I do not recommend them at all. I dealt with Katherine wherever she is located at In dfw and at first I thought she and Freeway were both heaven sent until I encountered an issue. A couple weeks later I got an email that all my discounts were taken off due to no documentation provided. I text Katherine because I never had been told no documents were needed. She did not respond to my text messages and I had to say that I was going to write a review to let everyone know how bad their service was before I got a response from her answering my questions. She was rude, unresponsive and when I called the agency they weren’t much better. They forward you to a customer service number that can’t do much of anything to help you and directs you right back to the person that sold the policy to you which for me was Katherine. For over 10 years I’ve dealt with A-max insurance and never had any issues like this. I wish I would of called Amax that day I needed a quote and fully whole heartedly regret calling Freeway insurance. Terrible customer service, period!

I had the utmost pleasure of dealing with the agent Icy C. I walked in and all I needed was a copy of my insurance. As soon as I walked in he stood up and greeted me. I explained why I was there and within a minute he had what I needed. He then asked why I was paying so much and had the courtesy to ask if I had the time to review some potential other options.In short he saved me nearly 50% a month on my insurance and did it with a something that is certainly lacking in polite society ......Class. This is someone who is going places and is a perfect representation of how customer service should be conducted. I hope that the company treats him as such as he is truly and asset and certainly my new agent!
