We were extremely happy with the customer service. There are not many rental companies who allow you tow a trailer. Enterprise saved us from having to cancel a trip. What really stood out was when we returned the vehicle, I mentioned it smelled of smoke when we picked up - not to complain but to make sure we were not held liable. They generously offered a small credit which I thought was a nice gesture. If we ever need to rent a truck again, it will be from Enterprise.
