Received this horrible dip powder manicure today. Nails looked so thick and clumpy and there was dip coloring left all over my fingers. Original nail tech that did this didnt say a word and came off very rude. Even after they attempted to “fix” them they still look a mess. No refund or discount offered. Do not recommend!

We were there for almost 2 hours for 2 pedicures, 1 manicure, and a full set. Within 5 minutes of leaving I noticed tons of air bubbles in my nail, and my thumb nail is rough looking. The nails are uneven and the qualify, for what I paid for, isnt there. It has now been 3 hours and my daughters nails are already coming off. Didnt notice until I got home that my toes are also done quite poorly. What sucks is we got our nails done for my daughters birthday party tomorrow and theyre already peeling off. Definitely unimpressed and will not be coming back.

Spoke to the owner Leena today regarding the experience. Leena justified her technician Jennifer who was poorly skilled, demeanor was rude, and unprofessional. The owner stated she does not need the business & suggested to call police as her recommendation. Clearly this establishment is not recommended and you as a customer should be informed as they do not consider painting your toes correctly is their problem. They did a service not satisfactory or even close to quality. Did I mention it was this customers birthday and 1st pedicure. Disappointed at the lack of professionalism and courtesy. Please be aware as this establishment is not fit to serve our community.

Very nice. Got me in same day. I got a full set, dip nail. The lady was very nice and gentle but I have had better quality work before. I also got customized paint work done (lines, dots, ect.) By a Gentlemen. His work was amazing but heavy handed and cut my finger. Overall, I am willing to try them again and I like the look of the nails.

My daughter and I have been twice to get gel manicures. Lily does an amazing job with my french manicure. My daughter has had 2 different nail technicians (both great). We definitely plan to have many more appointments at Happy Feet. We always leave happy!

My friend booked an appointment for my birthday as a surprise. Our appointment was at 3 and we were running slightly late. One of the employees called to see if we were still coming and proceeded to tell us that we should have been there a half hour ago even though we were only 5 minutes late. She spoke to us rather rudely and it just seemed very uncalled for. We said we would be pulling up any minute and they hung up. We showed up at 3:10 to find that they would no longer honor our appointment. On top of that, the way they spoke to was very rude and simply unprofessional. It was a very frustrating experience. Will not be going here anytime soon.

My experience at happy feet yesterday was amazing. It was by far the best experience I have had at a nail salon. Ray took his time and made sure the color and length were just what I wanted. He also had a sense of humor which was a plus. I highly recommend!!!

First time customer but I was impressed with how big the place is as well as how well staffed they were! They did a great job on my nails & maintaining my natural length. Very thorough. Polite. Professional. Efficient. My only concern is that the polish job on my toes doesnt look like its going to last long at all but other than that, Im very pleased. Could be my new shop!

I went on 6/7 Tuesday for a pedicure with Tia and she cut my cuticle on my left Big Toe. She kept digging and pulling skin. I let her know it was very painful and starting to bleed. The next day it is red, swollen oozing and very painful. She also cut my ankle with the grater to remove callous. She doesn’t like to do Pedicures. Beware. I will not be back. I even gave her a $10 tip. I didnt mention this to the man at the front desk. But i am now.

Do not try their eye lashes extensions service, it’s TERRIBLE. I had to go to somewhere else and got all lashes removed. Never would want that again.Most staff don’t speak English and don’t care what the customer want. It’s still would be Okay if they understand what means customer service. But most of them don’t care and never trained on that. I tried few staff to do my nails. Sally is the only one who is gentle and nice with the work. The guy Tony is just rude and mean. He did a terrible job and almost broke my nails.It’s not easy to find someone who is nice and gentle and able to communicate.

Love this place. i had my nails painted with gel polish today and they came out beautiful. The people are awesome there and they do a full set of nails in no time. My daughter got a full set done today. We have been there one other time and we will continue to go back.

Ive been here once before with my friend for SNS removal so I didnt get much done then. I came back with my friend and got the Happy Feet Pedicure and oh my goodness.... the massage alone was worth it. Kent was awesome. Just the right amount of pressure, checking in periodically to see how I enjoyed my services. This is my new nail salon. Customer service was great, I saw other employees wiping down stations to make sure to stay sanitized between customers. Overall highly satisfied. Thanks Kent!

Was in shortly after they opened. I got a dip manicure & love how they turned out! I was in & out within one hour. The lady who did my nails was very sweet & kind & I didn’t feel rushed at all.

