After looking at this location online I was very excited into signing my kids up for the camp seeing that there was availability and possibly joining the gym. When entering the location there was a young gentleman with glasses told me that the camp was full after I told him I spoken with someone online that there where spots available.😐 I told him I was interested in trying to get a membership he couldnt help but to mention there is aid. Extremely Awkward never asked but then I realized he assumed I needed this because Im black with 3 kids. In other words your staff need better training its 2021 for christ sake not everyone needs legal aid!!!!!!

Excellent workout facility, many machines, a pool an tons of AC.

Out of 3 clubs I hate the dirtiest. .myself and you have asked a few employees for a mop, but to no avail. I also told them of all the dust bunnies under the center machine, still there. This is the place that should be cleaned the most with the more elderly people there. One young black man cleans machine on weekends, and Lou in the mornings at times, but thats all I see. Mat usually dirty and really needs to be mopped each shift. Have told few employees of that.

I love this Y. I came in January 2018 to talk about joining. I was quickly signed up and started coming regularly. Last summer, I took swim lessons as an adult and was able to learn some of the basics. I like their group exercise classes a lot. They have an outdoor pool only. They do have an indoor track. The only parking issues I have noticed were during the occasional swim meets or when there was a special event going on.

I absolutely LOVE the YMCA. We went to the end of the summer pool party and my kids and my husband and I had a great time. This is the perfect place for families. The childcare provided is great for moms and dads to get their workouts in during the week. I enjoy bringing my kids Saturday mornings to get my weekend started right. I get to do a fun workout and the kids have fun too. They offer great classes and sports for the kids too. My boys have done sports and my daughter takes dance class. Please of you are looking for a new gym, look at the east jeff YMCA. The prices are great and the family atmosphere is perfect!

There are some really awesome things about this Y, and some not awesome things. I love every class Ive been to BUT, I cant tell you how many times the schedule is WRONG! If you dont go to the Y every day, you will not know whats going on. The schedule online doesnt match whats posted on the doors. Sometimes the instructors arent even informed of changes. If they could get the schedule fixed, I would up my stars.

Consistently inconsistent about their hours of operation. Close all the time with no warning or updates on the site or emails.

Dont bother making this your gym if youre black. This place is very racists. All they ever tell you is what they CANT do but when somebody white walks in even if theyre in the middle of assisting you its like their whole world stops for them. If Im the one waiting thats whats being done Im standing there waiting. I wanted to initially freeze my account but when I couldnt even change payment info because their systems was down and couldnt make a change when I needed to I decide to cancel. The lady at the front desk that just received an award for employee of the month or year, which I dont know how never offered to get a supervisor for me. When I asked I was told theres not anything anyone can do the systems are down and its going to draft your card tonight and theres nothing you can do about it. Even when my payment gets drafted I still wouldnt utilize this gym the month of May, theyre just an inconvenience rather than help that is only but only if youre black!!!

Friendly to all. Ive been a ymca member 15 years. Only seen kindness from the staff. Couple times, I have seen a customer that thinks the world revolves around her. If you have too much testosterone or are on roids that make you paranoid and cranky...try golds down the street...lol. Or maybe get a home gym.

Its a safe place to take a family. Just dont try to get any equipment when the Silver Sneakers club is there. They sit on the equipment and hold conversations.

Place is always packed, hard to find parking space. Their open hours are never consistent. As much money this YMCA makes, youd think they can expand the weight room and build an indoor full court basketball gym with the extra land.

My son is leaning swimming in YMCA, I love to mention about his coach CYHe is best and taught my son swimming as fun for him . I send my son 4 sessions .All times Cy is instructor.We love Cy, Best coach, nice human, down to earth .He is asset for YMCA ..Thank you CY .

I love gyms and this Y is number one on my list, and Ive been to Premier Fitness as well as Planet Fitness. Its never too crowded and the staff are wonderful people.

Ive been attending the YMCA for about 5 years and have loved it! It was like a second home for me and I have made several life long friends there as well! But, because of new management these things have changed. Theyve become very unprofessional towards a few of their members and this has caused me to leave and join a new gym.

I sign up my daughter for summer camp not too long ago and she hated it. I regret it.. every day I would pick her up she would be crying saying the caregivers treated her bad. Every summercamp she has went to she always had so much fun that she always wanted to go back except the YMCA. Will never ever go back to this place!! Huge DISSAPOINTMENT.

Since becoming a member every time my sons try to go on weekends and play basketball theyve been tuned away😠

Great class . Clean good sized locker . No sauna . dees yoga class is a one of a kind . Highly recommended

This place is now getting a 1 star. Ive come here for YEARS! Ever since I got a full time job on the West Bank, I have access to a gym for free during my lunch break. I only utilize the YMCA facility with my father and mother once a week or once every other week. But now they only do 6 day pass for $48. What a rip of!! It would be easier if they would just increase the daily rate by the $2 they want for the 6 day pass which is equaled to $8 . Lets just say my father is very upset and they just lost 2 members because of their Idiocracy business plan this new management has. Dont waste your money go to a 24 hr fitness place

Lots of classes, daycare, & very rarely to crowded. Prices are incredible.

I like the variety of aerobic exercise classes
