Betty is always amazing and going here is about more than a hair cut; its for an experience in relaxation and quality for your hair.

I saw Betty for the first time for a haircut yesterday morning. Not only was she incredibly sweet, she gave me the exact haircut is was looking for. Plus, your hair always smells SO GOOD after you leave an Aveda Salon. I cant recommend them enough!

Betty cuts my hair. I like to change it up frequently, shorter and shorter and then grow it back out. Just went in for a pixie cut today. LOVE IT. Before this it was increasingly shorter bob haircuts. I’ve received compliments from strangers on my hair and referred them to Betty. She’s super nice and she’s amazing with shears!

I had the best experience EVER with Jesse! Im a girl with curly hair, so Ive had a lot of hairdressers who dont understand how my hair works and, as a result, completely mess it up. Jesse not only fixed what they did, but she took the time to explain how to take care of my hair. She spent about 2 hours on my hair! I really appreciate how friendly she and the staff were and definitely recommend coming here.

Only place I will go for a haircut

I have been going to Betty for the last couple of years. Shes always on time & professional and I make an effort to respect her time by showing up for my own appointments. She does a great job and I enjoy my visits.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I’ve been a loyal customer for years. I moved about one hour away from the the Paris Parker salon at Lakeside in Metairie. Betty was to cut my hair today. I made the appointment yesterday. The girl that booked it failed to alert me there would be a HUGE parade that blocked many main arteries to the salon. And this person knew. I know because I worked at Lakeside. Management is very good about the notification of events so that stores and employees can plan accordingly. This person did NOTHING to help. All she said was that Betty could “wait 10 minutes”. I’m in bumper to bumper traffic because of a huge parade. I drove in to get to my appointment and now they canceled it! Loyal no more to Betty or to Paris Parker Lakeside in Metairie. It must be under new management. I’ve never been treated like this by them before. TERRIBLE! For the prices they charge, they should be treating every customer more appreciatively and try to accommodate, especially the ones that have been loyal. (Writing this part one hour later. I went to Paris Parker Lakeside to see how busy they could be to justify not rescheduling me: EMPTY! The place is EMPTY! Betty is sitting in her own chair!!! I will be writing the company about the staff and their unprofessional behavior today. I will never recommend this salon to anyone.)

Salon was clean and comfortable. Mark gave my 14 year old daughter exactly the short, modern, androgynous hair cut she wanted! Both of us are very happy!

Great atmosphere. My hair is very difficult to cut and have it fall properly, especially when it gets long. Very impressed with Bre, she hit the look I wanted perfectly.

I can count on them for honest,expert advice and superb work. I look forward to my monthly pampering. Paris Parker Lakeside is the best salon by far. The staff is always friendly, helpful and engaging.

The haircut was great. The stylist listened to my concerns. What I did not like was the product they used on my hair. My hair felt heavy and looked dry. I immediately washed my hair whe I got home. I did not have that urge to keep touch my hair. You know, that feeling right?

Had the best experience! Recently moved here, this is my second salon. The first one didnt work out so well...bad haircuts so of course I was nervous to try another salon. I googled this salon and I decided to go for it after reading the reviews for Adam. He is a miracle worker!! He corrected what the other salon messed up badly. My haircut is awesome. And to make me feel even better, as I was leaving the mall I got complimented on my hair! Bonus!

Adam made my weekend and photo shoot a success! I was visiting from out of town and needed a cut and style for an unexpected event. Adam rocked it!! Great hair artist and very professional. Too bad I couldnt bring him back home with me! Thank you!!

Had a boy cut today which normally cost $40 but was charged $72 and then to add insult to injure was asked for a gratuity!For a 40 minutes service this was outrageous. Nearer going back there.