Had some nails chip after a few days called in and the staff was amazing and very professional fixed my nails and made them beautiful again. This will be my new nail salon!! Also very clean and beautiful inside

I came in with my daughter and sister to get a full set and a pedi. Very sloppy job got paint on the skin of my toes and the lady cut me. My full set was a ombre french tip, well the pink is all in the white and not blended well. Wont go back.

I got a pedicure and it was good. I didnt feel super pampered like I thought I would and it was over pretty quick but it felt good and I went with my wife so thats whats fun... Sitting next to my spouse sharing the experience. Staff was friendly and accomodating. Basic pedicure was $27. My wife got the mid-level pedicure for $37 and she got a gel manicure. All 3 of these services for $99.

I got a gel pedicure and dip manicure here recently. I didn’t notice at the time, but my toe nails were clipped crooked. I’m also very disappointed with my dip manicure. After I left, I noticed that the finish was not smooth on any of my nails. I couldn’t tell with the lighting inside, but it’s glaring once outside of that lighting. There’s also a noticeable bump where the tips were put on on a couple nails (I had three tips put on broken nails). Mostly frustrated because my nails were cracking and chipping within 5 days. I’ve been getting dip manicures for years and all manicures have easily lasted a month and only needed to be redone because of regrowth. Giving this salon 2 stars only because it was very nice and clean inside. I will not be going back.

I love the place an all, but the employee that did my toes made me feel rushed didnt do very well on my toes did a bit sloppy on the polish, didnt cut/file my toes evenly down, when I chose what service for my pedi didnt fulfill the whole service.

Visited here for an awesome man-pedi which was very much appreciated by my covid-neglected feet. Its a beautiful salon and everyone is friendly. Planning to go back on my next trip (and if California keeps salons closed, this could be my go-to)!

My friends and I have been loyal Happy Feet customers for many years! You can usually get an appointment on the spot, but I would recommend calling at least 15-30 in advance. Either way, they have great staff and are also very accommodating. Nice comfy massage chairs, water bottles offered, and a shoulder massages at the end of a pedi 😍. They also offer services beyond your typical mani/pedi such as waxing.

I just left happy feet and nails and I couldnt be more disappointed. The lady named Lily have me nails that were too short and had no Apex. When I asked them to fix it, they told me they would give me a refund so I could go somewhere else instead. All this after I started by showing a picture of my last Mani and asking for the exact same thing this time. Getting your nails done should be fun and relaxing not stressful and sad.

Should have read the reviews before I went here... I was getting sushi next door and needed to get my nails done so I went because of the convenience. I didnt have to wait long to get in, but the whole thing was a disaster. I had a motorcycle bag and jacket and was made to feel like a total outcast because they didnt have anywhere to put it, so I was asked to stuff it behind a footwash station and I was falling all over the chairs, etc. Next, I asked for a basic gel manicure. I had a bit of length on my nail but asked the girl to make the nail flat on top... I didnt think I had to say much after that because I thought that was a normal thing to say... well it turns out that didnt happen at all. I kept trying to say something about it, but about halfway through the session, she randomly switches out with someone else and does it without saying anything, like I have to be right back but had someone helping... not a word.Then, the colors... I had an idea of what I wanted, a dark gray, but because I didnt know the exact color I felt like I was getting publicly shamed. She handed me this contraption that kept falling all over the place I couldnt even look in the light and was rushing me to make a decision... what a disaster. And she wouldnt give me both hands to do this, she just kept grabbing my other hand as if I was inconveniencing her to wait 1 minute to have both of my hands and look through this pinwheel thing...Finally, she kept taking her own nail to get the excess off the sides, but kept taking off color off the sides of the nail, so now some nails have color missing a ways in and it looks like a kindergartener did my nails.I hadnt gotten my nails done in awhile so I was excited to get them done and boy was I severely let down. I would have rather donated the $35 to a person that actually deserved it. In the light (which I wasnt given the opportunity to see the color in) my nails do not look the way I wanted to. And the shape is all wrong...Anyway, I hope this review saves at least a few people from going there because of the convenience... the shop looks great, but thats about it...

