Denny and his staff at Buffkin are amazing!! I was having a hard time in finding a tile look that we wanted at the big box stores when I decided to go to Buffkin. Denny allowed me to take a sample piece home to see if the one we found would work for us. I came back and bought all that he had. Cant say enough on how friendly Denny was in answering my questions and concerns. As I continue to remodel or house, I will be buying all our tile and tile products from Buffkin. Holly at Buffkin Tile and Carpet in Merritt Island was a huge help. She knew their products and was easily able to direct us to the right area. She answered every question and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. No pressure. No stress. No hassle. Although the tile we wanted was discontinued years ago, we were able to choose complementary tiles for our bathroom renovation. Easy. Tons of options in every price range. We had our front room tiled by Buffkin this past week, and man I can see why these guys have been in business this long. Our tiler Greg did an absolutely amazing job. We will be doing business with these guys again when we redo our bedrooms.

Dont understand the great reviews. I have been in there 3 times unproductive times. They have not been helpful. Last time I was in I waited 45 minutes for help and to return the samples I had taken, then when I explained I needed a different sample tile and some assistance with finding a kitchen backsplash I I was told she did not have time to order it for me or help me. I should just look around on my own or come back another time.

We just had our master bathroom shower repaired by Buffkin. They had to remove the floor, some wall tile, bench and pan due to a leak. Each person who came to our house (tile guy, plumber, door installer, etc) was professional and did great work. Best of all Bob, Richard, Buddy and the door guy (forgot his name) all communicated clearly what to expect and when theyd be here and they actually showed up when they said they would! PLUS, they stayed right at their quote...no more! I so appreciate no surprises and the professional work and communication all the way around! I will use them again and recommend them to anyone!

Fantastic service and selection. When we had a home built, Beth provided us with outstanding advice and ideas, within our budget. She’s the reason we have a gorgeous centerpiece tile mosaic in our renovated home, the house we bought after selling that first home several years ago. We wouldn’t go anywhere else for tile or carpet!

This company is the real deal. They go above and beyond to make things right. They came all the way to my home to bring extra flooring at no charge to make my job complete. My only regret is that I was impatient and had a friend install the floor instead of Buffkin. I know now to have the best you can get do the job, hire Buffkin.

They have an incredible selection of tile and accessories; add professional eye and experience to help you put it all together; and they top off the cake with customer service that treats you as their most important client. I’m still amazed at how their delivery guy moved the pallets of tile into the tightest of space-it was like watching an incredible dance. Never thought I would find picking out tile, grout, and backsplash so much fun and rewarding. Thank you Buffkin.

We just needed a couple tiles cut to fit so we could fix a plumbing repair. They cut a couple tiles to our measurements and then gave them to us free of charge. We are not long term customers who have made big purchase at Bufkin. Thank you for being so generous and caring about your customers whether big or small.

Wow what an awesome tile store. Firstly i visited tile places from Lakeland to Merritt Island and online at Amazon and could not find a ceramic hook. Like why? But Buffkin had them, although they were being discontinued. They had a fantastic upscale collection of tiles. I was in love with many. Dont know about the prices but what i did see looked comparable. The selection had me drooling!!! Staff was awesome as well

5-Star business in every way...I went there with a peculiar situation, an oblong hole in my wall after removing a broken toilet paper holder from 1966...well they had just the right solution, and gave me a an oversize TP holder they were getting rid of for free! They even included a small bag of Thinset to ensure the job was done right. I offered to pay for it but they said - No. Where else can you find an honest business like Buffkin Tile? The big-box stores would have provided a deer-in-the-headlights look.

I stopped in for a tile repair and the manager, Danny, was very friendly and quickly helped me out. The fix came out better than I expected and the price was inexpensive. I was out of the store in less than 15 minutes. I will be back again!
