I am reading all these wonderful reviews and wondering why my experience has been nothing but BAD. I was a Geico customer for 7 years and i decided to give Standard a try 1 week after switching I was involved in a hit and run accident I got a clear picture of the driver the Vehicle that hit me & a picture of the Tag #. She left the scene before the police arrived I got the required reports done and submitted all reports i was requested to. I had to pay for my tow from the scene of the accident and I had to pay all of my own rental For 2 MONTHS Standard never even called me 8 days after the accident the repair shop called and said they need the ajuster to approver repairs I had to call them to ask them to please communicate with the shop. this happened 2 more times long story short I have been told by several people that under Texas liability law I should of only be liable for $250.00 deductible..... WRONG AGAIN they hit me with Comp deductible of $1000 and no help with any rental at all over $2000 I was told that Standard Doesnt have uninsured / underinsured insurance so please be aware there is a reason they are so much cheaper By the way I had my accident 5/14 I just got my car back 7/2 its been a week and not one call from standard asking about anything .

We have had Standard Ins. for 7 yearsand have never had a problem with them.It is a great experience to have a good Christian 😊 insurance company. Always kind, helpful, and caring. The price is great. Thanks to everyone there.God Bless You All.The Paynes.

There was only one employee, so I had to wait for a long while. Other than that, it was pretty okay.

Excellent customer Service and great rates. I went from paying $150 monthly with Empower Insurance to $70 with Standard Insurance!!!!! Love!!
