Mister car wash is a very well organized car wash. The men and women take pride in making ones car very presentable. Giving the owners a sense of pride so to say. Owners like myself of a 1999 Dodge Caravan. I left Mister car wash feeling some kinda way. I will be returning Lords will in the future. Thank you all for making my experience today a nice one. My wife and I have been loyal customers for years. And We were members of the unlimited wash. After my wife’s car had been washed and she noticed the drivers leather seat was cut open. She went toThe manager and they won’t take any responsibility for the damage. This car is meticulously taken care of and now we are left with a bill to replace the seat that Mister Car Wash did to her car! Not a member of their unlimited program anymore and taking my business to another carwash

When I got my car I saw under the front seat was not vacuumed. No one cleaned the inside doors or wiped down the seats (leather). The whole middle console had not been touched. I had to walk over and ask them to clean it. I then when to another car wash- free vacuums -and finished the vacuum job myself. Like seriously? The outside was fine but that’s the what everyone can see.

Not even sure how to start this review so Ill just Dive Right In. They list herself to be open until 7 p.m. they have not updated that its an easy thing to reach out to Google and update their actual operating hours. Additionally they continue to charge the same amount on a monthly unlimited membership but yet they decrease the services and added fees to the end of the basic services that used to give for the same fee. Meaning they no longer wipe your car down you just get to drive through the automated washer which is broke most of the time. Does a horrible job of cleaning your car then all they tell you is to go and drive through again through the same broken line. They have no way to actually contact them you cannot pick up a phone to call them. So a very huge bait and switch on their pricing with no justification. Constant service issues and poor quality through the automated wash. And they lie about their actual operating hours. I say live because it is when you know it and you intentionally do not change it that is whats called a lie.

I went to Mister car wash after Id told myself I would not do that again, Id forgotten until I remembered they did a poor job about 2 years ago. I spent $35.00 on car wash that was to include interior cleaning. These people ought to be ashamed of themselves, and they did very little to correct when I went back. My rims were horrible it was obvious the car had little attention on the inside. Be sure to check the passenger side, they lazy staff and people with no integrity working there.

Terrible. You might as well wash your own car. I spent $35 for the works and the inside of the car was almost just as dirty as it was when I brought it in. I ended up having to clean the whole interior on my own - vacuuming and everything. Dont waste your money or time. Im never going back. (The girl who wrote up my ticket was very nice and pleasant when I arrived and assured me they would take good care of my car. Too bad they didnt deliver :/)

Honestly its a hit or miss situation. Sometimes (when there not busy) you get a good detail. But paying what $34, for inside and out, its not worth it. If they lowered there price point to $25 it be worth it even if they dont do a bang up job. Or if they had a hand dry/tire shine service added to the exterior wash. The interior detail isnt worth more then $5 max.

They raised prices on seniors from $5 to $21. You have to pay extra for cleaning the inside. They went to almost very busy to no cars to wash. I explained their delicate and got no place.

I took my vehicle to Mr. Car Wash this morning, early! My first stop was at another detail shop that is not working detail at this time. Mr. Car Wash came to mind to try. I figured they would have the energy to do a good job, because it was early. The lady that took my order really stressed the so called Platinum package, because I wanted my interior cleaned. I expected a Platinum job. When I made it to my car I found what I read on another review. Dirt on my passenger seat that was not there when I brought it in. My console was still dirty! They did vacuum the carpet and my windows looked alright, but I paid $34.00 for a Platinum package. How do they overlook what obvious, the dirt in the console? Also, some dusting and a sealant was supposed to be applied to the dashboard. I couldnt tell.Another thing. After they finished, I go to retrieve my car, I drop $5.00 into the tip box. When I ask for my keys they hand them to me as if they dropped them on a table. I understand we need to practice social distancing, but to ignore customers the way they do is so not good. He never parted his lips to say anything. When I spoke, he just handed to me the keys,, took my receipt crumbled it up, and kept wiping.My car was not $34.00 clean, and I am not happy with this dry service. I especially went there to get my interior cleaned, and I left knowing that I am going to have to clean it myself and I lost most of that money!I could have spoken to them about it before I left, but I dont think it would have helped. They decided to leave what I could see left undone. Early or late, these people just dont do the work, if they dont feel like it!!!

I have been using Mister Car Wash for about 12 plus years now. They do a good job! I’ve only had a problem like 3 times maybe. But they address the issue immediately. I even moved 35 mins away from their location and I still continue to drive there to get my car washed because I have not found another place to clean my car like Mister Car Wash does. I’m also on the monthly plan which is well worth it!

I feel the customer should get their car wiped off too that have a contract we shouldnt have to pay an extra 10.00

I use to like coming here they did a good job but now I think they just let anyone work. My car looked the same way after it was serviced. The manager had took it back around himself to clean it properly.

