I am not sure if it was done as they did not use a dye in their spraying and we were not home when they supposedly came. It was very evident that the spraying had been completed in the past with the dye but not sure this time. Will always wonder. The green dye assured me of the quality of the job and its completeness.

I dont do bugs! Since we have lived in the East Valley I tried 2 other pest control companies before keeping Defense Pest Control. We had a real problem with scorpions when we moved in 3-1/2 years ago and since I have had Defense coming to treat our yard they have really been almost non-existent. And if I have a problem mid-month they make a trip out for an extra spray and have provided sticky cards for interior issues.Codi our service technician is always so friendly & professional and the main office is as well. A few months back Codi noticed early signs of termites and they came right out to give us a quote. Because we are a regular customer we got a discount on the treatment plus a warranty. Their prices are competitive but most importantly the service has worked really well at our home. I would definitely recommend.

We have used Defense Pest Control for over 15 years. Through all of the new construction and freeway construction when pests seem to gravitate towards the nearest home, we haven’t had any issues. When my 15 year old son wasn’t even a year old, I was worried about scorpions and they would come out again to spray. We had ants in our house a few years ago and I called them before it was time for service and they came out. We have had scorpions, centipedes and spiders in our house, which is expected, but not many at all. We highly recommend DFC to anyone and will have them as our pest service if we move.

Defense Pest has been treating our yard for several years now. They are very courteous, professional, and organized. Twice a year I’m reminded they are treating lawns in our area. The reminder is given with no effort to sell a service, they just let you know they are available. You then only need to reply to the email to setup a treatment. On your appointment day the technician shows up, quickly and thoroughly sprays the yard and leaves. You receive an invoice by email and then can arrange payment by mail, phone, etc. A few months later a technician will come by to check for any weeds and take care of them with no additional charge.I tried taking care of the weeds myself for several years. Each year got progressively worse. Now we have no weeds and the issue doesn’t cross our minds. If you are tired of pulling, spraying weeds give them a try. I think you will be pleased.

The gentleman that came out, spent at least two hours here, looking everything over, cleaning up cobwebs, spraying everything we asked for, wore a mask, thank you, just overall very pleased

This was a follow up to install couple traps that had been displaced during some construction work. They arrived within window they stated for work. Rep was very friendly. Outlined what his service would entail then went about his work in a very businesslike manner. Have no complaints with any of his work. Did a good job.

They were on time and they did a courtesy check for termites and did not charge for the check. They told me no termites noted. So glad they were honest. They sent me a quote for services as I requested and they did not pressure me to sign up for their service. I have had company come by and tell me how horrible things will be if I did not start their service and they gave a price for then but it was for short term then went up. I appreciated the honesty of Defense.

The weed control was not the best. We used them for our vacation home, and every time we came back to the house it required some weeding. Pest and bug control was great.

We had our house built in a housing development in Florence, AZ 10 years ago. The owner of Defense Pest came to our door shortly after we moved in. Our construction superintendent encouraged us to hire a pest control company seeings how we are gone from the house 5 mos. a year. We signed up with Defense Pest for bi-monthly bug control, termite control, and recently added weed control. We love these guys! They are so professional, thorough, friendly, informative with an office staff that cant be beat. Our neighbors have tried others who are cheaper. All have ended up switching to Defense Pest.

Worth every penny to not have to weed the rocks anymore! Service is guaranteed, and they stand by it. When I’ve had weeds pop up after a treatment (in between germination and sprouting at treatment), they come out and touch it up without any hassle. Highly recommend if you’re sick of weeding too.
