My 94 year old mom had to go by herself today and not knowing how to check in at kiosk was rudely told to wait! Finally she asked a patient that was waiting to assist her! This should never be!!! A little customer service training needs to be done at this location, especially to your elderly patients! However the nurse that drew her blood was very efficient and friendly! Maybe she needs to train front desk!!

Overall good experience, I made an appointment online and they attended me very fast, very friendly staff

Visit around Feb. 20ish 2021I took my 2 week son for blood work and it was such a terrible experience 😫. The older lady who works thier seem at first like she knew what she was doing but that was not the case. She stick my son a few time because blood wouldnt flow into the butterfly (her hands were shaking and was super nervous) but at the same time when she would pull out the butterfly to rearrange so much blood was coming out. Intil a younger phlebotomist came in and took action.

Terrible customer service. Avoid this place at all cost! This office should be closed. Stood in the window for 10 minutes before a person even appeared. Waited another 20 for them to verify a lab order. They have no receptionist and 1 computer in the whole building. Terrible.

Busy Friday but friendly staff. Electronic check in, I had an error message and was quickly and kindly assisted. Waited about 40min for drug screen. Quick process. Easy parking. This location processes URINE samples, other one near by does not.

Had my bloodwork done at this location. Christine (pardon me, if I spell your name incorrectly) is very nice and professional. My Physician’s nurse could not draw my blood out. She poked me 4 times and she gave up. She refer me to do it at labcorp instead. When I arrived at labCorp Gus Thomasson, I told Christine the story. I was trauma with my nurse’s experience, but Christine knows what she is doing. It only takes 1 poke and she got everything done. Good job, Christine!! I will come back again next time and look for her, if I need my blood work done.

Dont believe the 5 star reviews. I dont know how this place can continue to operate. Simply awful experience all around. Customer service is non existent here. Never again, waste of time. There are better options

I went to lab Corp. (type mesquite in the address I accidentally put Dallas at first and it will take you somewhere else) I was in and out and the people were very accommodating

I have to get lab work every 3 months, and have tried about 7 different labcorp locations trying to find one I like. All the other locations the staff was rude and unprofessional. I tried this locations as a last shot before switching to lab quest, and I LOVED IT! The whole staff were so polite and professional I was blown away. The lady who took care of me was sweet and quick! I will return here from now on.

I had the MOST pleasant, professional experience today at this labcorp. Karen, Alicia, and Anova (please forgive me ladies if I have misspelled your names). Im a very hard stick. I had the pleasure of each tech embrace me with their comfort, experience, and MOST importantly listening ears. ..THANK YOU LADIES

They’re impatient but they like to keep you waiting. Not helpful at all. Just rude and want to get you in and out of their face as quickly as possible which Im not complaining but they could at least smile. They also make smart remarks that aren’t ask for nor appreciated. Go somewhere else

Checked in on my phone at 12:45 PM for my 1 PM appointment. Received text message stating I would receive a text message when the technician was ready for me. I NEVER received a text message AT ALL! Very unprofessional.

If I could give them a zero I would. Horrible experience all 5 times I have been there. If you have the option of going somewhere else save yourself the frustration & go there.

This location is very rude and un helpful. My husband drove to a previous location he had lab work done and theu were closed down so this one it was cutting. Close to closeing time he had ran off without a mask and the lady refused him bc of no mask. She denied him one of the disposable kind. The ones every establishment supplies for their employees. Basically the person working their office was impatient and not trying to hear it. We will have to find a better location and make sure to plan it better next time thinking something quick and easy wouldnt be such a hassle. The person in front had negative demeanor and wasnt a happy person from the way she dealt with meAnd im sure if shes like that to other patient she would definitely about herself

This was my very first visit there and I do have to say is that the front desk receptionist is very, very RUDE !!!! I greeted her with a smile and began to tell her why I was there and she interrupted me with an attitude and I didnt get through speaking. I cannot believe that they have such a rude non professional person working there. They need to hire someone who loves their job and not hire someone who is over zealous about it ! I will never come to this location again !

This place is terrible and need to be more organized. I try to take drug test for 2 days. Worst labcorp ever....

I waited for an 1 1/2 hours. The staff member seemed like she was not having a good day. Times are crazy right now, and I can only image the stress she was under. However, I wish she had taken a bit more care in doing my blood work. But she was in a big rush, and shoved the needle in and out, and took my blood in mere seconds. I do not bruise easily. The day before, I had an injection to the far right of this bruise at an office that was just as busy. You can’t see it that well because they did a great job and took care of me. Suffice it to say, I will never go back to that LabCorp location.