Great wash!! Bought the 18 and usually I need to go through washes a couple times... long road trip with few days of stuck on bugs and dirt... clean as whistle! Very happy! And they were kind to my dogs

Pretty disappointed in the quality of the clean. I paid $34 to the platinum package (their recommended “best” package). But instead of driving away with pride I found all I was doing was finding mistakes after mistakes. They did not do a complete interior clean. There was still dust all over the place. They left some dirt spots on the exterior and didn’t clean the windows or mirrors fully either. Water spots ALL OVER MY TRUCK. I understand the way turnover works, the more you wash the more money you make. But the quality of the wash is just bad. I do not recommend ANYONE take their vehicle here if you want a good job for the money.

So they now charge alot more for alot less and there workmanship sucks I paid $30 so I could get the tire treatment and they did not do a good job the back tires where good but not the front they dont even know how to properly vacuum this place is more concerned about quick turn around then how good yr car looks

Both attendants I met were super polite and friendly. I went through the drive thru side and it got my car shiny and clean. It only took a few minutes and I was very satisfied. Of course it rained the next day!

This was our first time going to this car wash and they made it seem like it was all good so we went there. Our dog had threw up in the backseat and it was stained and they didn’t get that up but cleaned every where else. We will not be coming back because our car is not fully cleaned we literally had to stop and clean it ourselves.

The prices have gone up, and the service has gone down. I paid for the Platinum package, and got a below basic wash and vacuum. My mats were thrown all over, at least 50% of the car didnt get cleaned or dusted, they put so much wheel shine on my tires, that it splattered all over the sides, hood and windshield. When I showed the work to a guy there he offered to get me a rag to wipe my own dash. I showed the manager, which was very nice and courteous, and he had my car rewashed and wiped down. This has happened way too many times, and Im not going to waste my time and money going there again. I was one of 3 cars there, and we had left the car for 30-40 minutes to be cleaned. Yet, they couldnt clean it correctly the first time. Then I had to wait another 30 minutes for it to be finished the second time. Not worth the head ache.

I paid $70 to get the car detailed. I guess due to covid... there were 5 middle aged people working. They were to clean seats .. they did not. I got home and cleaned spots from seats as well as door panels

Asaf are all very friendly but my car is never thoroughly cleaned my wheels are half signed and have claimed the inside of my car does not look like it was wiped down at all I usually try not to give a bad review but I paid $30 for the car wash and the little extras and did not get them my windshield is even dirty sorry guys for the matter of you maybe next time

The location in Mesquite Tx in my opinion is poor quality when it comes to my carwash outcome. I paid for a membership but canceled my plan after the third visit. Customer service was great but in my opinion the location needs a brand new wash team.

The outside of the car looks great. However, they didnt do a very good job on the inside. I think someone forgot to vacuum and wipe down the dashboard.

I spent $34 on the car wash and the interior. I was disappointed when I saw some of the places on the inside that were not attended to. I hadnt been there in several years and was disappointed when I saw some of the panels on the inside of the door that were not wiped clean.

Kinda pricey BUT Ive always had a good wash here. If there is NO LINE it takes 20-25 mins til your car is ready to go. So if there are more cars there, plan to stay longer BUT they have a great set up inside that allows you plug in your laptop and work on stuf while your car is being washed. I highly recommend.

Today I had my vehicle washed my windows were dirty. I was inside the building while my car was being dried and cleaned. I purchased the Platinum wash, to ensure the car would get cleaned. I watched this short Hispanic lady dry the car but not once did she clean the inside of the windshield. She threw her hands up and said it was clean. I asked if she cleaned the inside she said! And that was a lie, she also said she. Leaned that inside of the hatch back and that was also a lie because she could reach. It saddens me that people cat be honest and say no sir I forgot, or I couldn’t reach.This lady just lied with no hesitation. I would not recommend this place at all. I tried calling the management team but of course the mailbox was full and I unable to leave a message.

Second time going there, now it will be my only place to go to.... love their work.

Place to go when your vehicle needs cleaned up! Go early if its on a Saturday, preferably before 10am. They hand dry and have great employees. I think they also do oil changes there. Prices are reasonable. My car is white and Im very picky. I tried other places none come close to the service here.

I had the unlimited membership which included a towel dry at the end of the wash. I just went through and they told me they no longer do the towel dry because of covid. This literally didnt make any sense since there was a crowd of workers out front practicing no distancing at all. When I called to ask about it, the person told me the truth that the company just ended that service for no reason. Presumably it was to save on labor costs.Since the membership price was still the same and plenty of other car washes do towel dry, I canceled my membership. Good luck with your bad business decisions Mister car wash! People arent stupid.

I went there yesterday for the first time, the car still looks dirty and they scratched up my tint. I won’t be using them anymore.

I paid 20 dollars to get my car cleaned and they wouldnt even vacuum the inside! When I asked them, they wanted to charge me another 15 dollars to vacuum! Never going back! No wonder they werent busy.After I got home my husband noticed a dent and a black scratch on my passenger side door between the window and door handle.