Ridiculously expensive manicures for what you get. Gel manicure is highway robbery. $20 extra dollars for a different type of polish. No scrubs etc come with the deluxe. Originally I was told that the only difference between the $20 deluxe and the $30 gel manicures was the polish. BUT apparently since English is not well understood, I was later told this was not the case. When I said how ridiculously expensive it was for what you get, she told me they had to pay the rent etc. I get that but seriously in 30 min my kids were finished when we came here last year for my daughter’s birthday. I found out last year after we got home that the girls got none of the scrubs etc that apparently only comes with the deluxe and not the gel. Again the same story as above. This is why this year I made sure (or so I thought) that the only difference was the polish. When they weren’t getting all the services listed, I questioned things. It took at least 3 times of me explaining what I was asking in a very slow and clear voice to get a complete answer to my question. I won’t be back. They also say their gel polish is supposed to last 2 weeks and to come back if it doesn’t. Last year it didn’t even last 24 hrs and at least my complaining this year got them to put on 2 coats of base and 2 coats of top. Last year without this double coat (as should ALWAYS be the case) they were finished in about 30 min. So make sure they do 2 coats. Too frustrating when the receptionists (let alone the people doing the work) cannot communicate with the customers. And it’s crazy over priced for what you get at least for the manicures.

Gel manicure only lasted a week before it started to loosen and peel.

This is our 3rd time here. There are four of us and we always leave happy. Everyone is nice and welcoming and our nails look great!........Update:4.20.19.....went there my girls this past Saturday and what a nightmare. We could not believe it was the same place.They were over booked and all three of us had nail techs that were miserable and unfriendly. Granted it was the Saturday before Easter, however we had scheduled appointments.The person I had would not fix my nail which was chipped. She ignored my repeated request to fix it. She instead clipped it and filled it down crooked. I still kept asking her to fix it and she wouldnt. Needles to say we wont be back. We are good customers and expect decent customer service. Does not have to be perfect but decent.My recommendation is to make sure they are not overbooked and if they are, run away fast.

Loved this place. They were super busy, but still took me as a walk in and made me a priority even though I was a walk in. The place was clean and loved the decor. The owners and all the employees were extremely nice and do an amazing job. Price point was perfect from low to high depending on what you want.

I like the fact that you can walk in most any time and there is not a wait. Once you find the right technician, they learn to know exactly what you want. I like that I can make appointment and walk in and get the same person that I feel does a quality job. Since Covid 19, my dip names are grown out after 7 weeks but still intact! I’ve gone other places and they don’t last 2 weeks. May pay a little more, but worth it for no wait and quality service.

They are busy, but always seem to make time. Most of staff is very personable. My SNS quality is hit and miss, some techs do a much better job than others. But, they are customer service oriented, and want you to leave happy. They are my go-to nail place.

Happy feet is my favorite pedicure spot. I have tried other places. Im always disappointed because happy feet set such a high bar for quality in customer service and execution.

As a man, some find it funny that I frequently get pedicures but what’s more manly than being well groomed? I’ve been to quite a few nail salons as this location isn’t very close to me but I usually find myself making the drive because it’s honestly the best. They have a ton of chairs. Their staff is super friendly and they always remember me. Their prices are a little higher than some places but you get what you pay for.

I went in with nails from another salon in the area that were thick, jagged underneath, too long acrylics, with a French Tips that looked more like Jersey Shore Tips, one of which had snapped off the day before. I knew that I had to get them fixed. Its a First World problem, but I couldnt spend my Birthday with a bad manicure. I arrived at 6:35 (LITERALLY 25 min. before close), and they STILL TOOK CARE OF ME!!!! They were so sweet and they knew that I was unhappy with my nails. The last salon I was at made me feel bad and guilty for asking for what I wanted with my manicure and how my nails looked, but Vincent was so sweet, and he made sure I had the chance to check the shape and feel of them multiple times. The last salon I was at made my nails too long, even after I asked for them to cut them shorter. Vincent made sure MY nails were the right length for ME, and trimmed them by millimeters so they were an equal length. Truly the BEST nail salon in East Mesa. Ive never EVER been so happy with my nails! Theyre so beautiful, and theyre what I WANTED. NO ONE tried to boss me around or tell ME that I COULDNT look the way I WANTED to look!!!THANK YOU HAPPY FEET!!! I will sing your praises and refer EVERYONE I CAN!!!TL;DR Walked in with a wack set (((by the knock-offs down the road))) just before close, and was still taken care of on my own terms. Youve got a customer for life.

