Has ownership changed?? The poor woman who cut my hair was there all by herself, having to check people in and answer the phone in addition to cutting my hair. This was after 9 AM. People were starting to stream in. She was fast and pleasant, but the cut was mediocre. I dont blame her. She was just doing her best to deal with the circumstances. There used to be at least three people working and I used to see the same faces each time I went. Stylists had stuff displayed at their station and there was an air of comradery. Now it seems there is a new person working every time, mostly alone, and most of the stations are bare and unoccupied. Its like going into a warehouse rather than a salon. Take a chance! Staff it and they will come.

Ashley has been cutting, coloring, and styling my hair for years. Great place. Clean. Great value. Great staff.

Kathy (Cathy?) was wonderful! She took me as a walk in and was refreshingly professional. She is the first beautician to take my request for a mohawk seriously in the last 10 years. This is the best my hair has ever looked or felt.

Cathy worked her magic. First time there. She took me from 60 to 50 in the blink of an eye. I have a whole new look. I love it, thank you.

This Supercuts is awesome! Staff is very friendly and professional! They listen to how you want your hair cut and do it that way! I would recommend this location over the other ones.

The stylist cut my sons hair too short. I told her to clean it up, not take 3 inches off. Wont be using Supercuts anymore, atleast not this location.

Have been going there for years, Monday went in ask for my hair to be angled in the front and blended to the back. She chopped one side, doesnt blend at all is just chopped. Talked to I believe a Manager said they will give me a refund, great! I will have to cut my long hair about 3-4 inches! So angry. $29 doesnt fix this! I havent slept! I know its just hair! I wanted a nice trim, got my hair chopped!

First visit here. It was perfect. Made my appointment online. Showed up and was rewarded with Brad as my stylist. Great cut, very personable and very reasonably priced. Will return!

I always get a great hair cut and Ive been going there for 26 years

I have been getting my hair cut here for 18 years. My hair has been cut by everyone working there and I have always received a great cut.Most recently my hair was cut by Jessica, the girl with the green hair referenced in an earlier review. She gave me a great cut and could not have been nicer. She took the time to find out what I wanted.I would be glad to have Jessica cut my hair anytime!!

Excellent cut. I have had 2 great experiences so far. I saw Francine a couple months ago, and she did a fantastic job! Then a few weeks so I tried to make another appt with Francine. She was off that day. I decided to go anyway and I had another great experience. I love the cut. The people are very friendly and they take the time to hear what you have to say about what you would want as far as style. I definitely recommend Supercuts by Michaels Craft Store Merritt Island!!

I have been going there for years. Im surprised to see some comments be so heartless. Everyone in there has cut my hair and done an AMAZING job each time. They are very up to date with the trends and dressed so cute. Yall keep rocking out awesome cuts and stay hair-tastic!

Dont do what you ask them to. And they did more color than I wanted and charged me extra. They couldnt understand why I wasnt happy, when I didnt get what I asked for, in cut or color, being very explicit in what I wanted, and then having to pay double. I returned to another store to fix the cut and color. Guess what? Manager again, didnt do what I asked. I even said Id pay more, just to have it fixed right. They acted as if they heard me, and then didnt do it. Tried talking about it but no action was taken, eccept recommending I buy a bunch of products, that still wouldnt fix the issue. I wanted a permanent fix, since I paid for a permanent cut and color. Guess thats their game, keep you coming back for more and more services, never giving you what you want, and get you to buy expensive products, then act as if theyll fix it and dont. Good luck if you go to either one on Merritt Island!

Cut was very nicely done on 10/31... However, I was up charged I was asked if I wanted conditioner during my shampoo but was not disclosed that this was an extra charge. Im not talking a special conditioner here, just a simply dab!!!

Just okay. Got a man cut the hair get him out. Nothing special whatsoever.

First visit. Had a coupon that they wouldnt honor because they claimed it was only for franchise stores however they take competitor coupons. I ended up somehow spending 17 on a basic kids cut for my daughter. Way too expensive in my opinion

Brad had been cutting my hair since I was little. I always come to this place. Everyone is always friendly and helpful.

I love my stylist, Ive been going to her for almost a year now. She went from one Supercuts to the other but they were both on Merritt Island, no disruption in service.

I was treated disrespecfully by a green haired young employee who looked like a streetwalker. I was ready to leave with a piece of my mind, when Kim came out and took care of me. This little girl needs an attitude adjustment! I wont go back and neither will any of my friends.

I love my stylist, Rita! If you can, please, book her. She is usually booked solid with a client in her chair until close. However, there is a solution! Download the mobile app to your smartphone and check-in online! You dont need to download the app though. You can just go to Google Maps and search Supercuts using the small icons on the bottom of your local map. ( i.e. banks, gas stations, etc.) Once the closest location is found simply depress the website icon and from there youll be able to navigate their website and choose your services (supercut, shampoo, color) and your stylist. The stylists on duty are listed or you can simply choose first available. The appointment is only an estimation, as they are very busy, but, at the most, Ive waited 10-15 minutes. Brad, if youre a man, is the man for male haircuts,too. The Sabal Plaza location has some of the best stylists in the area,which, can be dicey when trying to find someone good to cut your hair.

It was a crap experience. Woman did not want to do what I asked her to, with my hair. It was worst haircut I ever got. Seemed nice enough,maybe just did not understand? Not sure, but she was like if u dont like it you can come back and well fix it - she knew she messed up. No, Im not coming back.

We try to get in to make an appointment and we waited for a little bit. There was only two hair stylist working and one of them kept taking excessive bathroom breaks in between one of his clients. Where did up not getting her hair done there.
