They were assigned to our home owners claim for a roof leak as we had some water damage in several places in our home office.They came out and did an estimate for drywall repair and a few other issues related to the water damage. It was going to be about $2k to fix, $1k I would be responsible for due to the deductible. Thats fine, makes sense and we all agreed.When they came to fix it, they were only there a few hours and did not replace any drywall, just stripped off the bad paint and repainted it.Most places would have charged a few hundred for that. I called them and explained that they didnt do even half of what was quoted. They indicated that there is a minimum charge to have a drywall person come out even if they dont replace it and it was around $400-$500 for that charge (I cant remember exactly, but something outrageous). Fine, but even if you have $500 for the drywall labor, you maybe have 2 small cans of paint for $75 total, paint brushes a couple bucks each, lets go with misc supplies at $100 total to cover bases. I am not seeing $2k worth of work, or even $1k. They never refunded any of it.They are shysters and I would definitely never use them again. Very disappointed.

Top notch service. Submitted through home owners insurance. The job was completed satisfactorily & in a timely manner . Had hole coming in through ceiling of front door entrance in addition to asbestos. Titan was responsive whenever I had questions that needed to be answer and I would recommend to anyone looking to remodel their property. Thank you Titan

Titan responded quickly when our building flooded. They had multiple trucks on site within 90 minutes. The process of recovery from a flood is long and at times emotionally draining. Titan walked us through the entire process, step by step. They worked well with our Insurance Company and helped us through that process as well. All of the trades that they brought in were professional and provided high quality work. Terry Shipman was our project manager and he did a great job of keeping all of us informed and monitored every step of the process. Titan Restoration of Arizona provided us great service. Once our insurance company contact them they started taking care of our water damage right away. I wish I could remember all the names of the people who responded to our house. They were friendly, VERY clean, and made us feel that they really cared about our home. We do remember Johnny who kept close contact with us followed up on each step. Our dry waller/painter Logan was amazing. He fixed our house better that it was before the water damage. Overall, we were extremely pleased with our experience with Titan Restoration of Arizona and would use them again and recommend them to anyone.

Everyone representing Titan was extremely professional, and everything was completed in a timely fashion. Brock stayed until late in the evening to complete the project so we could have our kitchen functioning sooner. We were very impressed.
