Everything is good till you want yo cancek they give you the hardest time ever asking for a declaration letter and cancelation letter after you email them what they need still keep calling for the payment they tell you to call the ins that they found for you but they Dont do nothing for you to help in the office only tell you to call them made 20 phone calls still not able to cancel my policy now im w another company but still hooked to A Max

Well after being with a max for a just a few months everything changed and my payments went up and even the willingness for someone to call me back and find out what happened. I kept calling and the lady I was working with kept saying she would look into it and call me back well she never did.. I decided to cancel after all that trouble..

Amaxx is a great insurance company very professional.

Really bad customer service. They don’t know how to talk to the customer through the phone, will leave me on hold for more than 5mins and then tells me they can’t help me bc they’re with a customer. REALLY UNPROFESSIONAL

I was on hold 10 minutes i was making a payment 1 day late and they tried to make me reinstate policy after 1 day late payment so i had them give my policy name and the direct company said they charge their own fees so I didnt have to.pay a reinstatement fee beware they scam you and make you pay extra when you can call insurance.comapny.directly so intially Amax told.me.my policy was canceled in all reality it was just them.trying.to make.extra money for 1 day late so always call the insurance.comapny direct!

Worst insurance company ever they always say my insurance is due on the day that is not supposed to be due everyone that works there is very rude and unprofessional my insurance is always due on the 7th of every month and they always try to get my payment twice a month Even before it’s due

Enjoyed the young lady who entered my add on vehicle (good customer service).. the call I had made to another young lady before coming I asked what all it would cost me in adding a vehicle? She didnt give me all the information I needed once I had arrived. So for anyone wanting to add a car to your existing account please ask WHATS IS THE ADD ON COST FOR ADDING YOUR NEXT OR NEW VEHICLE TO THE EXISTING ACCOUNT 🙂

Good at finding cheap policies from basic no frills companies. Customer service sucks! Very rare to be able to call for anything and actually speak to someone or without them saying they are all busy with other customers and will take a name and number to call you back, no one ever calls back.... Mostly rude on the phone when you do actually speak to someone. Get what you pay for and apparently the $150 a month I pay isnt for customer service!

Evelyn attended to me and did all she could to get me the quote I wanted. She is very patient and understands how to go about her job. Each time I go to this office I come out very satisfied.

This insurance place sucks, all they know how to do is put you on hold and hope you hang up. They give you the same random answer there with another customer. I spoke with one and called back less than 2 minutes. Then there not available. This place will rip you off there answers never match if you talk to someone else. Little girls who wanna dress up and play office always on their phones taking bathroom selfies.The wait time here is stupid ridiculous wait 20 mins to make a payment in person. I can get quotes from other places faster that making a payment in the store. I was on hold 22 minutes... rant over I got 2 new quotes while typing this... faster service is worth the price

Stay away from this place. A waste of time and money. I downgraded from Progressive hoping to save money. I ended up paying more because of a mistake one of their employees made. if you have no other option but to use them then check the charges and make sure they type the correct info and upload the correct documents. I asked to talk to a manger and he never talked to me. They promised to call me back twice and never did. Their corporate office is never reachable. I rather paying few extra bucks for a business that respects my time and appreciates my money.

If I could I’d give this place 0 stars. I called to make sure my policy was not cancelled and to make a payment being that they messed up and did not withdraw it from my account like they’ve been doing for 6 months now. When I called the young girl was very rude, UNPROFESSIONAL and instead of trying to help her customer she became even more rude and said some very personal comments towards me. Then refused to give me her name or her corporate office number and hung up on me. This place is SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL AND EVERYONE THERE NEEDS A CLASS IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. If it wasn’t for customers like me and others they wouldn’t even be in business. Will never do business with this company again. BTW the young girl was either name Esmeralda or Josie, hopefully the right young lady gets a lesson in how to treat people.

I’ve been A-MAX auto entrance customer for the last few months And I called to this location 3544 Gus Thomason to pay because they couldn’t charge from my previous card on file.. I was talking to one of the customer service people her name is merry, After I gave her all my credit card information she hang up the phone twice on me and also I ask her if I can speak to the manager she refuse to transfer me to the manager.. very poor customer service

I was in a collision at Comfort Dental in Mesquite TX my car has liability and its in my mothers name. The person i hit only had a small scratch but is harassing because she claims the damage is $701! Instead of settling this they denied payment to fix the scratch even though we pay EVERY MONTH. Worst insurance company and until they settle this mess I will continue to spread the word of the bad service. This company still have not settled the matter and still takes money from us. The woman to THIS day wont stop harassing us
