MailRoom Merritt Island provides an amazing array of services to the island community. Not only do they offer private mailboxes with 24hr access to full-time or part-time residents (as well as to those who travel) but the mailbox comes with a street address. They will accept and hold your packages for you too (UPS, USPS, you name it!). The friendly staff go above and beyond to help with whatever you might need, and also provide notary services, copies, and shipping services. They support other local businesses and have the best display of local business cards Ive seen anywhere on the island. If I could give this company 10 stars I would; if you try them, you wont be disappointed. Highly recommended!

Have been using this service for 10 years. They receive UPS and other truck deliveries that the Post Office would not receive. They forward anywhere Im at in the country. John even helped me get paperwork from the DMV so I could sell my vehicle in Virginia. Thank you 🌞

Mailroom in Merritt Island excels in customer service. It is often times cheaper than UPS. I am sure if you go in there and use their service you will turn into a regularly customer .

Been with this organization since 1994. I have had a couple hiccups over the years, but the staff have bent over backwards to make me happy. Today, Michelle, who answers the phone is a jewel. Very pleasant, professional and fun to talk to. 👍👍👍

I just want to say that this is the best place ever. Not only is the staff extremely kind, but they are so reasonably priced, and it is very in and out. I had to ship things for Christmas today, and the post office, which is always so busy, was so SO busy that I turned around and left. I went to UPS where they wanted $177 for 1 of my packages?! My neighbor mentioned this little shop, the MailRoom across the street, so I went, and spent $50 for both big boxes of gifts for the same exact thing over at UPs. I will always come here for all my shipping needs. Thank you for making my day ♡

The staff diligently check all rates from carriers to determine which one is the least expensive for the customer. Their service is five-star excellent!

Staff is really friendly. Will allow you to print, scan, and use fax machine. It’s a home office away from home.

This is one of the only mailrooms that I have used where the people are helpful, friendly and reasonable rates. If possible they will even go out of their way to accommodate you with your personal issues. Wish there was a 20 star review because in my opinion the mailroom would get it

I now like to take my business to this mailroom the new owner John is kind and helpful, and Michelle is just awesome always has a smile, friendly and very helpful, she always helps me get my packages out to my grandbaby as my daughter is in the Army. Also my mail to my son who is also in the Army. I cant say enough good things about them. They are great !!

Ive been using Mailroom for almost 10 years or more. I cannot say enough good about them. I always get my mail! Ive been a traveler for 20 years from Alaska to South Florida. Never a problem. They have a way of accepting sensitive mail for you when it would be otherwise returned due to no forward. Best thing I ever did was use Mailroom.

I ship 20 to 40 items a week using Fed Ex and USPS, I have been dropping off my USPS packages at the Mail Room and every time the person on duty acts very unhappyto see me, recently she told me that she wants me to drive additional 4 miles to drop off my USPS packages at the post office.When I drop off my packages off at the Fed Ex drop location they are happy that Im using them and they are making money off of me.I will try to use Fed Ex for all my shipping needs because apparently USPS doesnt really want my business and or she is not a very good represenitive of USPS!I also contacted the Post Master Generals office to see if she can actually refuse to accept my packages.

I have been here twice and both times encountered rude ladies running the counter. The second (and last) time I went, I was dropping off UPS packages that were all set to mail. I asked for a receipt to confirm they received it. The condescending employee said, You have a tracking number dont you??. I have dropped of packages from 5-10 UPS stores in the past and they ALWAYS give me a receipt just to confirm they actually took my shipment. Trust me, this place is not worth the rudeness and poor service.

They are always very very rude, they told me not to bring my pre- paid mail there because it backs up their mail The two women who work there are clearly unhappy in their jobs and take it out on customers. I do NOT recommend it
