The location where you car stays is very nice. My car stayed as clean as it was when I dropped it off. The service and the people that work here are so polite and friendly. I am so happy that I have chosen this place. Thank you so much!!!

To start, the price was the best for Port Canaveral that I could find. They use vans with trailers to transport from parking to port. Melbourne isnt too far. You drive up, unload, then they park your car for you. Of course traffic at the port can be heavy and cause delays. I try to always tip the driver since Im sure that they are under payed.

These guys are fantastic! They were very friendly over the phone (I called multiple times and spoke with different people). Arrival was smooth and easy. Quick check-in then right off to the port. I was really impressed with the return though. They had two shuttles waiting right where they said they would pick up. I know that sounds simple, but I have had really bad pickup experiences in the past... Also, bring a little cash to tip the drivers. We will be using CruiseTime for all of our future cruises!

Used them for parking and they must have parked us right on top of an ant hill. Car full of giant red ants. They need to treat their lot :(

We parked our car here for a 5 day cruise - best price we could find. We had prompt shuttle service with only a short wait to and from for others to load onto the shuttle. It was about 10-15 min drive to and from the port. Zero issues and we would use again for future cruises without a doubt.

So I loved everything about this company and their customer service! Affordable parking! As soon as we arrived they were asking for our luggage and got us on our way. They warned us about the ants they had and boy they were right so if you or your children are allergic to ants don’t park here my car was infested with ants and I didn’t leave any snacks or food inside of my car but it was a lot of raining going on so maybe they needed a safe place to live so since the ants were in my car and I didn’t like that I gave this place three stars. If not for the ants I’d do FIVE STARS thank you everyone who made my experience great and keeping my car safe loved it here.

This service was great we parked our car and they were so very friendly. Great service at a great price. Had no ants or anything wrong with the car and when we got off the boat they were already there waiting for us. We left right after getting on so we didn’t have to wait for the rest of them they had 2 busses there. It was so great.

My family had the best experience. They were waiting on us when we arrived, parked our cars and returned our keys. Loaded us up in the shuttle to take us to the port. When we returned, the shuttle was waiting on us. I would us this company again in the future. Very pleasant experience.

I recommend this location 1 because its a family owned business which I love and support. They did a great job. The gentleman help put the bag on the bus greeted us coming in and leaving out. Also told us to have safe travels going home. They did everything in a timely manner. I had a question and they replied back within the next business day. The price was great. We will be using them for the future.

You get what you pay for. I chose this lot based on the previous 5-star reviews and the price, but I certainly didnt experience 5-star service. Ive had a few days to cool down since leaving, but for what youre spending on the cruise, saving $9/day by parking here wasnt worth it for me. The lot is small, and the shuttle service takes a bit of time to get to the port, and they combine all the terminals in one trip. Pickup after the cruise however is another issue. I called them as soon as I got clear of the terminal and they told me they had a shuttle on the way. Three additional calls and 90 minutes later, a shuttle finally shows up. Each call, they told me someone had just been to my terminal. I was there waiting and did not see these phantom other shuttles, and I even confirmed with port security that they had not been there yet that morning. In any event, the shuttle took a long time to get back to the lot (mostly because of another group they had to wait to pick up at another terminal) and then had everyone pull up to the front of the lot to load their cars. A noble concept, except the entrance was clogged by those who take a long time getting everything packed into their cars, keeping those behind them trapped in the lot. They were friendly enough, but it just took too long. Compared to the thousands I spent on the cruise for me and my family, saving $60 just isnt worth the time.

Tony was wonderful! I forgot a bag in my car on the way to my cruise ship, and he happily went back to get it. On the way back I somehow left my identification paperwork in the shuttle and he was so kind in mailing it to my home! Would recommend using them, best rates, great communication, on time! Would definitely use the service again when going to Cape Canaveral.

I thought this would be a good place to park our car based on the reviews left on here but my experience couldn’t be further from any of the other reviews. First off the parking “lot” is more like a small field. They have all the cars parked in a dirt lot. The owners are greedy and will take as many cars as they can even when they are overflowing and have no place to park all the cars. They will cram the cars so close together, almost touching, and box other cars in that will prevent you from leaving. They also start to park cars outside of the property, along the roadway & shopping center across from the property & still continue to charge people to park their cars even though you are not on their property at all. They also ask to keep your keys, claiming that they will move it into a parking space once one is available but instead they just move your car around to let other people out of the crowded lot. This place is just the absolute worst parking place I’ve ever used. They don’t even have a locked fenced in area for the cars and I didn’t see a single surveillance camera. Do yourself a favor and don’t risk getting your car stolen, damaged, etc. Pay the extra money or use other parking places like Park N’ Cruise.

