I have been using Affordable Lawn Care Services for over two years now. I have never had any issues. Very communicative. Always take care of my front and back yard like true professionals. Recommend them 10 out of 10.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!They are completely unreliable and they never showed up...after scheduling an appointment twice!!! No notification, nothing.Stay far far away from this company!!!

I hired this husband and wife team for their services. They came to our house 3 times. The 1st time, they didnt complete the yard because they didnt have their helper. The 2nd time, they didnt complete the yard for an emergency that they had. During this visit they broke a sprinkler head in the front and backyard and didnt mention it. It was discovered when our sprinklers came on causing a muddy mess thanks to the very short cut they gave our lawn. The 3rd time, they completed the yard but did a poor job on the Palm tree trim and didnt blow the dirt and debri out. During this visit, a line in our drip system was cut and... Yep, you guessed it! They failed to communicate the damage. I sent a calm message to state my frustrations and discuss standards and expectations. The wife was communicating with me at the beginning of our discussion but stopped responding when we got to the part about what I can expect moving forward. They were scheduled to come for a 4th time today and didnt show up or bother with an excuse. I would not recommend this lawn service unless you are satisfied with doing your own repairs from their mishaps, cleaning up on your own, have low expectations, and are happy with no communication.
