If you are a young person looking to purchase a vehicle from this dealership, do not attempt to do so. Based on our experience we requested to view a vehicle and informed the person that we were possibly looking to finance the vehicle. When they informed us of the price for financing we quickly decided to finance through a different institution (because it would be cheaper that way). After informing the salesperson that we wanted to test drive the vehicle he informed us that he’d have to ‘run our credit first to see if we qualify to even buy the vehicle’. Because we didn’t want a ding on our credit score this raised a big red flag. We informed him that we didn’t want to finance through them that we’d give them the cash directly. He then began to interrogate us asking how we would acquire the money to which we refused to answer. He then responded with ‘well we don’t work that way.’. As a company you are not suppose to interrogate customers who want to give you money, you have to market the product first and the customer has to make a decision to buy the product. By refusing to let us test drive a vehicle we don’t know if we want the vehicle. Locking us in by running our credit is a shady sales tactic and more people should be aware of this scam. If we had offered cash from the beginning without mentioning financing would they have let us test drive it? The entire time both the manager and the salesperson made us feel like they didn’t want our business and acted increasingly hostile. Please read before you buy anything from this dealership and make safe purchases.Thank you

I would steer clear of this place could have gotten a better deal literally elsewhere if I looked. Unfortunately I’m stuck in a five year contract over paying for a car with interest that’s almost double the cars value. Please steer clear from this place, customer service is non existent and they are in this for your money. Can’t wait to own my car and be done with these jokers.

Weve bought multiple vehicles here & Ive referred many family & friends. Weve been treated fairly & dealt with honestly. They stick by their word & the service (of the sales team & the service department) are top notch & are great to work with.

Do not ever go to this dealership. I knew the original service manager and he agreed to help me with a jeep project. Shortly after buying it they told me I needed to invest 3k into this jeep for various repairs. After those repairs were purchased they then decided to leave my vehicle in the sun for roughly 6 months until they got a new service manager. The owner of this dealership is awful. They exposed my vehicle for so long through the summer that all belts, tubes, and hoses all became brittle and completely abandoned my vehicle at the dealership. After trying to work with them they threatened me with storage fees knowing they screwed me over. I tried to work with these guys for months and paid up everytime possible but the owner clearly does not care. I have referred so many people to this place but at this time now that they screwed me over and abandoned the job I told I was more than happy to pay them for they lost my business completely and will never refer people here again. This dealership is destined to fail.

This dealership started off strong with friendly faces, nice vehicles and a good offer. However, when I said I wanted to take the offer with me and look at some other dealerships they sent out a new salesman who said he wouldnt write down my offer unless I signed a paper agreeing to buy because it would give ammo to their competitors. I wanted to buy a car not join a turf war and we were unable to make a deal. The offers and vehicles here look good but the high pressure sales approach can be rough.

Apparently they have to run your credit before you even take the car on a test drive sounds kind of like a scam to me no other dealership works that way or else you’d be hitting your credit with every car you were remotely interested in never going there again seems like they’re just interested in scamming you.

I was going looking into an SUV here and saw that it was ridiculously over priced. The SUV is worth around 4k-4,600 and they have it priced for almost 9k. They dont negotiate on pricing at all and deny assistance once you try negotiating.Response to the owner: The SUV I was looking at is $4,600 according to KBB but you guys are selling it for $9k. I checked again and added some high end features and it still doesnt amount to $9,000.

I have been in customer service for almost 20 years and I have never written a review until now. Atlas was a very disappointing experience. I saw a vehicle that caught my eye and wanted to see what it was going for. It had just been traded in so nobody really new what was going on with it. After two days of working with a salesman, they finally got the price locked in and me approved for financing. I was told to gather some documents for proof of income etc. when I arrived all the sudden the deal was changed, they added another 7 thousand dollars to the final price that was told to me before I agreed to deal and they wanted another 1000 down. When I asked the gentleman why all the sudden the change in price his only reply was that since I showed up asking about it, lots more people have shown interest in it and know they can get more money for it. I felt that this was so unprofessional and a complete waste of my time I had my cash down payment in hand and all the proper documents requested and ready to sign. Very shady if you ask me I wouldn’t take your money to this place.

Excellent experience. Sent my credit application in online and was called back quickly. We went with the whole family to pick out a car (we have a 7 and 3 year old). This was, without a doubt, the best car-buying experience Ive ever had. There was no heavy sales pressure, no b.s., a variety of quality vehicles in various price ranges, and multiple financing options. We were in and out in less than 4 hrs with the car I and-and Atlas provides all oil changes for the life of the vehicle. I cannot recommend them strongly enough.

If I could give zero stars I would. If you want your vehicle to sit in the sun for 6 months, not being worked on, and then they tell you that theyll have to start charging storage fees if you dont come get your not working vehicle (since they didnt fix it), this is the place to go!

After Receiving a call from Kevin I had originally given Atlas Automotive a Poor score at QUALITY being Poor-Fair, APPEAL at very good, and SERVICE at good. after the check up and the call from Kevin here are my new scores.QUALITY: good, reason is because after the oil change the car doesnt sputter on the highway nearly as much as it used to (Sputtering my be an issue with the model which is a 2007 Chevy Aveo LS) and not directly connected to the dealership. the gas Mileage is still under par however, advertised at 30-40 MPG I only get 26 MPG.APPEAL: Excellent, the reason is the car Looks good.SERVICE: Very Good, reason is because I was told by a mechanic that I had wrong parts in my Vehicle. after taking it back to the dealership Paul the Mechanic and I looked online and discovered the parts were correct, and then he showed me where it was at and how to get to it. Excellent Service. however, I couldnt get a clear answer about my trade in, charging, and other billing questions until I was called by Kevin months after the purchase. Otherwise the service would be Excellent.Bottom Line: would I shop here again? yes, with a little work on clarification of Billing and Final Payment Price I dont see why I wouldnt. This was probably the easiest car buying experience especially for the situation I was in. John-Erik was extremely nice and kind. He made me feel welcomed from the moment I met him. He listened to my needs and was able to get me into the car I wanted. Financing was easy and the finance manager was so understanding when my 2 year old was exploring everything in his office.

Alan gave us a quote and no pressure to get it down at Atlas . The 300 runs so great even better then before . They worked with us and were always avaliable . The 300 is on the road now and I just bought a 2012 escape from Atlas. Always helpful and honest . This is not a reg dealership its like family . Atlas treated us so well and we wont go anywhere else . Its not just buying a car they do great repairs as well . They did a Damn good job on the 300 . my husband says and he is not easily impressed . Thank youDerek and Sandra Williams
