Just giving a review because someone from this shop stood on the property and threatened a man on a public sidewalk. Which says a lot about the integrity of this shop.

I took my Softail motorcycle seat here to be recovered. I dropped it off on a Wednesday afternoon and I picked it up on Friday! The price was awesome. They were very friendly and gave me the price up front. Would highly recommend them!

I had these guys do a headliner for my 69 mustang and through a miscommunication a material got put in that I didn’t like. Pretty awkward situation when you go to pick something up after It’s completed and you have to tell them you don’t like it. These guys were super cool about the whole situation, they re-did the job and it looks amazing. I would definitely take my car back there again. All in all, very reasonably priced and they do great work!

I have used Old Car Auto Repair a number of times since 2012 ranging from a hot rod 1929 ford to my recent 1970 restomod chevelle. Mark and all the people at this shop are really good to do business with. The work they have done for me is top quality from ac work on my 29 ford to installing a new dakota digital dash on my 1970 chevelle along with a new intake gasket. I would recommend Mark at Old School Auto Repair for all your old school auto needs.Phil T Mesa Az.

Bought a beautiful 1990 Honda Prelude from guys who know how to serve their customers. Mark was super awesome to work with and even took care of me when there was issues with the vehicle shortly after getting it. Definitely check these guys out if youre in the market for a classic or need work done on one!!

First, all the individuals there were very friendly and easy to discuss options with. I have a classic car that was consuming a lot of oil. After discussing all options with the owner, the decision was made to rebuild the engine. He gave me the approximate costs. I verified the costs with an email and a typed copy. I added $600.00 to cover parts/etc. The engine would be rebuilt by a 3rd party and Old School Auto would remove and replace. I also agreed to coating headers and a front seat repair. After the engine was removed the owner called me and stated the 3rd party rebuild had went up in price and one of the heads was cracked. I agreed with this increase which also included a roller cam upgrade and an increase in ceramic coating costs.A little over a month later the car was ready. I was in no hurry for the car. In paying the bill, I was surprised to see it was approximately $800 more than the last update. The owner said he struggled to get the headers back on. The part mark ups were pretty high with a standard oil change costing ~$200 (it was odd that I was charged for over 6 quarts of oil on a 5 quart engine) and misc shop supplies at $157. The classic car was also driven over 100 miles on a test drive. At this point I was happy to get the car back home.I paid and started the trip home. The car sounded great but was sluggish and just did not want to accelerate. After arriving home the car was leaking oil in the driveway. The car was driven back and was also backfiring. A valve cover gasket was leaking and the timing was way off. What a different car driving back home the second time. Power is back and accelerates smoothly! I checked the oil at home and it was over a quart low. The leak was fixed but no additional oil was added! In the days following several items were found very loose, (distributor, positive battery terminal, header bolt, etc).I have now put a lot of time in a job I paid for. I am hopeful for the actual engine rebuild to not have additional issues. I wish the shop the best but attention to detail needs to be a focus and always let a customer know if the plan is to drive the car over 100 miles on a test drive.

Old School Auto Repair is truly old school in that a handshake is as good as gold. Mark Miller, the owner, goes above and beyond the call of duty to make sure the customer is happy. He is as honest and trustworthy as your closest friend. I dont believe I could recommend anyone better to service your automobile.

I have been dealing with Mark and Old School Auto Repair for a decade or so. They have worked on all my cars ranging from show cars to customs to hot rods to my daily driven truck. They have done a superb job for me, whether they handled engins swaps, significant repairs, or just normal maintenance. They communicate with me in a professional manner, keeping me apprised what is going on. I strongly recommend this company. Barry Van Hook

I was given a quote by Mark Jr over the phone after he assessed my car and I agreed to the price. When I went to pick up my vehicle the price was over $300 more than originally quoted. If the car needed extra work always contact the customer back with the updated cost on labor and repairs and let them make the decision on moving toward. Mark Jr stated he called and told me it would be more But he never did. $850 later I was out of and he acted like it was no big deal. Poor communication and poor customer service you dont just assume a customer has the money to pay without talking with them first. I wont ever return to this shop, first and last time.

I took my 69 F250 there for a radiator leak and basic fluids change. Mark was upfront about the repairs that I needed done and what I could expect in the future. The price was fair and Mark gave me quotes on future work that I should expect and I wanted done. They did a good job and my truck came back ready for the Phoenix heat.

Overall good work. I had a Vintage Air A/C compressor and condenser installed in my 63 Falcon. Worked with them to correct a couple of small hardware issues, but they stepped up, and the unit looks and works fine. They also painted a reproduction steering wheel for the car, and it looks like it came out of the factory!

These guys are real jerks. I brought an old truck there to possibly be worked on and Mark Miller Sr immediately quoted me 5 grand to even get started. He never even took the tarp off!!! When I asked if they would help me sell it (for a fee of course) Mark Sr got very short with me and basically told me to come get the truck. I said I would have it picked up the next day that the appraiser he referred me to took a week to get me the appraisal (he quoted me 2 days). He said fine if its not picked up today it will be parked outside the gate!!!Sorry but you never know when someone will need your business in the future. Just because I wasnt able to spend thousands with Old School Auto Repair they treated me like complete crap! Weird vibes in that place for sure....stay away.
