I absolutely love this place and have been a regular for over 2 years. Even after my move, I drive 40 min every 3 weeks to get my nails and toes done here. All of the staff are wonderful and friendly. Ricky, the owner, makes sure you are taken care of each time and does a very good job maintaining a clean and comfortable atmosphere. Highly recommend!

With nail salons on every corner (and I have been to many), Ricky and T have set themselves apart with their customer service, attention to detail and knowing their customers.T is the BEST. I have been doing dip for my nails for several months now. She shapes them beautifully and can do anything! She is a sweetheart and very accommodating. I like my nails pretty simple, but I have seen her work on others - and she is a skilled artist!Ricky won me over on my first phone call to the shop. I was inquiring about the difference of dip and acrylic. He took time to explain in detail what the benefits of both were and also asked me how I had heard about the salon. He remembered our conversation when I arrived for my first appointment. I have worked in customer service my whole life and little things like this go a long way with me. You are not just a number and they value each customer.Give them a try. You won’t be disappointed!!

They have the BEST customer service Ive ever experienced! They did a great job on mine and my Daughters nails too. Its hard to see, but her thumb has a pineapple on it. They are all very nice and pay attention to detail. We were there after they closed and they were still so nice. I would highly recommend. 👍🏻

Kevin was very nice to talk with and did a phenomenal job with my pedicure. I have psoriasis and it affects my toenails and feet which means basically it’s more labor intensive and it is easy to be insecure about showing my feet. He was compassionate and out in the extra labor without complaining or shaming me. I asked for white with sparkles for my dip nails. Turns out just the sparkles were done but I’m happy with it and like natural looking nails anyway.

T and Ricky are just awesome people!! They make you feel at home from your first visit!! I highly recommend their salon for all your needs.

Super satisfied! Helen worked on my manicure while Yen did my pedicure. I requested French tips on both. The manicure was done with gel nail polish, the pedicure was done with regular. I also got my eyebrows waxed and this is THE BEST theyve ever been shaped anywhere in the valley. Thanks Helen! Im so impressed! I will definitely be returning should I need a mani/pedi or just an eyebrow wax. Paid $75 (not including tip) for all three. Highly recommend.

I really wanted to like this place. Everyone is super nice and they have great customer service. I have been here twice, both times I received gel manicures and unfortunately both times, my nails chipped within one week of having them. I always get gel because they (usually) last longer than regular polish and any other place I’ve been, they usually last up to a month with no chipping. I did have the same person both times so not sure if that may have something to do with it. Like I said, I really wanted to like this place but I can’t justify spending the money on something where the quality is lacking.

I came in on a Friday evening around 5pm to see if they could fix my nails that were not done well at a nearby salon. The owner, Ricky was very welcoming and willing to help. Within 15 minutes Tee was able to squeeze me in and fix my nails for me. I came back 2 weeks later to get an acrylic fill, and Adam did a beautiful job. Perfect shape and paint job, very fast too . This is definitely my new nail salon. They have great customer service and do a nice job.

I have been going to T Nails since the week they opened. This is a very clean and beautiful salon. Ricki the owner is wonderful and T is the best nail tech Ive had in 30 years of getting my nails done. Her staff is sweet and professional. Rose gives a fantastic pedicure as does all the tech . My girlfriends and I were staying nearby and decided we all needed pedicures or manicures. We chose this place due to the mostly positive reviews (you cant please everyone right?) We walked in and were seated right away - 2 of us for pedicures and 1 for manicure. They were pretty busy for a rainy AZ morning.What I LOVED was the cleanliness of this place. They take sterilization seriously here. My guy opened a nice sterilized package of tools for my pedi. I got the aromatherapy pedicure as a splurge. It was wonderful with all the extra massaging and treatments. The staff was very friendly, particularly the owners husband who works in IT but helps/supports his wife and her salon.I would totally come here again if I ever was staying in the area.

Found them online so me and my husband decided to come in on a Saturday. They were super busy where every spa chairs and nail stations are completely full. The owner/manager was greeted us in the front and he provided us an estimate time before our turn. There were a few people in front of us in the lobby waiting so we figured they must be pretty good so we waited as well. It wasnt that long of a wait where we were able to get in pretty much right away and sat on the Spa chairs. The owner was on top of everything and he runs the place so smoothly. We were totally impressed by his professionalism and how he managed his team. I have to say that this was easily the best experience I have ever got in my life. Our nail techs was awesome and they gave us perfect massage. I would go on to brag about this place but you need to experience them for yourself.

