done, and the ticket was never closed out. Nobody ever offered a solution. I have spoken with 20+ customer service reps and a few managers, and they all seem to have no clue what work has actually been done at my house. Going to pick up a Cox modem today and cancel AT&T.

Att is horrible! I pay for the 300 mbs plan but have regular speeds of 15-30 mbs. I know they are throttling my service and can prove it. Everytime I run a speed test through the online website my speeds jump up to 200-230. Thats still not 300 mbs, which Im paying for. I have called and complained multiple times and Im just done. I will never do business with att again. I would advise you all to run far, far away from att if you are in the market for internet.
