They take care of you and listen when you say youre a diabetic and to be gentle and its hot! They did a good job everytime, just speak up.

I have gotten great customer service here when getting a manicure. Tom does excellent work and takes his time and is quite friendly. Im always happy with my nails when I leave. If he isnt available, the other workers are also really kind and provide great service. They also provide a various host of pedicure packages but I wish they would provide a bit longer of a massage. It isnt worth the extra charge and the callous remover isnt worth it if they dont do it very long. Thats the only suggestion I would make to improve pedicures outside of the basic package. Otherwise, great services. :)

Just passing by and saw their sign. Happened to need a pedicure. SO glad I did. Lovely spa pedicure and my nails look perfect. The color is perfectly applied to cuticle and polish is shiny and professional. Been on a few days and in perfect condition. I HIGHLY recommend this salon!

Stood at the door for 15 min no one greeted me or even said hi. 2 pedicures and full sets and an eyebrow wax is what sale they could have made. Left and went up the block to competitors.

Owner is a piece of work went in on a Sunday got a fill and by 3 pm on Monday I had FOUR BROKEN nails so I called and said I am off at 6 can I come by she said yes and when I arrived at 6:10 pm she was closed. I called Tuesday asked what happen she said oh we take the last person at 6 I told her I get off at 6 and itll take me 10 minutes to get there and she said ok to come in and she then charged me for the fix and said that it was because who ever did my fill messed them up and said that she had to charge me when I reminded her it was her herself who did them she told me I was wrong and they wouldnt make this kinda mistake lol only think I like here anymore is Kam she does amazing pedicures and neck and should messages.

My nails were poorly done had to have them removed. Will never go back there.

Horrible experience! I get my nails done every two weeks my place was closed due to the holiday. I found this on google and definitely should of read the reviews.I came with my picture that I wanted my nails to look like and they agree that they could match the picture, so I thought I was in good hands. Well the process took 3 hours and typically an 1.5 process. They started to paint my nails the wrong color. They look way different from the picture after calling them out serval times during the process. After being there for that long I was over it, so I asked for a discount and the woman said $5 off to make you happy!!They are also very pushy with upgrades into combo packages, I said no at least 3 times. My option that was 3 times to much!!!Never again!!

For one, they over charged me. The sign outside said a full set with white tips was $24 and she charged me $30. Then I gave her $40 And told her to give me $5 back and she never did. There were multiple people at the counter While I was trying to cash out, And at the same time I had got a call that I had to take because it was relating to my fathers upcoming memorial service; this made things confusing on my end so I didnt catch the mistake until I was driving away. I would have just chalked it up to her simply not hearing me about my change, But then when I realized she had also overcharge me by 25% I began to believe it was intentional. I will never go back there and I would recommend no one else visits either.

I absolutely love this salon. Ive tried other nail salons before and I ALWAYS am coming back to this salon. Their customer service is phenomenal & they really care about customer satisfaction I presented them with a photo of the nails I was looking for & they nailed it to a T. The owners are so friendly & they always remember a face! Hands down my go to place!!

I love this place! Feet and legs renewed! All my nasty calluses removed, legs now smooth and soft and refreshed by a hot stone massage.Toenails painted (I opted for only nail polish, but they can also put on designs.) An awesome exoerience... Oh yes and while getting a pedicure you can lean back and get your back massaged by the massage unit in the chair. Go feel pampered.

Went there with my daughter. I was overwhelmed with the strong strong chemical smell! Really bad like they had no ventilation at all. Door closed and no fans. Stayed and tried to wait until my eyes were burning. We left.

Got my nails done by Diana. The service itself wasnt the best but I didnt think to complain at first. The paint job was mediocre, but what got me is that I DO NOT have sensitive nails whatsoever and this is the first place where it hurt to sit there and have them glue on one by one. Diana was very sweet though and had good customer service skills.Heres what really bothered me, after the fact I went home and barely hit my nail on the table and the nail came off half way WITH MY REAL NAIL. I ended up having to rip it off entirely which hurt immensely. Did they use gorilla glue? Idek. Unfortunately as nice as the staff was, I wont be returning for a set.

I arrived 2 and a half hours before closing and they started my pedicure first the water was too hot then too cold plus never had the spa part of it running at all. However the man that did the pedicure was very nice even though I was charged $20 for gel polish. Then they said it would be a few minutes because they had been busy all day and the other person that would be doing my nails needed to eat. So I paid for it all and then went to the store next door for a charger. Now I get that its 6 oclock but its not my fault I was there 2 1/2 hours and all I got was a pedicure. I sit down he starts filing my nails and then decides its ok to start talking to me like its my fault telling me I should have come in earlier... and shows me a business card and the hours and keeps going on about him not wanting to stay past 6. I told him well then you can just refund my money and Ill take my business elsewhere. He with no issues at all got up hands me money and walks awayI WILL NEVER GO THERE OR RECOMMEND THERE IN FACT I WILL SUGGEST TO THOSE I KNOW DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!

This has been the only place I have gone to and I had never had this problem with fungus on my toes. I have actually seen them not sanitized there stuff after they use them on other customers for pedis. They only do it once in the morning. And now my toenails are falling off. I will never go there again.

Had hot looking Cam give me a pedicure, and found her to be very sociable, and loved the pedicure.

Ladies, do not go this place. My daughter walkedIn at 6 pm and was told, “ why do you always come at this time.” She asked for a specific nail shape on her acrylics and was told that it would take too much time. I have had pedicures there before and the last time I had one done .. they lady failed to sanitize! I asked her at least twice if she had sanitized the tools and she would just smile. Say the least, I am not going there again!

I was basically scammed. I went in with my 5 year old daughter, I was very excited because it was our first mom and daughter pedicure visit to a nail salon but came out very upset and disappointed. The two ladies who performed the pedicures were great but there was another lady in the back who kept pushing for me to purchase a $25 package or more for my 5 year old and I said ‘no’ at least five times...a kid doesn’t need all that more than a coat of color....we’ll at the end they kept pushing for her to also get her nails and I said ‘no’....but once the lady said it would be her “gift” to her I then agreed to it because she looked so sweet and thought she was doing it to be kind. At the end, I felt rushed because it was closing time and when they charged it was a lot higher than I thought...I asked how much her pedi cure was (again first time paying for a kids pedi and thought well can’t be that much” well turns out they charged me for her nails too. Came out paying a total of $83 for two pedicures including tax because the two ladies worked hard for the tip but from a business perspective...you don’t ever charge a customer something in which your employees said they would “gift” it. Makes them look bad and your whole salon. You lost a few of customers today because I won’t be sending my friends there anymore. When I asked her about it it wasn’t a big deal to her, she said “next time I’ll give you a discount for her” well I don’t need that I needed my money back. HORRIBLE! Absolutely horrible! They completely rushed through my nails and BOTCHED them completely! I asked for ombre nails. All she did was dab them with a sponge all uneven it looks like my 5 year old did my nails. Called for a refund and i got hung up on 3x!!!! I will NEVER be back.

Worst experience ever! Came in with my mother on a Saturday they were busy tried to make an appt for later in the afternoon, they said Sunday morning better, so made an appt. Came in ON TIME. waited 18 minutes for only my mom to be seated and she said, I may need a full set instead of a fill what do you think and he told her he didnt have time for that. Seriously?!?! After making us wait for 20 minutes YOU DONT HAVE TIME? I got my mom the hell out of there. I will never ever go back. Which is sad for them, since both my mom and I have been there multiple times as well as my teenage daughters. Horrible place. DO NOT GO!