I am a regular customer here and finally found the time to leave a review. I last visited Mister Car Wash on 10/18/19 around 10 a.m. and, as always, the employees were pleasant and the restrooms were immaculate. When I got in my car to leave, my battery was dead (at no fault of the employees). The guys outside were so helpful, quickly charging my battery and helping me get on my way. They always do a great job cleaning my car. This place has an exceptional team!

Final product was really good. Customer service was great. The lounge is cozy and you cant go wrong with free hot popcorn. My issue is the system. It got backed up and flowed slowly for a good bit. The customers who buy the monthly service go straight to the car wash. Everyone else just stall until theyve gone through or around them. Has to be a more efficient way to manage that. The line with the non monthly customers was extremely long. That represented lots of individual sales. Some folks backed up and left. There has to be a fix.

This place gets the job done and awesome employees.

The back of my car back seats have some insects and i opted seat treatment and carpet cleaning for my car. They did it properly and after that i havent find any insects. Manager and other staff are good and provided very good service. Overall my experience is good there and i recommend this place for car cleaning services. But not a 5 star place in my humble opinion and in all honestly there are better places you can find if you look for them.

The car was cleaned fairly well, including them taking a $1.35 out of change pocket. I know the amount because I had suspected they were doing this and counted it before hand. What I didnt think to do is take a picture to prove it.The amount doesnt matter, the fact that they steal at all does. Next time it could be something not easily replaced. So Ill try another wash place next time.Still the car was shiny so they got 2 stars.

Lots of employees, but slow paced, line got backed up repeatedly. Staging area too small, not enough places to park after the wash section for the detailing part. Still, excellent service and quality work. I would definitely recommend this wash and will be visiting again

NEED to train these guys to be more quality style vs speed and the bottom dollar. Great place to get your stuff done, but not if they rush the work. I do recommend, but also be aware who is working that day. Sat/Sundays are the best time for me, but its up to you! Great place, but improve the Quality!

Yes, Im the Red F250 that just left from there. Im beyond frustrated with this place. First, everything was fine dropping the truck off, I was greeted with a smile, and they asked me how my day was doing. Im in a good mood, so I decide to go with the $34 wash plus have the vinyl mats cleaned. So, a total of $36. This is where, Im watching them out the window on the inside part. I see they are wiping everything down, the open the doors, clean the inside of the doors, then get in the truck and park it to the side. I just figured, maybe they parked it to finish cleaning it, since I paid for a pretty expensive wash, it needed for attention for detail. I asked the lady at the front why they would have parked the truck over there to the side, she told me they do that if you didnt come to your vehicle. I told her they never raised there cloth, honked the horn, and yelled READY, I just thought since I paid for an expensive wash they put it to the side to take longer detailing it. I get to the truck, they bring my keys to me and there is still bugs on the truck, water marks on the windshield and on the side mirrors. Wheels were not shiny, dash was not cleaned, floor mat still was dirty, the list could go on. No Im not picky, but when you pay a 1/4 of $100 dollars, you expect it to be pretty spotless needless to say. They failed to do that. I didnt leave, until it looked appealing to me. In summary, I will NOT GO BACK TO THIS PLACE!!! Everyone at work has told me to go to the one by McDonalds right off Town East. Sorry Mister Wash, you lost my business for good! Im glad I never signed up for the unlimited plan!

Love this place. First time here and after the first 29.00 detail they put a sticker on your car for free washes for the rest of the month. Love it

I went to this morning two vehicles in front of me then a truck show up on the other side gets vacant and wash first I asked why they said that they go by number Lie then a car comes out and gets dry before my never again will I go back

These guys did a great job cleaning the inside of my dads car (a smoker mechanic). They say they seen worst cars but this one ranked high on the dirty scale. They got every nook and cranny. Looks like it did when the ol man bought it! 10/10 would go back!

Great convenience. If you don’t have one of their unlimited wash passes, you are sleeping on a good thing! I hate dirty cars and I love that I can go through Mister Car Wash and come out sparkling. I do have to clean a line down the center of my roof most times I go through there - it’s almost like in the direct center of the wash bay, the soap doesn’t hit the center of the car and neither do the scrubby curtain things. But, the rest of my car looks really good. The tire shine does not miss a spot; if I know anything when I come out of the wash bay, I know I don’t have to take a second look at my tires - but, I do because they look so good. It’s like having a sharp pair of shoes! One thing that could improve is a better spot free rinse. When it was the Car Wash Barn, I NEVER had to get out and do my windows and mirrors. I do have to do them now so that I don’t have water spots.

Went to this place for a quick wash before heading to my college because they were the only one in the area that opened at 7:30am. My expectations were to get rid of a couple spots of bird stuff that got on my truck, but none of them even half came off. And after looking over my truck further, I probably got more dirt marks on it than when I went in.

The car was clean but We got the inside of the car cleaned too. I had to point out several things that were missed. They happily wiped it down again, where I pointed out. They were not busy so I dont understand why they didnt do a better job wiping down or vacuuming.
