After 16 months I dared pamper myself with a new set of nails. I asked for a gel and she did acrylic. Didnt seem to understand. Thick and lumpy and she seemed rushed and insulted that I asked for shaping. Worst ever. I asked for oil on my cuticles and got a huff and quick slop across my hands. Came home to shape and do a better polish job. Never again.

Everyone was so sweet and patient with my fussy baby! My nails have been perfect for almost 3 weeks!

The worst place ever went … Came here on a Saturday to get my nails done.. and they fell off that same day.. they started to lift and break off.. after two days so I go back she has an attitude.. so I ask I want my money back or fix them.. so fix them and the day they fell off.. so now I went in today and she said u must be ruff with your nails B…. I got a brand new baby just barely went back to work I’m saying what she assume I’m doing.. Give me my money.. NEVER go here they are worthless people..

HONESTLY! Place is cute, relaxed, everyone was plesent..BUT This is The WORST Place Ive ever Gotten my nails done.. I knew what I wanted.. Was persuaded in a different direction.. No big deal. That happens. Not 1 Nail is even, the tips are on crooked, and I cant even begin to explain the Amount of BUBBLES!! EVERY NAIL! Lengths all different, in every direction!! And the Acrylic ALL have divets! AGAIN Every NAIL!! Im SUPER PISSED OFF!! WHAT A JOKE! My 5 year old Could do a BETTER JOB!! $45.00 bucks Later!! I want my Money back!!

Very meticulous great attention to detail

Got a pedicure. Price was expected $30, no thrills or add ons. The provider dug her thin, sharp thumb nail into each toe as she used the edge of the file to saw a crevasse into my skin. She also rubbed in everything on fast forward. There was no relaxation whatsoever. I cried when she did the sugar scrub, it hurt so bad. She did provide warm water when asked so that was nice.

Have been coming here for years and absolutely love their customer service and attention to what I want my nails to look like.

I have been going to Nails 2020 for several months now. This place is great! I have acrylic nails and no matter what design I asked for, they can do it with no problem. If I don’t know what design I want, they surprise me. My pedicures are amazing and I highly recommend the paraffin wax. Pure Heaven! They do such a nice job on my eyebrows. I am constantly being complimented on my nails and brows and I am asked where I get them done. It doesn’t matter which technician I get, they are all great at what they do. I have even made my mom and aunt customers as well. The pricing is a bit below most salons which is helpful for a young college student. I highly recommend this place.

My mom took me here for the first time and i really loved this place. When i walked in the first thing i noticed is that their salon is very clean and nice designed. I got design tip for $35 and it turned out great. The technician that took care of me took her time on every details. Its hard to find good place like this nowadays. I have been a regular customer of Nails 20/20 since 2001. I am a professional dancer and make my living with my feet; my hands are an important part of my technique, and my nails are an important part of my “costume.” I have extraordinarily high standards about how my feet feel and how my nails look. Nails 20/20 has always met my standards. They take the time to understand what my particular needs are and meet those needs. I have always preferred to establish a relationship with one pedicurist and use only that person because my pedicure is critical to being able to dance properly; however, at Nails 20/20, every single person that has done a pedicure for me has been fabulous. I have worn acrylic nails for decades and the work done by Nails 20/20 is superior. I have had horrible pedicures and fills in the past so I know what I am talking about. My nails never lift, I never develop any fungus, and they always look great. But…I also am very committed to going every two weeks for a fill because that is the proper length of time to get a fill and every 2-4 weeks for a pedicure because that is what keeps my feet in top condition. I have seen people in the salon complain because their nails are lifting and then they say they’ve not had a fill in over 4 weeks. You must maintain yourself properly - you can’t drive a car without keeping it full of oil and then wonder why your car doesn’t work. I have seen some of the negative reviews posted and in all the years I have been going there, I have never seen anything like that happen. I have never seen anything unsanitary and I have never seen employees acting inappropriately. I highly recommend Nails 20/20 for people who appreciate quality!

Finally a place that listens to how you want your nails done! They are amazing and silly here. We always laugh the entire time while getting our nails done. They have a crazy big selection of colors and styles they can offer. It is clean as well which is of great importance to me at a nail place. You wont regret coming here!!

I absolutely loved this place. I payed $26 for my acrylic nails and they lasted about a month. I got so many complements on them and they looked wonderful. Only problem was one nail was smaller than my actual nail. For sure will be going back to them though. They are always so friendly and they create conversation very well. For homecoming my grandmother took me there and she sat in the front and she had a conversation with 2 of the staffs.

Went with my dad to have a pedi. Easy to get an appointment and they did a good job. My dad is 90 and has problems with his feet. This helps. Will be going back.

This is a typical nail salon. I had a pedicure done. They put my sandals on prior to applying the polish. They do not use a UV light and sent me on my way. The polish did not cure and by the afternoon my nails had smudged. I would not recommend them for this reason. The foot and leg massage was great.

Awesome salon and they pride themselves with attention to detail. Mani and pedi where top notch. But I only got spa treatment for both, so comfy! Awesome staff, comfy chairs, and great place!

Kim did a wonderful job on my nails and my pedicure was to die for!! Almost fell asleep during the massage! I fell about 2 weeks ago and injured my left foot and both legs and she made me feel so much better!

I took my grandma here while i was visiting Gilbert and i just got a plain manicure with some pink polish. And honestly the lady did a terrible job on my nails...there were large spaces she missed and she made my thumb bleed after i forewarned her that i had nerve damage to that thumb :( i do a better job myself. I would not come here again.

If I could give zero stars I would. My nails are lumpy, uneven in every way possible, the polish is bubbly in some spots and too thin in others, the design is off-put, the other person I came with got their nails done too and wasnt even asked what she wanted and randomly ended up with a French tip, uneven nails that are already bubbling up. Worst place Ive ever been. The only positive thing I can say about the place is that they try to be friendly

Just got my nails done and I can honestly say my feet and hands look like my 2 year old did them. Not only does the gel look bad, but he butchered my cuticles on my hands and feet. I will not be coming back here.

I came to get my nails and toes done and they thought i wanted manicure on my nails but i wanted acrilyc. They just started on my nails without cunsulting me first if it was what i really wanted. They were very very friendly but i didnt not get what i payed for. The manicure was very fast and sloppy. I really couldve done this at home.
