This company is a nightmare start to finish. They dispatched a tech that was difficult to schedule. He came out the first 2xs and declared my dishwasher was fixed and left without verifying it was. He came out several days after (rescheduled on me 2xs) and changed hoses. It still didn’t work. He said he must have installed a bad pump. I chased him for a week over and over to finally get him out again and once again he left without verifying it was fixed. It wasn’t. I have called and complained to their overseas phone back multiple times and they always say the manager, Ross, is not in but will call me back. He never does. I have called 6xs and emailed. I don’t actually think he exists. I paid $300 only to have to buy a new dishwasher because I was so fed up with chasing these clowns. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!

Fantastic!! It was hard finding a service around my area, many other companies turned it down but this company was able to offer an in house service and they did a great job.

He completed another great repair/service call! An amazingly efficient pull off (email reminders, technician tracking, phone reminders) that prides itself on making sure your repair person is there on time. The technician himself, at least the one that has visited us, was great! Cleaned up after themselves and were very fast.
