All I wanted was to return an Amazon item! Please do better Amazon with these UPS stores. For sure this one...
Bad Attitude and rude. I greeted the young lady with a hello and a smile and it was downhill after that.
Too lazy to scan package With tracking number Lost $141 on a returnToo lazy
This is my favorite location! I always go in with tones of packages. They are all nice but I love Judy! She is so helpful and really is a people’s person! Even on a cloudy day, I get a laugh from Judy. 💕♥️💕
Lady behind the counter removed her mask and sneezed. I mentioned she shouldnt do that and her response was it would get the mask wet if she kept it on while sneezing. I recommend she should have more than one mask her response as she wiped her nose with her hand and handed me my receipt that she had a box of mask but apparently it was to much of a hassel for her to put on a fresh mask. I wont be going back there anytime soon.
I had a great experience here. They were kind, quick and super helpful!
This place is a 5 minute walk from my home. The employees are Always Very Helpful. On one occasion the employee assisted me with Color Copier. 😎🚂🚂
So quick and easy! Love the returns to Amazon. No packing they do it for you! Very nice staff.
I guess we missed all the rude ppl that others have posted about when we went into the store with a huge 75lb package to ship. Got great customer service, watched them give great customer service to everyone before us. Even got some good advice about using proper shipping boxes to insure nothing gets damaged in transit for next shipment. Going back for sure.
All the staff are very helpful! great customer service.
Way too expensive, they keep losing my mail, 50 dollars every 3 months? What a rip off.
Everyone has a bad day and maybe thats what was going on with these 1 star reviews. I just left there. Staff is amazing and just paid a couple bucks for shipping quite a few items. They did the boxing the taping and were super friendly over the phone. No the location is not the greatest, but at least it is on a major street!
Staff not helpful. I was told to reach over a stack of boxes to retrieve a shipping envelope. Went to US Post Office.
The service they provide is good. They are all good at what they do. But there is something about the man who always seems to help me, I feel like Im personally inconveniencing him by using the store to drop off return packages He seems impatient, especially with people who know less than himself. I find it alienating.
Fast service, great staff! Parking is a bit of a pain.
The staff are always so helpful and willing to answer any questions you have. Always use this store for my packing and shipping needs. Seeing all the reviews about customers being asked what is in their packages. It is actually required that they ask, it may be inconvenient, but they are doing their jobs. Also, if I am waiting in line and someone comes in and skips the line to drop off a package, I would be upset if the staff allowed them to cut in front of me. If I could give higher than 5 star rating, I would
Great little UPS Store! Nice people, great service and friendly. They have a great private mail box service that will even let you know by e-mail when an express or package is dropped off there!
Avoid this UPS store at all cost. Very rude and useless staff that will pick up the phone while theyre talking to you. Either use the location off of Veterans blvd, which has a much friendlier staff, or just use USPS to mail your packages.I went here to simply drop off a package that was already paid for. Other locations simply let you drop off the package and go about your business, not this store. The nerve of these people to actually ask whats inside the package youre mailing, like its any of their business what you mail through UPS. They are intrusive and very rude to their customers, do not give them any business.
This place is awful. I asked for a piece of tape to tape my small box lid shut. The owner said, we sell tape right there and pointed to the wall. There is only one size and they cost $5.00 for a roll of tape.Dont spend that all in one place buddy, because youll never see me again. Fed ex and the post office give me all the free tape I can use when I need it. All of the one star reviews on here are for a reason.
Quick and easy drop off
I’ve been a customer of this place for 20 years, and suddenly I’m told it’s a $2.50 charge to tape the box I brought in. Is business that bad that y’all have to nickel & dime like this? I’m not mad over the charge (I can tape my own boxes up in the future)...I’m frustrated with the condescending guy at the counter who acts like I should have known and wasn’t willing to even budge for a longtime, former customer. I’ll take my business elsewhere from now on. 👎🏼
Steve, Sam and staff at this location always offer excellent service. I recently had a package get lost in the returns process, and they went above and beyond on a busy day to assist me in tracking it.
Two stars for convenient location and there hardly ever being a line, but I understand why... terrible customer service. Been using for past 6 years and no improvement. Only go there if absolutely necessary.
Worst UPS Store I have ever been to. Staff is so rude. Owner is the worst. This place gives UPS a bad name. Do yourself a favor and use Fed Ex they are much more professional with better service. I will even go to post office to ship something before I ever go to this store again.
This ups store does not stock ups shipping materials... only the generic materials you have to pay for.
Always had an ok experience going in, but online it says they have a notary which they do not
Ive lived around the corner my whole life. The problem here is Sam, the owner/manager. He continually has lines out the door and even makes the delivery men (delivering his supplies) wait in the customer line to drop off his supplies. Pre-paid label? Tough - you have to wait in the line (yes, just to hand off a pre-paid pkg). Dropping off any package? Sam will ask you whats in it. You could lie, because he wont open it - he cant. He has no way of knowing whats in your package, so how does asking really prevent anything? I told him that it was an invasion of privacy, and he began to argue with me and said if you dont like it, you can go somewhere else as he handed my package back to me. I was appalled so I told him it was a vibrator when it was really some baby clothes. But what if it was something private - asking what it is isnt going to prevent someone from shipping an explosive or something. Beyond rude - its just Sam the owner too.
Love this store! So convenient and the staff is always friendly and helpful!
Ive been a customer since 1996. Always nice and helpful. Wouldnt go anywhere else.
Staff was super friendly and helpful. Was in and out in 5 minutes.
Very helpful and friendly every time I visit.
Staff is rude, they want to know what is in every box you drop off.
An elephantine imbecile who is perpetually on the telephone whenever we go into the store to ship our packages (50 plus per month minimum to New York City) refused to tell me his name after I repeatedly asked for it ...I guess he thought Steve wouldnt know who he was when I described him...at any rate, we are no longer customers of this store but would like to recommend you monitor the activities of this buffalo butt as he is single-handedly ruining your business...when he can be bothered in between his perpetual phone calls.
DO NOT do business here!!!! Staff is horribly RUDE!!! Well one person in particular...Sam!!! He yelled at me and berated me in front of his co-worker and another customer. I will NEVER EVER do business here again and hope you wont either!!!!!
Staff here is rude and confrontational, wanting to know contents of packages that I drop off.
Terrible terrible condescending customer service via phone call about questions using their services... way to run off customers who had lots of things to ship.do not use these people.
Ditto to ALL of the above...what a horrid experience!
