Buyer beware. I should have read the reviews because you are all spot on. Pun intended but yes, my car was full of water spots. Most importantly, the windshield which I had to wash myself when I got home.I arrived a few minutes before 5pm not aware they closed at 5pm (who closes that early). Anyway, I asked if Id be able to use the vacuum after the car wash and the person taking my payment said no because it was a few minutes before 5pm and they are closing. He said it with quite an attitude and then said if I had a problem to take it up with the owner.After I went through the car wash, there were two girls that wiped it down. They did a poor job and half my car was still wet. Very disappointed.Customer Service and Kindness goes a long way. Had the first interaction been more pleasant, it would not have been that big of a deal and this review would have just been about the poor washing job. Overall disappointed.

Literally worst car wash I’ve ever been to in my life. Everything about it. Paid $20 for my car to be “washed” yeah never coming here again.

$8 car wash cant be beat with two 4 year olds. Basic car wash. Car looks great.

The young woman explained everything to me and was very nice and friendly. My Tahoe looked really nice afterwards.

I paid $15 and tip $5, and there are soap lines al over my car. I was specking wey better results. Next time I’ll clean my car by mi self and use that money in something different.

I would definitely recommend Best Express car wash in Merritt Island Fl to anyone. They are courteous and inexpensive and my car was blingin from top to bottom. I give them four stars.

My car was still filthy after wash. asked the owner to make it right and he told me that unhappy customers need to go elsewhere. if you care about your vehicle don’t go here. a employee told me directly they have many issues w unclean cars and sanitary issues. the woman working was continuously coughing (covid?) with no mask. overall waste of money and time. as a customer you deserve to be valued for business or at very least receive service you pay for. try another car wash in area for same prices and better results.

Definitely superior service, vacuums are a little lackluster however.

Well not only did i leave with a broken mirror that was knocked off during the wash (they were quick to tell me they werent responsible for that) but i also left with my car still dirty after paying for the 12$ premium wash. It was suppose to include an underbody wash and hey guess what that was dirty too. Mistakes happen yes but this seemed like more than that....i wont be back that is for sure.

The staff work HARD here !!! Appreciate all their hard work !!! Pre scrub by HAND before and wipe down afterwards. Thank you for your HARD, hot in the Florida weather, work !!!

Very unsatisfied customer. Got the most expensive deal and my car was full of water spots all over even my windows. Horrible. I am really upset. Told them, showed them and they said that was not them. My car looked better dirty.

Paid for the $15 service, but I didnt get the tire shine. I wonder what other extras were skipped.Nice folks though.

Thoroughly washed and hand wiped down by staff at the end of the auto wash. They pre-spray and hand wash very dirty areas before entering the autowash.

When it comes to an automated car wash, its ALL about the prewash...Marcus and the team take it seriously and really helped clean off 1700 miles of gunk, and then made sure to properly, but not to forcefully, polish in the rain x and protective coatings that get sprayed on at the last minute. Damaged the back of my car. Stripped the paint right off my bumper. They didn’t mention that all the vacuums were broken. Got the $15 car wash and my wheel wells we’re still muddy, and streaks of dirt all over my car. The only good thing was the guys who worked there were nice. Also, get that man a tent!

So I came to this car wash to get my car looking nice and clean. I chose to do their most expensive option which is supposed to be your entire car super clean I paid $15 for that which is a lot of money to get your car washed. I come out drive to the bank and when i get out my wheels are still super dirty, the guy at the end is supposed to get your wheels super clean. I took pictures it was that bad!! Left a huge mark on my paint! I tried calling and not only did no one answer, but suprise suprise you cant even leave a message!! Will never give them my business again unless they can fix this mistake...

This place is absolutely fantastic. People are always nice and you get a great car wash. It wont be the level of a 100 dollar detail (which should be obvious) but its great for the average wash. Quick east and affordable. My go to in between waxes.

Ive been getting my car washed here for a year. Really nice people and Ive always enjoyed coming here. .Today I got the basic wash. And when I came out there still visible dirt all over my car.The answer I got was thats all you get for basic. So going forward, I guess Ill have to get my car washed somewhere else because no matter how basic the wash. It seems to me it kind of implies. Theyre going to get the basic dirt off it. I understand wax and Cetera costs extra.Im going to miss them but I cant afford to take my car wash to a place pay them money and then leave with visible dirt on my car. It just makes no sense.

This car wash needs to be shut down and remodeled! None of their vacuums work! Theyre soap brush doesnt let any water out with the soap! Do not go here unless you want to waste your money!

I rarely give low marks on a review but this one was earned. Took my truck in for the premium wash this morning and after coming out of the wash I found my radio antenna bent at about 60 degrees. After advising the manager I was told that there was a sign that explained that they were not responsible for antennas. The truck, which I admit was dirty with a fair amount of road grime, was not clean and had black streaks on it in addition to blue streaks from the soap. The man on the drying line left streaks all over my truck windows as well.When I showed this to the manager she advised that normally she would have me go back through the wash but since my antenna was damaged she didn’t think it was a good idea. No sorry, apologies or offer for compensation.I do not recommend this place especially if you have a full sized truck. My truck is a Ram 2500 in case it matters to you.

I tried to go thru the carwash and one of their rude employees refused to allow me to go, accusing me of cutting someone off. First, the line is barely distinguishable. Second, the woman, was way back from the line and looked like she was rifling for money, so I went ahead and went. She had her head down. I had my money ready. Even when I left the line, she didnt move forward. So they lost my vehicle and the other 2 vehicles I have in my household. I will never go back there. He even continued to make smart comments and then when I tried to talk to the manager, she didnt care either. I would never recommend them.

