I’ve gone here about 3 times and my eyebrows are fine they look great my only complaint is the attitude the lady at the front desk gives? 2 out of the 3 times I’ve went I felt she could’ve done a better job in respect when talking to me or my sisters. My sister walked out crying not because of her eyebrows but cus how frustrating and rude that lady was. Talk to your customers better who keep you in business

Absolute best threading service and customer experience!! The owner, Lata and all the other ladies here are so nice and really go out of the way to make sure the customer is happy. My eyebrows were messed up by some other lady at another place so when I read the reviews for this place I decided to go. WOW! Lata took the time to check them out and explained to me what she suggested. I wanted to keep growing them in and have an arch that she said would be hard with the way they were done before but she would try. She was so friendly and took her time, even asked one of the other girls her thoughts and they both spent a few minutes discussing with me how they think if I removed this random 1 or 2 hairs then it won’t be thin but I’ll have a baby arch. They got my permission instead of just doing it. I appreciate them so much bc I got my brows back!!! You can see how happy they were too and not just me. Thank you ladies so much :)Can’t wait to come back here all the time now!! Best in all of New Orleans!!!

Ive been coming here for a year or so and have recommended it to many friends. Friendly, professional, clean, fast, and well-priced. Im loving the new online system they are using! However, definitely agree with other reviewers about some stylists making the brows too thin...some of them will remove more hair even if you ask them to leave them full. Some are definitely better in my opinion for this reason; I personally prefer the younger stylists for this reason. But I use brow pencil anyway so its not too much of a bother. Ill continue visting and enjoying!

I got my eyebrows threaded for the first time by Bhavi and I LOVED THEM! She was very nice, professional and knowledgeable when telling me how to maintain and grow them.

Very unethical lady. We had to buy the mask. The mask said $8 but the lady kept arguing that it is for $10 even though the price is marked on the packaging. We paid her but want to let the customers know. It’s not the matter of $2 but just how cheap and unethical she was. Unbelievable!

Found this place via a local friend in the area and what a treat! Staff was Courteous, professional, very clean and went above and beyond in educating me in the latest eyebrow techniques. They were able to correct my uneven brows. I did the eyebrow lamination and tint & threading and BROWS ARE ON FLEEK! I highly recommend this place for all your beauty needs, they offer many services which I will try again

I used to get my brows threaded, By Isha (usha) she is the best, but she has retired! They have 4 other brow artists to choose from, so hopefully I can find one to my liking. I would recommend this threading studio.

I tried the brow lamination and lift lash with a tint for the first time and the results exceeded my expectations!! I went in for a eyebrow threading, I made an appt so I was seated quickly and it was pretty busy so that was great. However, I spent most of the year growing out my eyebrows due to the lockdown, when I sat down- the first thing I said was that I did NOT want them too thin. I honestly should’ve walked away when the lady pushed back and said “well since this is thick and this is skinny I have to make it even”. I have never gone somewhere told them what I wanted and was told basically no. They were a lot thinner than what I wanted and one eyebrow was more thinner than the other one. The result of my eyebrows was not terrible and maybe two stars is harsh, but if a client is specifically telling you what they do not want maybe just like hear them out and don’t shut them down. We all know eyebrows take a long time to grow out...

This place is good. The contrast in the reviewers opinions can be easily explained. The more senior ladies do not suit the taste of most of us who like fuller eyebrows, and they are on the stubborn side thi king that they know whats pretty and know how to do it. I highly recommend to wait for the younger ladies ..you will be sure to keep going there !

The staff is extremely professional. The studio & spa is extremely clean. The cost of the services is reasonable. I always feel better about my appearance once my eyebrows have been threaded.

I use to love this place, but the last three times they have disappointed me so much. The first time my eyebrows were threaded uneven, but I gave them another try. The next two times I had to ask them to clean up my brows three to four different times when they said they were finished because they kept on missing hairs. This last time the lady also kept touching my face and hitting my nose and although I tried to understand, it was just fairly uncomfortable and her hands felt greasy on my skin which didnt make me feel at ease. Sucks that I have to find a new location, but I give up on this location.

Unlike waxing studios in New Orleans, you can just walk in here without making an appointment. There wasnt any wait for service when I was in here either time I came, and it was on weekends. A fraction of the price of waxing. And they do a really great job. Everything about the service here is better than waxing. This is my favorite place for hair removal in the greater New Orleans area.

I didn’t mind the 15-20 minute wait time however my brows were threaded terribly. I understand that eyebrows are more like sisters than twins BUT mine were distant cousins when the lady was finished. Even after giving directions, she still could not give me what I asked for. PLUS she had an attitude when I attempted to explain her error. WILL NOT BE COMING BACK HERE AGAIN. I would give NO stars if that were an option!!!

