Misleading prices. Agent sold me a policy and confirmed that I wouldnt have to enroll in their Right Track program for the quoted premium. Enrolling would possibly lower the premium. Weeks later I received a call that increased the premium if I didnt enroll. The agent lied to me over the phone so I would purchase the policy.

There is always someone there to help you. Also it seems that they have access to multiple companies now which says they are always able to find the best price.

Randy gave me a great deal to get my business, however when I need any help he never returns phone calls or answers the phone number listed. Can not recommend, especially since Liberty Mutual constantly raises my rates for no reason, and Randy wont take the time to call me back now that I gave him my home and car business. VERY disappointed and will be going elsewhere for insurance needs

I submitted my first home claim. Liberty Mutual ordered their home inspector to change his damage report so that L.M. would not have to help pay for some repairs. I got my L.M. representative on the phone. He instilled zero confidence in me that he was even interested in helping me. It appears Ive partnered with an insurance provider who does not have my best interests at heart. Im leaving.
