I had a water damage issue and used my insurance carrier’s “preferred vendor” for the mitigation. They were horrible. My neighbor suggested I use this servpro franchise for the reconstruction. It was a night and day difference! Our adjuster tried to get us to use one of their companies, but after our experience with their mitigation vendor, there was NO WAY I was going to use anyone they suggested. Adam who is the restoration manager for this location was great.

Levi and his team have been a godsend. I ended up having my tree bust through our roof during the last monsoon storm a couple of weekends ago and the whole top floor flooded because of the rain and some broken pipes. It was a mess. They handled everything quickly and always called me back promptly to answer any questions I had about my projects progress. I am sure I was a bit of a pain calling all the time, but Levi and Adam were both very kind to me every time I bugged them about something. They were super kind throughout this whole process. This company is professional, knowledgeable of their trade in every way possible- theyre highly recommended!

I live 2500 miles away from Mesa, Az and had contacted Servpro to look at my fathers property in Mesa. I talked to Paul and the communication was great. He did an inspection of the property and recommended what services I needed to have done. Which included not using his service. Paul was top notch and thank you.

Paul is the owner and is great. We thought the issue we were dealing with was a lot worse than it was. It would have been really easy for them to take advantage of the situation. Instead it turned out to be an issue that cost less than our deductible and Paul gave us some things we were able to do ourselves to help us save money since the insurance wouldn’t be paying for it. Very honest company!

Very happy with their work. We had to move all of our stuff out of our apartment while they worked on a water line break. They seemed a lot more competent than the company the apartment office had working on the actual water issue. Bridget, who headed the pack out project, was really easy to work with.

We use these guys on our rental properties. They pretty much do everything from beginning to end when you have water damage and fire damage issues and they always do it right. Great work ethic and morals. Hard to find in that industry.

We had a fire in one of our rental units in Mesa. They came out to the property within about an hour from the time we called. Their work was done very well and quicker than the quotes we got from some other restoration companies we called. They are the best as far as I am concerned. My email is all over the place so I miss invoices a lot. So I call them for help with what invoices have to be paid a lot. They are great.

I had a hot water tank leak that went through and around the pedestal and into the walls. Kevin and his team were very professional (on time, polite, informative, and cleaned everything up when they were done). I was told upfront what they were going to do, why each thing needed to be done, and how long their services would be needed. Their calculations were spot on and they also helped me with my house insurance.claim. Im disabled and wheelchair bound; they made sure all their fans were placed effectively, yet did not hinder my ability to get around in the hallways. They moved some on of belongings for me that were getting wet and that I wasnt able to move myself. When they were finished, you could not tell they had ever been there (meaning they left my home as it was prior to the water mess). I highly recommend SERVPRO and would definitely use them again.

We have used quite a few companies for our water issues for our rental units. These guys are the best water damage companies we have used. No questions asked. Levi and Adam and the other guys who come with them are always very professional and respectful of our renters. (That gets pretty tricky sometimes because we have some awfully odd people renting from us. I hope they don’t see this…)They are fast getting to the job and they try to dry as much in place as possible so we don’t end up having huge reconstruction bills. You need to try using these guys, we use them for everything.

Great service. Our insurance didn’t want us to use them, but we did anyways. I’m glad we stuck with them. I didn’t like the guys the insurance sent out first. They wouldn’t give us straight answers about anything, but the guys at servpro kept us in the loop the whole time.

My sisters kids messed up my entire home, it was a nightmare. i called these guys and they came in a timely manner. all decked out in their white suits to come clean everything up.

While the employees were decent the damage left behind was worse than from the flooding. If not for the insurance company making payment without my authorization I would have had some recourse. These guys are amazing. I have been meaning to leave this review for a while, but I was dealing with some other personal issues. We had a fire at my house and I wasnt too smart and didnt have any homeowners insurance. I just didnt think I would ever need it. They came out to my house and were very honest about what I was looking at as far as repair costs and everything. Honestly, I didnt have the money to pay for everything, so we were able to get a bunch of friends together to do a lot of the work and they told us what needed to be done and how to do it along with donating some cleaning stuff. Then when we did what we were able to do they came in and finished their part that I was able to afford. They were very careful with my belongings because I have a lot of fragile china and a lot of other similar knick knacks.

Paul came out to my house for an inspection because I thought I had a major mold issue. He said it wasnt as bad as I thought it was and showed me how I would be able to take care of it myself since my insurance doesnt cover mold. Then he came out a week later just to double-check it. He totally could have taken advantage of the situation and he didnt. You find stuff like that less and less these days. He was a lifesaver!

These guys are great! I had a pipe burst in our office bathroom upstairs that flooded the whole office. Levi and Adam showed up and went to work and had all of the water extracted pretty quickly so we were at least able to get back to work. Over the next couple of days they worked around our schedule to get rid of all of the damaged flooring and drywall.They made sure we knew exactly what was going on the whole time. We have had issues in the past where we have used other restoration companies and we didnt know what was going on from day to day. Adam B worked on the office reconstruction and we had the same great communications. There were some hickups along the way, but nothing that could have been expected and they took care of everything. The finished product was fantastic.

Kevin Frost went out of his way to disassemble my recumbent bike . I have a two story house, he had to disassemble and bring downstairs to be picked up. He was very nice & respectful of me and my home .Theresa

We had a leak in our bathroom which flooded half our house. We didnt know who to call, so we got in contact with our insurance agent, and they recommend I call SERVPRO of North Central Mesa. Within an hour we had a team of Servpro employees here to help. With the help of the team extracting the water from the house and setting equipment like air movers and De-humidifiers I was able to live comfortable in my own home.

I was over charged for the job performed. They only found water staining on the drywall, so drywall needed to be repaired. The workmen did cut several holes and poke holes to make sure there was not any other water that we could not see, so this was good. Containment was done. I am concerned that the containment was not done properly because it has gaps, and does not have the 3 stages built into it. I have a medically fragile child, so containment for even dust is important.

These guys are flat out awesome. Their team is very helpful and friendly and will answer all of your questions like they did ours. I didnt feel just like another customer but I felt very taken care of. I would definitely recommend using this company!

We had a disastrous tub overflow at our home while it was being rented.Our notice was guest say water coming out of ceilingWe are out of the country so I googled and found servpro mesaI spoke with Bridget and explained the problem and that I was out of the country she went into action. Quick response time in Gold Canyon. Of course on Friday the 13th a bathroom water line brakes while the tenets were out at the movies. SERVPRO was called at 9pm, they arrived an hour later and had everything mitigated by 11:30.