Great customer service and great treatment

I went to Happy Feet for a pedicure and received a very fast less than relaxing experience. Tech very unfriendly and didn’t touch the bottom of my feet during the massage portion of the pedi. What really concerns me is I did not see her get clean pedi tools before going to the next client. Totally grossed me to think they do not use sterile equipment! I didn’t see one basin or work area get cleaned with a cleaner only the towel that was used on the precious client sitting in that spot! Not sure how this can be allowed. If I get a toe fungus I know who to blame!!! Can’t recommend this place.

I’ve been going here for about two years and I almost always have a different nail tech. I am very picky about my nails and some people rush them and they don’t look too great. Well I recently had sally do my nails and she did a fantastic job. I will definitely be making appointments with her from here on out.

Nice people working there. They do a good job and your feet feel as good as they look when you leave. The pedicure lasts a long time, too. Very nice about fitting you in even if you dont have an appointment. The leg massage is usually quite excellent. The only negative would be the lack of a command of English, but I only speak one language, so its hard to criticize 😀

Absolutely the best pedicure I have ever had, and I have had many! Kim did mine today, and she was so sweet and professional. Salon was extremely clean and everyone was friendly. Can’t wait to return to return and get my nails done.

In a pedicure I look for two things. 1. A great massage 2. Smooth heels after callus remover. I have found this in the technician Thuy. She does a great job every time and I always feel so relaxed and well taken care of. Great place to go!

So pleased with this salon as well as my nail tech. The salon was very busy, but they got my sister, mom and I in right away. It is a clean and inviting place. My nail tech was Ky and not only did he do an amazing job, he kept us laughing the whole time. They even had food and hot chocolate out for guests. I will def be coming back, I’ve been looking for a new salon and this is it!!

The front desk man was very nice but both nail techs I had (the two times I went there) were very short and rude. One of the times two other nail techs, who were not helping anyone, sat to the left side of me the entire time, watching my nail tech do my nails, talking and chuckling to each other. I have no idea what they were saying but I found it to be a little rude and unprofessional. The second time I went I asked the nail tech if he could do a Christmas design. He said yes, show me a picture so I went on Google and found a picture of a bow. He agreed and after my nails were painted he attempted the design. Now, Im not trying to be mean, but it in no way resembled a bow and when he showed me to get my approval I was hesitant to say I didnt like it. Instead I suggested he add a line on the bottom to complete the ribbon part. When I was saying that he said you no like it? I said well not really, it doesnt really look like a bow. He immediately started taking the polish off and said so no design. I responded well I do want it, is there anyone else here who knows how to do it? He responded with a very direct tone no one else knows how. I left it at that and thanked him for trying. He finished painting that nail and I left kind of confused about why he seemed so irritated from the very moment I sat down. Oh well. I wont be going there again, ever. Oh by the way, $30 for a full set and an additional $5 for a coffin shape, plus I tipped him $5. So $40 to be treated poorly and get an average set of nails.

This is by far the worst place Ive ever received a pedicure. If I could give zero stars I would. It has been 3 weeks and my big toe on my left foot is not only ingrown and infected, it is swollen, yellow and has not grown since getting the pedicure. I have gone to two doctors so far and will most likely need the toenail removed. It doesnt help that I am 7 months pregnant and unable to take antibiotics. Additionally, they are so busy they probably dont take the time necessary to clean their instruments. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

It’s a lovely place! My friend got a better foot massage than I did. The lady who did my toes was just getting the job done and my friend’s guy was enjoying bringing pleasure.... just saying.

Today when I came in for a gel manicure, I asked my nail technician to keep my nails long and rounded- i left with them short and square. At one point she told me not to do a matte finish because it looks dull (although thats the whole point of matte). I suggest only going here if you have an appointment with a specific nail tech that you know does a good job, otherwise you will be disappointed. Every time I come here i regret it.

I visit regularly, like 2 times a month for multiple services. Ana Smith is my favorite, shes quick fast and goes with the flow of conversation. she doesnt talk unless you do, shes respectful of your me time and good at what she does.

Ive been going here for a year and a half now, and for a while in the beginning the service was hit or miss. Some technicians were amazing while others were so-so. Around three months ago I got Kathy as technician, and Ive made appointments with her every time since! She doesnt rush to get my nails done, and she makes sure the nails are completely covered in color and shaped to my liking before sending me on my way. The shop is also always very clean and well kept!
