It was great compared to another similar car wash I used to go to. There are 3 lines so the wait is minimal if any, and plenty of vacuums that are all working. I loved the way my car looked so much after the first time that I bought the unlimited monthly pass. My car hasnt been this shiny since I first bought it. The manager who showed me how to set it up was very helpful. Money well spent.

I usually wash my car during the week, but I decided to test it out on a busy Saturday afternoon. Long lines are nothing for this place. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes, and the wait was convenient. Today I met the manager, Taylor, for the first time. He was nice, friendly, and going between the three lanes to assist with payments and getting through the line. The shine on my car is back! 😁😁

Ever since this place opened I havent gone to a different one. The vacuums here are amazing, great suction power! I always go for the $11 wash and it does the job

This is my new favorite car wash. I like how my car is washed and I also like that they have plenty of vacuums available. I always look for car washes that offer a strong vacuum and this place has just that. I had a minor issue and the manager, Jonathan was friendly and was very helpful. I love this place and I am glad we have a good car wash near by!

Honestly hadnt washed my car since right after snowmagedon. I travel a lot for work so when i was working at my home store i noticed the new drive thru wash across the street. Of course i had to try it especially since it was going to be a quick wash. I did the $18 wash, obviously it wasnt going to get every cm of my car with it being washless for 7 months, all the bug guts, tree sap & construction zone dust & dirt i go through. It looked great!!! Honestly i didnt expect it to look that great. Wifey said i should have gotten the membership so i went back 5 days later & it looked even better. My Jeep has been getting looks like when i first got it😁.

First visit and it didnt thoroughly clean/wind dry my truck. Would be even better if they offered towels to dry your vehicle after washing like they do at Tommys Terrific carwash.

Great new car wash! I went right when they opened and wasn’t happy because the back of my car was still dirty however they fixed it and now I love it! They have a great system to get you in and out. With free vacuums!Just wish the vacuums were a little stronger.Overall great car wash and friendly employees.

This car wash is new to this area, and is decent overall. My main qualms are that, though the wash gets the cars decently clean, for what is charged, the drying is incredibly sub-par. The prices are quite high, and don’t include a towel dry at the end as at their competitor just down the road in Town East. The air driers still don’t dry the rear of any car I’ve driven through this wash, and I’ve had to towel dry at the house pretty liberally due to that. They use a drying agent, but it does little to stop water stains from forming where the water dries. The vacuums are powerful and almost always readily available. This car wash is decent, overall, and would be excellent with either a price reduction, or the addition of proper drying.

Exceptional customer service. Definitely will be a regular customer. I needed to clean my car. And I was not dissatisfied. Taylor from management was more than helpful on payment options. Besides the regular wash I do like to see how well it drys, no water spots as I was vacuuming. . Overall I was impressed on this establishment.

I drove from Garland all the way to this location and they were very fast. Both car washes were packed but this location had the lines moving at a very great pace vs the other one!The manager Jonathan provided me with fast and friendly service while employees did the same!This car wash leaves your car shinier than others.I will continue to come back here! 💯

Talk about HIGH QUALITY SERVICE! I’ve gone to all of the wave washes in the metroplex, and this Wave Wash (In mesquite) Is by far the best one I’ve been to yet. And honestly I believe it has everything to do with the manager, Jonathan!The quality service that Jonathan provides to his customers and the attention to detail to the quality of wash is phenomenal, to say the least! My car always looks brand new when I leave this location.

Great way to start with a free trial. Great wash have a Ford F250 hard to wash this monsters but their machines are awesome and well directed. Blow driers needs maybe 1 min more to finish the long beds.Jose Torres assisted us great guy offered a additional wash to helps us out but the one was great thank you !!!

Love this car wash! 3 lines for pay stations make the wait time bearable! The vacuums actually suck the dirt up and there are plenty of spaces to go around. Glad there is finally a big car wash like this close to the highway. Will definitely be going back for routine car washes

Great customer service! Car wash is one of the best ones in town. Vacuums are free and they do have a strong suction. It’s definitely not one of the weak ones around here.

I have been needing a car wash for a month now cause I haven’t had time, got a car wash here at wave wash left my car completely spotless and now I feel more relieved!!! Got the rainbow one and it looked so cool! Jonathan was very nice man and very helpful! Definitely coming back here!

When I came out of the wash bay my drivers side mirror was pushed back. Fortunately it wasnt damaged, but Ive never had that experience at Sierra. The vacuum was too notch and liked the area where you could hang your floor mats to vac.

Pretty good wash! $18 for the best one which works wonders if your car is filthy. If its not that bad, the cheaper wash is great too! The vacuums work well also.

As of April 2021 this place is still pretty new so the brushes in the washer are in good shape and the vacuums are powerful and all work. Basic wash does a good job.

Went opening weekend. The lines were pretty long but Jose Torres, the manager was out there making sure the lines were moving at a steady place. There are several car wash options as well as FREE vacuums and whether you get the basic or the premium wash rest assured that your car is going to get washed. I had a scuff mark on the passenger side of my car from someone who had parked too close to me at my job. I hadnt even considered a carwash getting rid of it by Wave Wash got rid of that for me! If you have any doubt that this is just your typical drive thru carwash, think again!!! My car looked like new again!

MY GRANDKIDS LOVED GOING THROUGH THE WASH AS THE SOAP WAS RAINBOW COLORS...I LIKED THE FACT MY CAR WAS SUPER CLEAN AND THE WHEELS LOOKED LIKE THEY HAD A GOOD GLOSS ON THEM AS WELL MY CAR WAS SUPER DIRTY FROM THE SNOW STORM I DIDNT HAVE TO DO A SECOND WASH OR A GO OVER THE CAR WITH A TOWEL FROM MISSED SPOTS AT ALL

If you have epilepsy, migraines, or any other light sensitive disorder, avoid this place. The wash is good but when you are being blinded by bright flashing lights and can’t read their sign, you will get heavily fussed at. 3 stars for the wash only. The rest I will pass thanks.

I visited Wave Wash, Mesquite for car wash service this morning. Taylor provide the utmost professional customer service. The service was their $11.00 option. My daughter drives a Buick Enclave this option was best with Taylors assistance. He did not attempt to take advantage of a car wash opportunity. After the wash, he personally visited the vacuum bay to look the car over. We both noticed that the hatch door was not as clean as the rest of the. He suggested another quick rewash. He made sure that the hatch was sprayed with their agent to get the road dirt off. The car looks good! Keep using the same products. Keep delivering superior customer service. A good car wash that get all the dirt off on top and the bottom.

I normally hand-wash my car, but took it to Wave Wash after the recent snowstorm because they advertised undercarriage wash--and I wanted to make sure to wash all the salt off the bottom of my car.I paid for Wave Washs $15 cycle with lava foaming soap and undercarriage wash, which I consider to be an expensive wash.After taking my car through their wash, all of the back panels of my car (the back hatch, the rear view mirrors) were still quite dirty / salty, as were the lower few inches and underside of both sides of the car.It was an extremely busy day with lots of very salty cars (and they did get cars through the wash quickly), but the washs side spinners were visibly dirty, and afterward I noticed some new paint dings on my car that may or may not have been there beforehand.All in all, if youre going to take your car through a potentially rough carwash, Id at least go to one that actually cleans the back and lower portions of your car....

I was expecting to wait in line and it wasnt that long so that was a plus. However I purchased the $11 wash and was not happy. After exiting the wash I pulled over to the vaccums to wipe it down and use the vaccum, as I am wiping I noticed the wash did not get any of the bird dropping off and there was some kind of dirt spray all over the passenger side top of door and Window. I most likely will not be returning.
