We have used RAD party rentals for three different occasions and each time the employees have been kind, helpful, and punctual. They communicate about drop offs and pick ups EXTREMELY well. Plus, bonus, the slides are SUPER fun! We have kids ranging from 4 to 12 on these slides (and adults, lets be real... you know we played too!) and they all have a blast! If youre looking for a quality team for a good price--look no further.

They were really personable, and easy to work with. The two water featured slides worked great. I have used many companies in the past. Rad will be my goto from now on.

I wish I could give zero stars. Horrible customer experience. They keep saying I placed a wrong order. The owner is not willing to give any options. He is more willing to cancel than to satisfy customers.

Yesterday, I rented a dunk tank for my sons graduation party. The man, who I believe was named Mike, dropped it off and set it up without taking me a way from decorating and preparing the rest of the party for guests. He only interrupted me to get the payment and show me how to work it properly. The dunk tank was a blast for my son who felt he was too old for a traditional bounce house...and he was right! What a great company! My son wanted a Batman birthday party. I googled searched Batman bouncy house and they pop up. They had a super hero bouncy that other bouncy house places had but not with Batman on it. I was super excited and the price was right! My daughters birthday is always a busy weekend, lots of people born the last week of September! Party started at 11:00, they called twice that morning to tell me they were running a bit behind which I found to be super respectful. Thank you for valuing my time as much as yours. In the end it didnt really matter they arrived at 10:45; the pair unloaded and set up a giant bounce house with a water slide and personalized banner, two tables and twelve chairs and were gone before the first guest arrived. It was a sight to behold. The bounce house was in spectacular condition and it didnt flood my yard at all, which I had erroneously anticipated. It was perfect. So much so that my daughter asked to have it again next year. For the professionalism and the price she can consider it done. FANTASTIC.

We rented a bounce house for our Superbowl party this past Sunday and had nothing but exceptional customer service with rad bounce house. The bounce house was perfect, clean and kept the kids entertained for the whole game. They guarantee they wouldnt pick up mid game and was true to their word. Drop off was scheduled for 1 and they showed up an hour early so our kids were stoked to have the extra bounce time, as for picking up They came about 45 mins after the game was over. I have every intention to rent another bounce house in the near future for our kids bday party and look forward to doing business with them again.

I booked a bounce house along with table and chair rental for my daughters birthday and they had great communication, sent me proof of insurance, a confirmation email the day of, a reminder email a few days prior and an invoice the morning of. They showed up on time and even let us keep it a little over the 8 hours with no extra fees. Clean and professional and super friendly. Everyone was asking who I used and I referred everyone!!!