I have been to the Best Express Car Wash a number of times. This is absolutely the BEST car wash I have ever been to. My car comes out looking amazing. I always get the Works wash with the tire shine! It truly is awesome! I will be back. I have also been to the other two locations and they always do a fantastic job!

This is a great Car Wash they have a variety of options from the least expensive package up to their Works package was about $15. That includes that are spraying your car for bugs your tires with some special solution then they hand scrub it before you go in you go through and it has two complete wash Cycles which is different than most car washes only offering one.When you drive out they hand dry your vehicle. Now I come other people comment that there were still bugs on their car if you only buy the $5 Car Wash you dont get the top treatment so dont be so cheap by the better car wash youll get a better job

Id give zero stars but you cant l, Ive given them 3 chances and shame on me for coming back each time and wasting another 15$ for what should be a $5 car wash my windows are never clean the bugs dont come off the front neither does half the soap my truck is covered in soap after getting out and terrible, shame on your guys service... wont be coming back.

I am not pleased with the Merritt Island location at all. Attempted to reach the owner by calling the number displayed on the wall and that goes to his bookkeeper. Attempted to reach via the website phone and the voicemail box is full not taking any messages. This car wash location needs major fixes. 90% of all the functions don’t work. Cliff, the gentleman that runs that facility, just called me back. I tried to explain to him what was wrong and he offered me a free car wash. I told him I did not want that but I did want him to fix the machines. I tried to tell him that before but we were disconnected or he hung up on me. Fix your machines and get all of it back into working order. Even your employees have told me that there are issues and not being addressed and fixed. Seems to me we all need to boycott this facility to get the message across that they management needs to do something.

Besides the machine wash a staff member washes down the tires/ wheel covers, grill, hood, windshield and rocker panels b4 the vehicle goes into the machine. they finish by wiping car dry with shammies.

The guys working here were all adults, and my car was basically washed before it even went into the car wash. I treated them nicely and was friendly, just like they treated me. Got a fast, great wash and the vacuum was free. Will be back! Join their car was club!

Dont go here. Theres streaks all over my windshield. Car isnt that clean. The worst part is I used the vacuum (which has barely any suction) for a few minutes when the employee came over to tell me they were closing. It was noon on a Thursday. They shut the machine off and now only half my car is vaccummed. The young guy with the tattoos was friendly. He could probably get a better job somewhere else. Still, he should have told me before I paid that they were closing soon.

FREE VACUUMS!!!! Everything was great, only thing that bothered me was it was close to closing time and the man rushed my towel dry and rim cleaning. For $15 i expect my moneys worth no matter the time... BUT it still came out sparkling for and beautiful. Friendly service and i still will return. We all do have long work days.

This truly IS the best car wash. The people who work here are lit. Super friendly too. My sister and I had a great time and my car looks amazing.

You guys are horrible. bugs still on car, soap not rinsed and you wouldnt know how to clean a car if it hit you sideways.

Ordered the all included car wash which also provides tire shine. Once car was washed I noticed no shine on my tires. Verified with attendant that tire shine was included in the $16 wash and he informed me that there is a known leak in the tire shine hose on the driver side only. I inspected the passenger side and noticed they werent shined either. The attendant had no explanation for that. I then pointed out that I paid for the $16 wash that should have included a tire shine and didnt get that. I asked him what he was going to do about that since he wasnt forthcoming with a remedy. He begrudgingly offered a voucher for a free wash. Im starting to believe that I paid for the $16 wash and was given the much less expensive basic wash.

Not worth the time and money. The best car wash option leaves horrible streaks on the paint. After waiting almost 30 minutes to eventually go through a marginal quality car wash system with a couple of random guys drying cars with a dirty chamois or rag on the back end, it was disappointing for the amount of time and money spent.

They are nice. But the service needs work. Went through twice. Full price and not only do I have water Marks. Its still dirty. Didnt help it at all . Tire shine was great though lol

Best quick carwash I have found anywhere; exterior only. I started out with the $6 wash but discovered everything stayed shinier longer with the $15 wash - BUT ALL WASHES GET A HAND DRY FINISH and thats what makes it the VERY BEST!

A little off the main drag, but very nice. The attendants were great and did an awesome job washing our vehicle!

Tried to go to this carwash tonight 10 mins til 6, a very very rude individual came out and told me they were closed. Not an Im sorry, but a rude were closed, thats it, go. Ill never spend another dime at this place. It wasnt necessary to be rude.

Paid for the 16..00 and it came out great . Car had not been washed in a long time. It was better than the Solar Extreme for 49.00 at that crappie Solar wash on North courtney.

I read some of the reviews and I dont really agree! I think its a lot of bells and whistles without the promise of a clean car. When I got home I still had spots all over my car, and the way they wiped it down just left streaks everywhere. I use their free vacuum and it hardly got up the dirt that I wanted to get out of the carpet there is no suction

Went to this car wash, soap was left on my car and it was still dirty . Wasted my time and money going through this wash. Found a much better place just down the road south of TJ Maxx where they scrubbed my car and dried it off . The guys at Tropical Car Wash did a super job .

For the third time in the last 6 months I tried to get a carwash but was told that the credit card machine was down and that I would have to pay cash.I only had $5 and some change so I was turned away.I will not be back and although this was only an $8 sale, $8 times about 40 washes A year will add up if you treat other customers like this.This is 2017 ---no excuse for a credit card processing system to be out of order this frequently.
