I agree with the customer service comments but in reality its not just this office, in my experience you get the same with the majority of postal office clerks, they seem to be mechanized like programed machines, robotic maybe? But I do know that they cant be fired because of attitude therefore perhaps they are miserably unhappy with their jobs or dont really like the general public, I dont know? Perhaps the government should should supply them happy pills hahaha

This place never delivered my merchandise kept saying package was pending for 2 weeks, had to get replacement, used UPS to get delivered this package

This place has horrible customer service. Theres an Asian man who works there whos extremely rude. I have had prepaid shipping on priority mail twice and he has told me it was wrong. I took these items to two different locations on both occasions and I had no problems. The Asian man who works there is extremely rude and seems to have a personal problem with white people avoid at all costs. One of the rudest people I have ever run across
Ive had my share of issues with this place for over a decade. The Asian fellow in particular is extremely rude. The last time I went there, there was a long line and only he was working. I had a prepaid label but I did not realize I needed to tape off the small box. He said he would not do it. Id rather deal with UPS or Fed Ex. Their customer service is much better.
Went to this post office september 18th and sent two things off through regular mail, one to Illinois the other go Mesa At, the guy informed me it will make it 5-7 days now here it is October 7th and it’s still haven’t made it there, and I didn’t pay for a tracking number didn’t feel it was necessary but now I have 2 items that’s lost in the mail can’t even talk to anyone because nobody answers the phone....this is crazy
I sent a package from Mercari out through one of the mailboxes and it was lost. Customer support was even more useless on top of the only person in the office.
I’m not sure which location I spoke with but I continue to have bad experiences with USPS. I received a text at 4pm saying my package was delivered at 11am... doesn’t make sense. Then they left it at “my porch” and I live in an apartment complex and never got my package. It was probably stolen since the left it there. They could’ve brought my package to the leasing office since it was open, but no. It’s so difficult to talk to someone about my problem and all they can do to fix it is “make a note about the incident”. This is pure BS and the money I spent on my item was wasted due to their negligence and terrible customer service. I wish I could leave 0 stars for the company.
What is up with the phone service? It rings and rings. Someone picks up and hangs up. or they pick up and leave you on hold without speaking. or they just keep the phone off the hook. Way to go government employees. Keep America strong. No wonder FedEx and UPS are dominating.
I went this morning on a Saturday to purchase stamps, thinking there is a machine that I could get them from. Nope, no machine. How dumb is that???
Considering it’s a very busy location the staff is very friendly and informative. I live right around the corner and I always drop off multiple packages here.

I mailed 1000 flyers and only half were delivered to the customers and they don’t know where the other half went. ALSO I mailed a bday card to my Dad and he never got it. Gift cards were stolen!! ALSO I mailed a flyer to my own store a week ago and still haven’t received it! DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION. TERRIBLE
This office is much better now then it was about 5 yrs ago. They are not crowded any more and I actually can use them in the morning before work - no need to take a half day off to send something.
I go here very frequently, the employees are always helpful and quite expedient. EVERY once and a while i get this one dude who is a little slower and kinda mumbles, but pretty easily the best post office around.
I went and it took a little while they had only one guy working 😕 but at least he was kinda helpful.
I came here to mail a package last week. RUDE attendant makes me walk to my car for .19cent because HE “DIDNT WANNA” break my $20. Now this week I’m working and need service. Literally called 23 times. No answer. They will take the phone off the hook... TEEEIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE😡I hate this is the closest one to my house

Waited on USPS Services hotline for over an hour trying to locate two packages with individual tracking numbers. The services hotline in no way reflects my opinion on the store and my personal matter, my package was lost due to my own error (proper communication with the seller directly).After speaking with a gentleman via the services hotline he informs me that my packages are actually still at my local USPS site and I should contact them to speak further on the issue - I might be able to pick them up personally and forego reshipping to the proper address.I called. And called. And called. If the one line they have available to the store wasnt outright busy it sounded like they were receiving a constant flow of faxes. They need a dedicated line to incoming customer calls if that was indeed going on. I spent thirty minutes calling trying to get through to no avail.Ive never been able to get ahold of a representative at this particular postage office. This isnt the first time this has happened which is the only reason I feel the need to voice any sort of opinion...
Waiting to get someone to answer the phone is like trying to talk to Jesus Christ in person. Impossible. Mail couriers never knock on your door they just leave a sorry we missed you slip and take off like lightning. These people dont care about anything, and they get paid well not to. A sorry excuse for a service.

They really need to get tracking information right and not so rude about it if this where it say my packing is that is why I come not just guessing if they would not list this location then I would not come

No one anseered my calls. I called about my mail more than 20 times for two days due to not having a way up there to check myself.
Why have a number to call for information about lost mail if no one EVER answers?

They cant find my package its been three days and its getting ridiculous I wish theyd give me there mail so I could hold it and not tell them whats going on and ignore there calls some of the rudest SOBS I have come in contact with
