I absolutely love Jenn Attars office! The staff is very warm and welcoming. Linda has handled my life insurance and my bank loan, and I always felt so confident with her guidance. Linda helped me purchase the best life insurance policy. Since I did not trust anyone else with my vehicle loan, Linda was there to educate me about the loan process and helped me get a great rate. Jenn took the time to review all of my policies with me, and she modified my renters policy to include more endorsements for less. It has been a wonderful experience with this office.

I have had GREAT experiences with Jenn and her team. Linda LITERALLY dropped what she was doing and met me at the office, TWICE one Saturday to take care of a truck purchase for me. She by NO means had to but she did purely because she cared. Jenn has always made me feel like I am her only client even though I know that is not the case. I love the ease of of insuring all of my toys and vehicles through one place. I even have my auto loan through them because their rate blew the other banks out of the water.I cant personally understand how anybody could write a review for less than 5 stars but I highly recommend this office.

When I made the switch from another large insurer, Jenns office was able to save me a significant amount of money per year, for even better coverage. I have never dealt witha more dishonest despicable ins company! I admit I was behind on my premiums however an agent called and we made arrangements for me to catch up on these payment when I received my new bank card after I couldnt find the one I was set up with for over 9yrs. I had one accident approx 6 yrs ago and one ticket for going 43 in an unmarked area of 35.approx 8 yrs. The office had told me my payment would go down after 5 yrs of any adverse event, but after several call to them, they kept saying no! I got my new bank card and called to get caught up. As of me driving without ins for that time I was going to be penalized over $2,100.00 and my already high premium was going to go up Double. I am 62 yrs old and these are the only 2 infractions that I had all my life. Plus when one of the girls called when I made arrangements with someone prior, she Never let me know of the critical issue this was or I would have gotten cash for that and given my new number when I got it. Ya know, All these yrs with the Jenn Attar agency I never saw her except when I signed up. She was never in the office except for her front end girls. Guess in she was always out spending the money she ripped off from her clients. Word of warning,,,DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY- just look at the ratings for her office and make you own decision.

Weve had our auto, home, and life insurance with Jenn for nearly 10 years. She and her team are truly top-notch. No matter when we call, they are available, and whats more, they are helpful. Whether we need to make a change in a policy, add a policy, or just need assistance connecting with State Farm Bank or Mutual Funds representatives, Jenn and her team are there to lend support. We couldnt ask for a more caring and attentive agent. We are so thankful to have Jenn and her team in our lives.

Why is there not a zero option?! I gave them the benefit of the doubt and they have disappointed me on several levels. I never had to really use their services until recently. I was left hanging for about four hours trying to get into my truck where I had mistakenly left my keys. There roadside assistance people never showed up. I was extremely upset and spoke to Jen (owner) at the main office who said she was going to take care of me. That didn’t happen so I switched insurance companies. Then they screwed up my billing in my last month. I called around noon last Friday to see if they can help me correct their mistake. I was told that I would receive a call back and that never happened. If I’m going to insure my home, car and anything else; I want to go with one provider and I expect a certain level of attention. Not only did I not receive that but their level of unprofessionalism and lack of interpersonal skills is extremely offputting.This is an assumption, maybe their current clientele has never had to actually use them. I guess that’s why they’re still in business. I’m using talk to text so if you see some errors I apologize. FYI, this State Farm agency is a joke.! Don’t fall into the same trap I did.

I love Jenn and her team. Jenn is always available when I need her. She is very knowledgeable and helpful. I love that I can count on her and her team for my auto, home, life, and bank policies.

Typically, State Farm is a fairly good insurance company however, this is the worst possible agent among other State Farm agencies. There rates are incredibly high, they charged me about $ 7oo/month for just liability. Not to mention, there customer service is terrible. They will argue, take weeks to process a transaction and are simply rude. To make matters worst, there website is extremely difficult to navigate. Overall, I would avoid this agent due to many customer troubles.I highly do not recommend this agent.

I would not recommend this agent. I have had State Farm for many years and had great experiences with the agents I have in New Mexico and Nevada. This office is terrible. They agreed to waive a premium if I sent in proof of coverage I had with Travelers. Two months goes by and they call and say they decided not to waive the premium and I better pay or theyll send it to collections. The other issue is they are slow to do anything if they do it at all.