This location’s website said they close at 5pm. However, when I arrived at 4:30 today, their door was locked. I repeatedly called their number and they didn’t answer. There were clients in the waiting area and an employee looked right at me and refused to open the door. When she did open it, it was only to let people out. Subpar employees with terrible customer service.....

They take forever. All they do is talk about trips to Orlando and won’t help the patients. I went in there with my newborn and they’re allowing people in there without a mask. Definitely upset that I wasted my time coming here. Worst LabCorp I’ve been to.

This is the worst experience of my life. They are very rude. The “nurses” talk down to you like you’re a child, you have to wait hours and then you will be told that the check in machine doesn’t work. I waited for over 4 hours and they is not a lot of people here. The “nurses” were in the back laughing and giggling the entire time.

I really like going here to get my blood work for my doctor. They are nice and really good. They dont leave bruises and looking at it you wouldnt know where the blood was drawn from.

Dont use the number provided, THEY WONT ANSWER, Legit called for 2 days in a row. Apparently business is overwhelming, maybe a line around the entire building perhaps??

It was honestly hard finding any drug test place with a great rating... after reading reviews I didnt know which one to go to. I ended up selecting this location and was pleasantly surprised. I arrived early.. checked in on the machine (a must do) was called back within 5 minutes. Wrote down my code... then was asked to sit in the office for about maybe 5-10 min. Was called back.. did my thing and then signed a paper and was off! Was in an out in less than 30 minutes. Everyone was friendly and quick and tried to get everyone in and out as fast as possible.

I thought the bad customer service was only at the Shilo location, but it seems to be a common thing at their different locations including the Gus Thomason location as well.

Karen was great and staff was very friendly. Ive been here before and never had any problems. I was there a total of about 8 minutes.

This is my second time here, came both times for a health and wellness screening. I came early morning on a Wednesday, sat down for literally 30 seconds and was seen. Lady at the front desk was friendly and welcoming as well as the rest of the staff! Some reviewers say that this place is unclean... maybe I came on a good day, but it was well kept. They redid the lobby setup from the first time I was here, upgrade was needed! Maybe this has 2.5 stars based off area... the inside doesn’t look like the outside 😁-Wheezy

I just left this place and the service was amazing. Customer service was totally on point and I thank ms. Lisa for being patient and informative on my testing. Overall my experience was exceptional.

It didnt take too long to get in and out, but it felt like the cleanliness was not medical level. Spied a dead insect in the lobby. Staff was ok I guess, the woman who took my sample was nice at least.

This is the only location that drug test near me. The facility was nice and clean, and everyone was friendly. It took me all of like 15 minutes to get in and out.Thanks!!!

The service is horrible, I sat in the lobby for an hour before I was told that the machine didnt check me in properly so an attendant supposedly checked me in only to still have me wait. I got impatient after and asked the attendant have I been overlooked and she stated I had to wait for blood draw clients before I can do a UA. The staff needs to be trained in proper customer service and interaction.

This is the worst location!!! Theyd do better shutting it down!! They literally sit in the back bullshitting all day while they have a waiting room full of people. Dont go here!! They are not sanitary and dont follow any state regulated procedures, one of the ladies actually threw my sample in the trash and then reached in and pulled out a random one and sent it off as mine!!! They really need to fire everyone that works at this location!!!

Place is terrible.! Went there for a drug test for a job and I literally set there for an hour. The serive is terrible no one at the window to greet you when you come in and even when the representative came to get the blood work theyve taken it took them literally 30 minutes to acknowledge him at the front. I just dont understand if its under staffed or if they are just being rude. I stood at the window waiting for someone to notice me for 35 minutes before I just signed my name and took a seat

Heads up they dont do drug screens till 13:30 and are a ignorant group of individuals starting at the front window when you walk thru the door. Ill jus find another location and keep it moving.

No one at the window. Called to see if there was a long wait, the lady said she does not work the front desk, get here and she is behind the closed window; lazy and unhelpful. People sign in after 11:30 not knowing they will not be seen until after 1:30. Lazy and uninformative, must be allowed by management. People only do what management allows them to do.

Is it normal for them to treat you like a criminal? Because thats how I felt when I went for and employment drug screening.

The staff seems more interested in finding ways to not see you. Taking my business to Quest from now on.

I had to do a urinalysis, and I thought I was ready to take the test, but wasn’t, I asked for water, they denied me water, and said I should’ve come prepared. Wow!