The service by the family at Cruise Time Parking was fabulous. They were very professional and friendly. Mom and Pop type of company that I like to support. The price was the lowest around and they did what they said they would do. Our car remained safe and they were ready at the cruise port to pick us up after we got off the ship in April, 2018. I totally trust them as a company. I will definitely use them again on my next cruise from that area.

Its a mud parking lot in the middle of nowhere. The price the same as parking at the dock. They block in all the cars so no matter when you get back to the lot you have to wait for all.the people blocking you in to come back to the lot.The shuttle buses they use to bring you back and forth are ratty just a big fat no

My first time using Cruise Time on our trip to Bermuda last week. We cruise out of Port Canaveral a lot because we live in Melbourne. The reservation process was excellent, the arrival and baggage handling when you pull your car up was excellent and stress free, the ride to the port was scenic along Banana River with virtually no stops or lights, arrival was timely and stress free as well . No complaints -- When we returned -- well can I say the trip back was perfect. They were parked so we could find them after debarkation, luggage was handled for us upon arrival, and we just grabbed our car and returned home with no incidents. Care free cruise parking. The individuals that work on the site are polite and helpful. 5 star parking and I highly recommend. The rates -- well can I say - budget saving - not budget busting like other sites and you get the same thing - PARKING!!!

We drove from New York last week and park in the lot and I must admit we were quite concerned..Will the car be there? how is the shuttle?.. reading all of the nightmare online stories about cruise parking, none of this here! this guy is great and reliable. This place is small, doesnt have a business sign, dirt & grass parking, and not in any kind of rush to take passengers to or from their destinations. They took an hour getting us to the port because they have to pay $10 per vehicle port feeand they wanted more passengers on the van. Then leaving took another 30 minutes for the same reason. I was disappointed that my experience fell so far short of the google reviews, but when i checked Yelp I saw this is typical of the other experiences people have had. I do not recommend only because my vacation time is valuable to me. It was easily the cheapest parking option, but you get as little as you pay for here.

Nice folks that saved us money parking for our cruise.

This was extremely convenient. On the return trip home, our driver was in the parking lot waiting for us. Would use again and again. Four stars because when they took our bag out, it dropped and our wine fell and shattered. He gave us a fiver for a $45 bottle of wine that we then didnt get to enjoy on the cruise 😕

Some of the staff are rude and are expectant of a tip. If you dont, they will make snide remarks within hearing range--we were planning on tipping, but when we heard that we quickly changed our minds. Vehicle was safe though for our 7 day cruise, and they drive you to and from your cruise location. Be prepared to wait for the shuttle when you return to your carnival port as there are many people trying to catch the shuttle back. The site is somewhat sketchy, and there is no cover for your vehicle. ie. no trees, shade, garage, etc.

I will always come here! I was stranded because I left my keys on xaenicar liberty. They took me to a nice hotel and picked me up the next day and took me to the Mercedes Benz dealership to get the key I had to order. If thats not great service! I dont know what is!! TLDR: I would recommend them.We used Cruisetime Parking & Shuttle back in September for our cruise. I think its a budget friendly alternative to the other parking & shuttle businesses.When we arrived on the lot they told us they were waiting on one more family and then we would depart for the port, and thats exactly what happened. The shuttles arent the newest but they serve their purpose fine. The lot where the cars are parked is a gravel lot, which wasnt an issue for me.When we arrived back in port, my family was in one of the first groups off the ship and Cruisetime was already there waiting for us. They loaded up our luggage and had us wait briefly before we departed. On the return trip to the lot our shuttle had a flat tire and they had a replacement shuttle there for us in a few minutes. Our car was the way we left it.I would definitely use them again.

First time I ever use a parking service at Port Canaveral staff was polite and very helpful shuttle service was fast to the port with fast pick up after the cruise i highly recommend them and I will definitely be used them again when cruising from Port Canaveral

Terrible service! Waited 45 mins after the cruise to be picked up from the port and was told I was a liar and hadn’t been waiting that long. The parking lot looked like a junkyard and one bus hardly had working air conditioning. The other bus only sat about 8 people. I guess it’s true, you get what you pay for. I will NEVER use this company again, and will be sticking to Park-and-Cruise!

My family of 4 had an awesome experience with cruisetime parking. We ran into a 30 min delay from our scheduled pick up time due to traffic and detours and they called my phone to make sure we were still in route . I explained the delay and he said no problem we will wait for you. They ensured us our car would be safe on the lot and they dropped us off and picked us up from the pier As promised and on a time. Excellent experience!! Cant beat the price. Free shuttle, got dropped off and picked up right after we got off the ship. 15 min away from port. Guy has secure lot with motion sensor, fence and he lives on the property. Sailing on May 7-14, 2017