The owner and staff are very friendly and welcoming. I wasnt sure what I wanted and he mentioned dipping...which I had never had before. Chris was my nail tech and he did a fantastic job. I have finally found my new nail salon. Thanks to Ricky and Chris.

This place is awesome! Coming from out of town so me and my 4 girls were looking for a place to get pamper so we looked up best nail salon in MESA and T Nail Lounge came up as number one. We decided to go here and lucky we did. They were amazing and very professional. The place is clean and everyone so friendly. The manager was so attentive he walk around to check up on everyone to make sure we are happy. We sure did have a good time and our nails and toes came out looking perfect! This salon is super clean, I love the music, very friendly staff and the owner is super nice. I came here based on recommendation and it is way beyond what I expected.. I got the dipping powder done and it turned out perfect and my pedicure was awesome. The gentleman that did my pedicure gave me a great massage and he also sang to me! Lol... I love this place.... I decided to try T Nail Lounge because my usual nail place was booked. Im pretty picky about my nails since I spend quite a bit of money getting them done. Overall, I had a pretty good experience. When I first arrived, I felt rushed to pick a color. Granted, I understand its Easter weekend. Ricky and his team seem to be incredibly efficient. My only concern would be if they are a little too efficient. The lady who did my full set did a great job but she went from helping me to another girl to another after that while still doing my nails. I felt a little rushed and because of that left feeling a little short handed due to more time being spent on efficiency than customer service. Overall, I had a good experience but that was my main concern.

They always do a great job! Ive been coming to this salon for over a year, and its worth every penny. They are extremely friendly and helpful if you need any fixes between manicures too.

We have found our new nail salon. My daughters, Mother in Law and I happened upon this place by chance and thought we would give them a try. We showed up 1 hour before closing and Ricky was very accommodating and made us feel welcome. T’s was very clean and everyone was super nice. We felt appreciated and pampered. I came in about a week ago to get a nail fixed (from another salon). They were really busy, seems like a good sign! They fixed my nail and took care of me. I was very happy with service and the employees were friendly. I am guessing the owner was up front checking people in, he was very nice and runs his salon very efficiently. I will be coming back :)

It is an okay spot. The first time I went it was good the lady did great cutting my toe nails. I went again today and the guy just rushed through cutting my toe nails and I didnt like that even after telling him that I had a bit of an ingrown.

I had Tee herself and she worked magic. I really love that they gave me a suggestion on the look I wanted would look a lot better with adding tips. They never pressured me into it they knew it would make it so much better looking but still gave me the choice. She didnt take long at all, they look amazing and she even explained my nails as she was going. I fell in love here and even my sisters nails didnt take long and just as gorgeous!

I love Ty she has done my nails since I was 13 years old.There were a few times I unfortunately had to have other techs do my nails at the previous shop she worked at and they were not up to par.I tried the new tech today, I believe her name is Emma. She did an awesome job just like Ty. She was gentle, fast, and detailed.Kudos on the new hire!

Ty has been my nail tech for several years. She provides me the same fabulous service in her new shop! They always get me in whenever I ask And I can Stop in for a pedicure without an appointment. I have to say that I was very disappointed with my visit. I made an appointment for my my daughter and I for both manicures and pedicures. We arrived 10 minutes early and the man at the front desk made a negative comment about the fact that we arrived ahead of our appointment. The polish selection was poor and did not have much to choose from. When you have more than one person in your party, you expect to go back at the same time. This was not the case. They took my daughter back before me and kept us separate the whole time. My daughter finished before me and was rushed to the drying station in front to wait another 30 minutes before I was done. When my pedicure was finished I was immediately rushed to the front also. I picked this salon based off of the reviews and now that I have been to this salon, I definitely do not agree. The techs were nice but their English was very poor. The man at the front was only focused on running people through like cattle. This seems to be the norm these days. I paid $98 total for 2 regular manicures and pedicures. So not worth it. A business should always focus on quality over quantity but that was definitely not the case at this salon.

Got a pedicure/manicure the guy acted like he never worked in a nail salon before. He said hes done this job for 20 years and after today I think he should find a new profession. I will be looking for a new nail salon that actually does what you pay for.

I’ve gone to Tee Nail Lounge from their opening and couldn’t be any happier. I constantly get compliments on how beautiful my nails are and happily and confidently refer them to my friends and family. My nails have never peeled and they are always perfectly shaped. The customer service and product service is phenomenal. They have an extremely broad nail color selection as well as final coats. They ambiance in the salon is amazing. I constantly feel relaxed and welcomed when I come in. If you need a new nail salon, come here!

I visited T Nail today and was very pleased. Tommy did a wonderful job on my pedicure. I have been looking for someone who can take care of my hangnails and Tommy did this. It was overall one of the best pedicure I have had. The place is clean and everyone is very nice.