I love this place. They always give me the perfect shape of eyebrows and it lasts so much longer than waxing. They can thread other areas of the body and offer skin care products too. Very affordable.

This is the first place Ive ever gotten my eyebrows threaded. The staff are very friendly and the service is quick. And all for an affordable price! After all of these years of waxing Im sold on threading. My eyebrows have mever looked better. Also threading last longer than waxing! It hurts a little more than waxing but the results are worth it.

Me and my friend have gone to this place to get our nose pierced. Lady seemed in rush to do it, she didn’t even care about asking for our ID’s. $55 per person in order to get our nose pierced with a gun!! Terrible quality of the service! Had I known before gun piercing causes blunt force trauma to the skin around it, I would’ve never gone to this place.

Update! I have been coming here for a while now and wanted to let everyone know that I have never been disappointed! I made an earlier review, but wanted to be sure to spread the word that they are still awesome! Cant beat the prices either! I have uploaded their price list as well!Awesome service from any of the ladies. I never have to wait in line long and I always love the way I look when I leave.

My daughter and I went in on yesterday to have a wax done for her and a threading done for me. It was our first and will be our last. My eyebrows looks like nothings been done do them and my daughter has broken out really bad from the wax and thats never happened to her. The employees are very pleasant but I dont think the older lady knows what shes doing and the person who did my daughters wax didnt know what she was doing either. Maybe shes just used to threading and not waxing.

I wish that I could give this place a negative star review. I called earlier before coming to see if I needed to make an appointment and they said i didnt need to. So I showed up and someone was available to do my eyebrows right away . She was in the middle of a conversation and before she started to do my eyebrows, I told her that I just wanted them cleaned up. I told her I did not want a lot taken off my eyebrows. And told her that I have a scar on my eyebrow so that I cannot have too much come off or it’s going to show. Only a few minutes later, she literally took off half of my eyebrows. While doing my eyebrows she was still in her conversation so whenever I tried to tell her anything, she acted like she was listening but I could tell she was not. I won’t be back and will be warning every one I know about this place.

Love this place. Kristen who is also an Esthetician threads my brows. She is very sweet, but so are all of the other ladies at this location. Never had a problem. Brows are growing back beautifully since Ive started going here to Kristen!

Last time I went, upon my mother’s recommendation, the woman did a stellar job. This time was a complete and utter disaster.The young woman (different from last time) who did my brows did not seem to understand my request to make my brows thinner nor did she take the time to clarify. Either it was a language barrier, she did not take her time, and/or she had no forethought to her work. Instead she dove in and, when done, showed me the brow that was essentially a “U” shape. She seemed to know that she messed up when she handed the mirror. I was horrified, and when she saw my face, she said “you wanted thin.” I clarified I wanted “thinner” not thin, and the eyebrow had no shape whatsoever. She then tried to blame the hole in my brow which is no excuse. There was still a shape before, and she butchered my eyebrow. It seems that she literally doesn’t understand instructions nor received any meaningful training in esthetics or working with clients. It would have been an honest mistake if she weren’t defensive, but she knew she messed up and attempted to blame me for her botched service.I had her clean my other brow, tipped her, and left. This place is a disaster with no management or oversight of their employees. Never going again, and this will require months of daily penciling in to look normal. Not worth the time and effort I have to spend to make myself look normal again.

Horrible experience! DO NOT go here.. they thin out your eyebrows when you SPECIFICALLY tell them not to. i left in tears when i saw my eyebrows. but went back and asked for a refund.

Very quick, and super nice. Love that the lady put some type of gel over my brows after threading, cooled them down. She also clipped them for me too!

This is a teeny tiny studio right next to supercuts that is absolutely wonderful! Make sure and go in and request KRISTEN, shes the manager at this location and she does an AMAZING job. I swear you wont be able to find a single hair out of place when shes finished! Its super cheap and you have lots of options for hair removal. This place is great, but make sure Kristen is there ;)

This place does high quality eyebrow threading and I can say this as I come from a family who actually does threading! Thank you but I highly recommend y’all open up a spot in the warehouse district area- as y’all are so far away! They charge an arm and a leg for threading in New Orleans compared to the tri state area.

Place burned me, and tore off some of my skin because the wax was to hot, they also took off way to much of my brow I have bushy eyebrows that just need to be cleaned up and she took off a ton of my hair. She did a good job shaping but my eyebrows are LOADED with tiny pimples because of the place being unsanitary. The place also smells like a house that has dogs that live in it and pee all over the floor nothing against the owners no one was rude I just didn’t think the hype of the reviews lived up to what it was just go somewhere else to avoid burns.

Visited salon today for the first time. Service was prompt. However, her threading technique left me with a laceration. It was the most painful threading Ive experienced and my eyebrows are uneven. I only use threading to shape my brows and have so for many years. I gave this salon a chance, but I will not be back.
