Ten stars should be available! I was treated so very well as I faced terrible circumstances by Kristy and Carston. I had to put a hitch on my car to move my mother with stage four lung cancer back to New Mexico. I was in AZ for 30 days. From the installation of the hitch and then the rental of the trailer these two ladies took such good care of me. Carston, unfortunately experience a melt-down as I cried my eyes out from frustration. She was so compassionate and worked to get me what I needed. I am forever grateful for their lovingkindness. Thank you!

No actual mobile pickup. They claim the lockboxes are always broken into so they just dont use them.Still had to go inside, deal with a maskless employee who hates life, surrounded by maskless customers, show my drivers license (even though I tried mobile pickup and took a selfie, along with photos and scan of my license.Dont waste everyones time and offer a contact free option if you dont actually have one.

If I could give less than 1 star I would! The supposed Assistant Manager there is absolutely horrendous! From the word go she is in battle mode ready to fight and argue about everything! The equipment is old and rundown. When I was getting my delightful truck another customer was returning a different truck that sounded as if the engine blew up! Mrs wonderful assistant manager immediately started blaming the customer!! Unbelievable!! In all my years as a professional mover Ive never received such unprofessional service.

Ive given U-Haul enough chances. I will never do business with them again. We arranged for a hitch to be put on our vehicle. After it was done they told us that the credit card terminals were down and when they tried to run the card manually they said it was declined. With no previous issues and no limit to worry about we knew there was some other issue but the told us there was no other choice than paying cash. We had to leave the keys and walk. It turned out to be 2 miles to the closest gas station in 102 degrees. As I turned to leave, they started whispering. At least let me get out the door. They (3 employees) were not wearing masks. Had it been a pleasant experience from the beginning, I might not be so angry but customer service from the start (here and the guy at the other Main St location) was horrible.

Poor customer service. Understaffed. Did not have the moving pads I reserved. Reserved an appliance dolly and it was not given to me. Asked about it she said they might have one. Again I reserved it. Luckily they had it. The trailer I rented had left over garbage in it. The employee that helped me needs some serious customer service training.

The truck was good, 15-footer. Could have used an alignment. I think the seat may need to be replaced. Otherwise it kept me cool, got me to where I needed to go. Got my vehicle where it needed to go very well..

Busy and crowded. The guy helping me left my light attachment out and ruined it. Had to replace it. Grrr...

Needed trailer light kit installed. Fast and courteous!!! Said an hour, it was an hour! Really good people work there👍👍👍

Got my truck. Poor customer service esp when returning truck. Check the gas gauge b4 leaving. Drove 22.1 miles and got 6.91 gals... 17 truck.. not possible or poor mpg. Rude young female.

Needed a truck on the fly to move some furniture. Went in, got the truck with easy paperwork and almost no downtime. Staff was friendly and the store was clean for a trucking place. Easy to work with, had exactly what I was looking for, and fair pricing. They even had motorcycle trailers with wheel chucks so I could strap my motorcycle down if I needed go travel my bike behind me. Would recommend u-haul to anyone that’s needs a truck, or trailer.

After stopping at a few different locations that didnt even have what I needed, and were a bit rude about it, I came to this location. I should have come here first and next time I will! Great customer service and lots of moving supplies in stock.

Joesph is the worst employee possible. Extremely rude and disrespectful. Lazy. I asked to have a new ball mounted, and he refused service. Because he alread set the alarm code for the shop. This is 3 hours before they close. Please send your money and a better store.

The front desk girl with the brown hair would not pick up the ring phone. Instead talked on her cell phone. She swept the floor and told me they were too busy.

They are absolutely outstanding. Very thorough very helpful. I recommended them highly!

Had a hitch and trailer wiring installed just to find out when I went to use it it was not working. When I took it back in to them they charged me $97 to replace the part!?!? Now thats not honest or good business. You would think that if they sell and install a defective part that they would cover it. Not at all satisfied or happy with quality and customer service.

I would not recommend going to this location for a U-Haul. I had the worst costume service I have ever experienced. They didnt do a walk through of the vehicle and barely looked us in the eyes. They were completely rude, dont spend your money here.

It took them almost 3 hours to install a hitch on a 2016 vehicle, I had to take it back because the wires were hanging 2 inches from the ground, I can still see the wires barely tucked in and they scratched the paint removing/ reinstalling my tail lights. For $375, Id take it somewhere else. Oh, and the lights didnt even work on the trailer, ITS WIRED WRONG! Dont waste your money!