I came in for pedicure with my girl and both of us not sure what to expect but turned out it was amazing. There were some miscommunication between the polish that my girl chose and nail tech not doing exactly what she wanted. So we reached out to the owner and he was able to clarify the issue and turn into a perfect experience. Today I took my 9 yr old grand daughter with me to get pedicures they treated my grand daughter so special her tech even did her nails for it was a great time for us to share I highly recommend and want to thank T & Ricky they are great people and run a wonderful business, do yourself a favor if you are in need and try them out.

The first time I visited this salon I had a pedicure and was very pleased with my experience. The salon was very clean, friendly, and a great selection of polish available. I recently went back a few weeks ago and decided I wanted a pedicure again and that I wanted to try the new dip nail manicure. It was around 5pm and knew that they closed at 7pm and felt I had plenty of time to do both. I got right in for the pedicure. Then moved over to Ts station to have my nails done. By this time it was close to 6pm and it felt like everything went into rush mode. Another customer came in for a manicure and was waiting. So without doing any cuticle clipping or any filling and shaping my nails before any polish is applied my nails were done. So what I got was my nails polished without a manicure, and paid full price of a manicure. It has been two weeks and my nails are lifting around my nail bed. Very disappointed and not sure I want to return to a nail salon that is into quantity over quality.

Its okay I dont get why they get so mad when i ask them to not RIP nails off and make comments on how it takes too long. They reuse old buffers and nail files but their good at shaping their nails and have a good variety in choices.

I have never written a review for a nail salon but I felt I must for this place! They are absolutely the BEST in town! The owners are down to earth and really care that you are getting the best treatment. They all wear name tags, which I like. Im a native Arizonan and have been to many places in town but this is the BEST and their prices are great too!

I have been to a lot of salons since I started acrylic nails back in 1998. It has been so hard to find someone that doesnt hurt me, listens to how I want my nails, and can file my nails the right shape and consistent with the other nails! I now get dipped nails and compared reviews. I gave them a try and I was so happy that I will be going back.

I went to T Nail Lounge for the first time yesterday with my mother. We loved this place! Its a very clean salon and the staff was so nice and welcoming. Special kudos to Jimmy, Jim, and Phong...our nails turned out beautifully. Ricky, the owner, takes the time to acknowledge each client, asks their names, and visits with them to get to know them. I never ever write a negative review. I feel too bad but I got a pedicure yesterday evening and was so disappointed. The first problem was - Im not sure they had the air on (it was over 100 degrees outside). If they did, it wasnt set lower than 85. Very miserable. Second, the package I paid for said I would get a massage. This massage was the tech literally rubbing lotion on my legs and feet. My favorite part of any pedi is the massage. Its beyond relaxing after being at work for over 8 hours. So when she put lotion on (as gentle as a mouse), at that point I wondered if she actually worked there. Last but definitely not least, the polish looks so bad. Its all up in my cuticles and its very uneven. I paid $60 and it was no where near worth my money. Im sorry:(

Found this place online and wanted to try them out. Im so glad I did! At first there were a little mis-communication about the colors and shape of my nails. The owner came over and was able to clear up the confusion and later everything turned out exactly what I wanted. Before I left... Today was a bad experience at a usually great place. It took 3 hours for us to get 4 pedicures and 3 dip fills. Wich they had to redo a dip fill. My daughter nails did not turn out well but we were just frustrated w3oth the service and kept them and left. Hopefully this is a one time occurrence for a bill that was $240.

Nancy was great, didnt even comment on my nasty dude feet. I got the Ts Deluxe. It was my first pedicure in 10 years (Im a guy, cut me some slack) and it was fantastic.

Came here for a full set and a pedicure because of all their good reviews and wasn’t impressed at all. The owner is pushy. The lady who did my pedicure burned me with the hot rocks, and didn’t understand what I wanted as far as my toe nail polish. I tried to stop her and she just kept going with the wrong color. Then acted frustrated when she had to remove it. Even the lady sitting next to me was laughing. My nails have too much acrylic and look too thick, are crooked, and are not growing out nicely. I’m 35 weeks pregnant and went here to pamper myself and instead just feel like I wasted my money.

Very pleased with the service I was given, unfortunately i did not like the thickness of the French tip i got on my toes so the owner Ricky made sure that i left happy and satisfied! I will definitely be making the trip to get my toes/nails done here from now on!

They do a great job! however their prices are all over the place. Also they tend to take care of customers not in the order yoy came in. Sat me in a Pedie chair last time and started three other people that came in after me before they got to me.
