My 19-year-old expensive built-in convection oven threw a bunch of sparks and stopped working. I was worried that I would have to pay a lot of money for a new one, but called these guys at a recommendation of a friend. Felix came out, pulled the oven, explained and showed where the heating coils had burned through over time, and was able to order parts for an oven that hasnt been manufactured in 15 years. We had to wait a few weeks for the convection fan parts to get in, but he was able to assemble the oven to still work without convection so we werent down completely. A few weeks later, I have a perfectly working oven for about 1/50th of a price of a new built-in one. Highly recommended. Thanks, guys!

When the tech (Felix) came out I told him the washer would not spin and gave him the code that the washer display was indicating - SD. He did a quick inspection of the machine and told us it was the bearings and it would be about a $500 repair, so we paid his $65 service call and chose to purchase a new machine. My bad here because I should have checked further and had my husband get on YouTube first. Instead of trying to find someone to haul off the old machine my husband decided to see if he could fix it to sell. Lo and behold, the first video he saw was to check the hub kit indicating that usually the gears are worn out causing the machine to not be able to spin. The first time he removed the agitator it took him about 20 minutes because he wasnt sure what he was doing nor what to expect. The gears were worn, so he ordered the $15 part kit. When the parts came and he took it apart for the 2nd time, it took him 10 minutes at the most and 10 - 15 minutes to install the new parts and put it back together. Voila! The washer now spins and works great again!!I called Felix to let him know my disappointment and asked why he didnt check the hub kit and he said he moved the tub and agitator around and it moved so that told him that wasnt the problem. But, it was the problem and he didnt even make sure before he told me it would cost $500 to repair. Now Felix says he has been doing this for 20 years so he should have known and it would have only taken him 10 minutes to confirm, but he couldnt be bothered with taking that time.I do not recommend this company for any appliance repairs. My fairly new Hotpoint dryer didnt work. I searched Google and contacted Oscar. He showed up the next morning, examined the machine electronically and visually, and discovered that the timer knob had cracked. He replaced the knob, cleaned out the filter area, and was done within 30 minutes. His approach was business-like and efficient so I am recommending his services.

This guy just saved us who knows how much money!We were in a panic because we leave to go out of town in 2 days and the fridge somehow put itself into a “floor model mode”I was ready to schedule him to come out and give him everything so we didn’t lose all the stuff in the freezer!He asked me symptoms and I told him. Within seconds he said oh that’s easy! Told me what to do and I was good to go!I read the manual a few times and didn’t see the exact error message I was getting in a way that I could understand!Needless to say I hope I never have to call this place again but if I ever need appliances repaired I know exactly who I’m calling!

Dont bother calling to repair your appliances just get a new one

Repairman was on time. He knew what the problem was. He had parts with him to fix the problem. He told us what the cost would be. We agreed to price and work was promptly done. Our refrigerator has now been woking well.

A little off on the phone but meeting him in person he was an absolute joy to work with. He was honest and he even did some trial and error with our fridge just to be sure it was a lost cause. He had compassion for the situation we were in. Nobody likes to deal with things breaking down but he made it seem easier.

The technician at Mesa Appliance Repair is a real pro. Happy to help – great attitude – and concerned with getting my refrigerator repaired before any food spoiled. He had to go back to the shop to get another part but was back in less than an hour and finished the repair. He had a great sense of humor and truly seemed to enjoy his job!

I got my appointment for the next day. They arrived on time, were super nice, and fixed my washing machine, and the fee was very reasonable. I would highly recommend this company for all your appliance repair needs! I will definitely use them again.

I called and asked a question and the gentleman (or man) that answered just hung up on me.. I called back thinking we got disconnected and asked my question again and the man very rudely said they did not sell parts. Very BAD customer service and Very BAD phone skills. Bad people skills in my opinion.
