Five year old Carrier, the kind with the computer board in it, went out at 4pm on a Friday. 90 degrees outside.Called about 6pm and they said can get here in two hours. Arrived about 8. Tested and found the issue. Fixed In about 1/2 hour.Even though it was late on a Friday, it didn’t cost me an arm and a leg.

My a/c went out tonight at 8:30. Called my regular service guy and they couldnt get to me until tmr night. Not happy! Called Metairie A/C and was here in less than an hour. Harry was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and a really nice guy. Fix my problem in less than an hour. Highly recommend. Reasonable rates. If you ever need your AC repaired or maintained I highly recommend Metairie AC Repair also known as Miracle Heating and AC! Called at 8 this morning and they were able to come out at 12:15. Harry fixed and cleaned everything that needed to be done. Went from 81° to 70° within the hour. Honest, affordable, and hard-working. Definitely will use them in the future!

My sister sent Harry to check my air conditioner because it was not getting cold in the day only at night. Harry did a thorough check of the a/c and found out that the compressor wad going bad. He informed my sister of everything that needed to be did. She gave him the ok and the unit was replaced the same day and he finished up the next day. Everything working fine now and Harry said he will, be back in a couple of weeks to check to see how it is working. She told me to make sure I keep Harry for all my a/c and heater repairs. I will recommend Harry to all my friends and family because he is good and reliable.

Air condition was working sunday and when the temperature started to drop so did my house. I thought maybe the thermostat batteries were bad since my nest kept restarting. Turned out to be my drain line was backing up stopping power to my thermostat. Not only did Metairie ac flush my lines, harry also wired the stat to where the next time I have a water backup, my thermostat will stay powered up and alert me. Great job.

I Couldnt Get In Touch With My Regular Air Condition Company & Called Harry With Metairie Repair & He Had Me Up & Running On A Saturday. Previous Company Kept Charging Me For Refrigerant Every 6 Months & Could Never Find The Leak, $3k Later And I Was Still Experiencing The Same Issues. Harry Did A Leak Search & Instantly Found The Indoor Coil Leaking & Had It Swapped Out Just 4 Hours Later. Best $2800 Ive Spent As He Was Able To Prove The Leak Was Fixed By Running A Vacuum On The System & Showed Me Step By Step Proof That There Were No Other Leaks. Very Satisfied. Very Smart Young Man.

Harry is awesome. I cant recommend him enough. After years with another company who continually fails to call us back when we need them, Harry came by. He tried to clean it first, but said we may need another part. When i called to let him know at 6pm on a sat that it was not working again, he came straight over and didnt charge us. He fixed it as soon as he could. Its never been colder. We are actually having to turn it to a higher temperature at time! Thanks Harry

Had a great experience with Metairie. I have 2 systems in my home and one of the compressors went out Mardi Gras day. They were very informative on repair options and replacement options and we opted to go with the replacement route. I’m very particular about my home and they went the distance to wear shoe covers and use drop cloths upon replacement and did so in exceptional time. After the installation, they had a carpet cleaning company do a courtesy cleaning in every room in my home and the cleaning company did such a great job, I have them scheduled to come back next week and do all my marble tile in the kitchen.
